Detective battle
Naoto vs Adachi Vs Akechi...who will win
No One. They would all die.
Akechi
Depends on the contest. Akechi wins a fight, but if they're peacefully racing to solve a case I do believe the win goes to Naoto. Poor Adachi has the hardest time.
Except it doesn't. Adachi would kill them no matter what the contest is.
akechi in terms of fight would probably get in danger because adachi having magatsu izanagi...i'd say naoto because she'd be able to adapt during the fight
A. Waifu. B. Only good detective. C. Only non-criminal. Need I say more?
also, she knows how to shoot a real gun
but then again so does adachi
Adachi is a boss tho. He's immune to naoto's insta kills. half her skills are rendered useless. Plus, he's crazy determined.
she'd most likely adapt and think of a tactic while akechi fights adachi i doubt robin hood or loki can beat Magatsu Izanagi
I think they all know how to shoot a real gun, except maybe Naoto, but there is a point where if Akechi used Loki to go berserk (his main method of matching Magatsu-Izanagi) Naoto would likely be able to avoid the crossfire long enough for Adachi and Akechi to go at it, then handle the weakened victor. As for Liam's statement, well, that's why I specified peaceful case-race. No murder option.
Akechi only knows how to shoot silenced guns.
exactly my point...adachi and akechi would most likely be a majority of the fight...besides akechi going psychotic is nothing compared to adachi...adachi's psychotic but by far colder psychotic
The main thing behind Akechi's berserk you may be forgetting is that it's not just driving something insane. They also get a serious power boost to go with it, as he demonstrated on those two shadows. It might be enough to allow Loki to match Adachi, but if those two are going nuts at each other Naoto'll just sip tea or something and finish the victor.
For the purposes of this analysis, I will give Naoto her ultimate Persona, and allow Akechi to swap between Loki and Robin Hood at will. Robin Hood has little use against Naoto (reflect bless and curse) though, so it won't be heavily considered. Outside of Megidolan and Phys attacks, Akechi cannot damage Naoto. Additionally, while he has Tetrakarn and Makarakarn, Naoto can learn those skills as well, reflecting Akechi's Brave Blade, etc. Considering his potential to get good attack boosts, though, he could deal enough damage to bring her down a notch with Megidolan alone. The tradeoff to this is lowered defenses. Overall, with both countering each other with Tetrakarn and natural element resistances, it'll be a Megidolan war with either side having a chance of winning. Adachi has Megidolan as well, but none of the reflecting walls. However, he can potentially pull of an instant kill with an Atom Smasher/Ghastly Wail combo. His prescence means that two people may be attacking a reflecting wall at once, breaking it and dealing damage. However, should it get down to just him and one other person, reflecting walls put him at a disadvantage despite Megidolan, since the Atom Wail combo is countered by Tetrakarn. Overall, the deciding factor is damage control, and... Goro actually wins in that field. With both Heat Riser and reflecting walls, he takes less damage and has an easier time dodging attacks. The battle of the Megidolan Detectives can go any way if someone is ganged up on, but Goro has the best chance of survival.
As much as I love Akechi, im fairly certain that he would lose a case race against Naoto, it's implied in a few lines that he isn't actually that good at being a detective, mainly a, line that goes along like this " So you caused Mental Shutdown only to solve the case yourself?"
Case race is a no-brainer. Naoto's got that one.
