Digimon Links
After being made aware of its existence maybe three days ago, I’ve been playing Digimon Links quite a bit. Reading up on the co-op I learned that not only does it allow you to play with friends, it’s also a much more energy-efficient grinding method, and so, without further ado Iwould like to see who else is playing it and perhaps start up a bit of a group on-site. So, pretty simple, you can look at your profile, find the user code, and post it here so people can send you friend requests. Like this. 17664376 Now if anyone wants they can copy that, put it into their search, and BAM, one Gamma available
Heyo, your favorite cat has arrived! I'm currently trying to grind stones as well for that Mega event thing. My main is Zudomon at the moment, and username is Mira. 89775458 is the number!
What system is this? I can't find any information on this game.
It’s on Android and IOS, just got transeferred to English recently so we don’t have all the features left..... And I’m starting to think co op is bugged, but still, good to get started Edit: turns out co op is mostly fine, just not allowed on college wifi. Good to know

Hmm. Then I might be able to play it too. I'll take a look.
Mein freund, you have me addicted to another digimon game. Congrats
I used to play Digimon Linkz in Japanese quite a lot. Had like 12 Megas. RIP me, its released in English and I gotta start all over. If I can remember to do so, too busy with KanColle grinding. But here, my friend code is 3817 2378
I just want to say I love your profile message Hibiki.
That didn't work for me. Eh. I've got enough other things, didn't really need yet another new game.
You can also visit other players islands and just saying, mine is the best.
So what type of game is links?
Suffering.
In other words, it's kind of an RPG. It's a feedback loop. You grind to collect materials to evolve Digimon to go grind easier for more materials to evolve more Digimon to grind easier.
Not really an endgame
The closest thing there is to an endgame is Awakening... ...or whatever the English version calls it. You can Awaken Megas to turn it back into a Baby, and raise it as a +1 Digimon, then awaken it to a +2, +3, and finally a +4 Mega which is really powerful and you use these to uh... Grind for more +4 Megas.
It’s still Awakening in English, I was lucky enough to get a +1 from my early rolls so that’s nice.
So you grind just to grind?
There’s PvP as well as special events, but there’s not much of a story mode to those sorts of mobile games.
Advanced warning to everyone playing, Rolling, or doing the "Capture" with the rainbow DigiStones is a terrible idea, do not do that. It's tedious but you can get any Digimon much easier through getting babies from the free capture and raising them. It's more strategically sound to save all Digistones to use on upgrading some buildings and reviving. Some Advent quests get really hard, in the JPN version it was common for new players to use up to 100 Digistones for revives in their first attempt at getting Mega Fragments. As bad as this might sound, it's much better than spending 20 or 200 for a CHANCE of getting a Mega, which there is really a low chance. At the moment I think there is a guarantee of one Mega from a 200 roll, and that's somewhat reasonable, I did it myself for the early game to be easier, but for future reference... It is a TERRIBLE idea to ever spend gems on the gacha after this point.
