You ever find it weird...
How there are all these multivitamins and toothpaste, health stuff of sorts, that use cartoon characters in an attempt to market them more for children, or as child appropriate. But the characters they use are almost always old, for example, the Flintstones. They might have been popular a while back, but I sure had never heard of them when I was growing up maybe it’s just me, but I don’t really get the idea there.
It's not that weird. The Flintstones are ingrained in pop culture due TO their age. Whether they're still relevant, kids and adults both will always recognize them. Adds a lot of stability to your product; same idea for why movies are all remakes and sequels now.
