Gamma look around the mall's front, he's used to the idea of people avoiding him, but... He shakes his head Why can't I hear anything? I've been to a lot of places, seen a lot of things, but this part's new... Gamma reaches out to one of the nearer people, and tries to grab their arm Hey, can you hear me? Sorry for the interruption, I just seem to be a little lost

{The middle aged woman that Gamma grabs onto instantly whips her head with a surprised look. Her face then takes a peculiar gaze upon seeing Gamma as if noticing him for the first time. Her mouth begins to move as she speaks but no words come out.}

Gamma drops the woman's arm in surprise, so its not like they aren't there, he does his best to read the woman's lips, but doesn't have much experience with it So, is that a yes? Can you still hear me? I'm not entirely sure what's going on, I can't seem to hear anything just... Nod if you're still there. Gamma watches the woman, he's still confused, but the initial shock has faded. Just have to work with it.

Kotori is just walking along as she notices Gamma Ah... hello. She looks at the silent woman A friend?

{Gamma instantly feels a cold sensation upon dropping the arm and the woman's gaze relaxes. Her eyes take on this blank looks as if staring right through Gamma and she easily walks away from him without indicating that she heard a word he said.}

Gamma shivers and stops talking when the woman moves onward... Weird, can't hear them, and he hasn't felt the cold in a while.... He looks over to Kotori with a sigh More like a ghost, or she's in a trance. Or maybe we're in a trance. I dunno. Regardless, it doesn't look like we have much to gain from talking to random people... You should probably get out of here if you can. Gamma shrugs and begins to walk towards the mall This doesn't seem like the right kinda place for you.

Regardless of warning, Kotori follows him Going alone is more dangerous, plus, I don't even know how I got here, so I don't know how to get back.

[The young man didn't pay much attention to much of his surroundings besides the mall in front of him. He was simply walking down the street a few moments ago when he noticed this sudden change. He had an idea, like always, but felt like his time was running short.] Hey Gamma and girl! [Kazuya waves at them as he runs pass them and into the mall.]

(A snake centipede hybrid is at the begening of the mall) how The hell did I get here

{The doors of the mall are made of an opaque glass and they rapidly swing about with a continuous rush of people. Gamma continues to have a large space left open for him as parts the crowd with every movement. The same happens with Kotori and Kazuya as they approach the building. A silver cellphone clatters to the ground in front of the building unnoticed by the masses as a head of noticeably blue hair moves along with the crowd and passes into the building.} {Meanwhile, Kazuya runs past them and into the mall without much difficulty entering into a world of ominous red lights. The individual stores of the building all look the same as red lights are hanging above the masses. None of the people appear to notice as they shop yet the silence is deafening in such a crowded space.}

Gamma catches sight of the blue hair and runs off after it, gesturing towards the phone all the while I'll meet up with you later, just trust me. Nothing's unimportant here. You get the phone, and you're on your own from there, ok Kotori? I've got something important to take care of. After waving Kotori towards the phone, Gamma runs into the building, doing his best to keep sight of the blue-haired person

Ah! ................. Kotori picks up the phone and holds it close, tension rising due to being left alone, she then looks at the screen hoping to distract herself So this is a fone?

[The red lights change the mood of Kazuya rather quickly, but only for a moment. At first, the sight itself gave him enough creeps to rethink his attitude, however, he knew he had to move fast. Without much else to do, he decides to look around the place for anything of interest, perhaps even stores that stood out.] Something special, something special...

{By picking up his pace Gamma is able to keep up with the obnoxious blue hair bobbing in the otherwise normal crowd. He does occasionally bump into people eliciting surprised looks but the people just as quickly return to what they were doing. By having followed the blue hair he soon finds himself standing in front of an electronics store that carries the same bland look as everything else. At least it would have the same appearance is bright red lights were not coming from every single technological piece within the place. Standing in front of this store Gamma feels a slight chill on his foot as a black band appears on his ankle with two red lights.} {Looking at the screen of the phone Kotori is met with a black background and white text running across it stating "Game prelude". She suddenly feels a chill around her foot as a black band appears on her ankle with a single red light on and the other one off. As this happens a ground of normal men pass buy currying suspiciously large black bags.} {Speaking of something special Kazuya finds a boy wearing a black haired cloak by the fountain and an odd poster warning of terrorist attacks next to a mall directory. While looking around he suddenly feels on his foot and a band appears on his ankle with two dots that are meant to light up but are currently not doing so.}

Nothing's unimportant here....... Kotori silently tails the suspicious bags, making sure to keep a distance, but always keep them in her sight She doesn't seem to notice the band on her ankle

After bumping into a few of the people Gamma mutters under his breath Stupid... They're such a pain... *sigh* not worth...... Gamma looks down at the cold to find his ankle device, kinda looks like something he'd wear at a prison... Though, the red lights. He walks into the store, holding up his right arm to reduce the glare from all the light. He asks no one in particular I take it this was your idea Clearing Eyes? Finally time for us to talk I hope. To be honest, all these hoops were starting to get annoying.

[The band on his ankle was something...new, he didn't know exactly what it was but he decided to take a closer look before moving ahead. And so, he kneels down and checks it.] This is strange, but still... [Kazuya looks ahead and looks at the boy, he stays on his position before nodding and deciding to move ahead towards him. Standing in a place where the boy could hear him, he looks at the poster and places two fingers on his chin.] Terrorist attacks? Why would there even be one...?

Danksuya looks around curiously, was it time again? He has grown quite a bit, hopefully for the better, he then walks into the mall and begins to wander ... No sounds... Danksuya notices that the mall is quite silent, well, no matter to him, perhaps he could meet people that didn't like to talk either

{Kotori is led to an emergency staircase by tailing the suspicious bags and the group of men suddenly split into two. Oddly enough none of the men noticed her even as the crowds of people thinned out and Kotori was left without cover. Having successfully followed Kotori is now faced with a choice of following some of the men towards the roof or entering with them into a door marked "electronics store". In the midst of this action the phone vibrates revealing a timer and a new message stating "Time until game start". The counter starts from thirty minutes and is rapidly decreasing.} {A tiny figure approaches Gamma from the back ...} Nope it was my idea Gammmaaaa~ {The figure wraps Gamma in a bear hug as two blue ponytails of hair fall over his shoulders. Gamma is able to hear happy humming behind him as the hug continues.} {Upon checking the band around his ankle Kazuya notices that it is stuck on his flesh and a slight vibration emanating from it. Once he decides to speak the boy sitting near the fountain notices him but then relaxes and pretends as if he saw nothing of note. Kazuya is now able to see that the boy is wearing a black hood and has his hand protectively in his pocket as if preparing to pull something out.}

{Danksuya feels a slight cold sensation around his foot as a band with two red lights appear around his ankle. The lights constantly switch between being on and off as the cold sensation persists. Wandering about Danksuya is able to notice Kotori following a group of men and Kazuya near a classical mall fountain. The people give him a wide berth as they continue about their business and he is unable to hear anything save for Kazuya's voice.}

Gamma is caught by surprise for sure, I mean, he kinda thought that was who he was following, but... Ene? I..... I haven't actually gotten to talk to you in a while. I... Well, this was kinda unexpected Gamma tries to wiggle out of the hug so he can turn around and see her better Still, I.... I'm glad to hear you're fine. Care to explain what the big idea here is? I can't seem to hear most people, its weird. Gamma faintly smiles as he desperately tries to regain his dignity, been a long time since they could actually talk Still, maybe you should try to visit my cafe sometime, it would be nice to hear from you a bit more

Uhh.... uhh.... Panicking slightly, Kotori chooses to follow the men into the store Please don't be wrong.....

["What the hell? What even is this...could it be some kind of transmissor or maybe an explosive...? I really hope it's just a piece of nothing." He thinks, not really knowing anything at all. Anything could happen here, but he had to risk it now, he would understand what this thing was soon enough.] Hey, I'm new in this place and....I was wondering if you could tell me if this place was dangerous? [He says in a soft voice. Kazuya smiles and decides to sit near the fountain and at the side of the boy. Kazuya turned to him with a gentle smile, hoping his approach wasn't too sudden.] I'm sorry if I'm being a nuisance.

Huh? Danksuya notices the strange band and stops in his tracks, taking off his glasses and revealing his red eyes, trying to look directly into the lights on the band, perhaps it's sentient? Danksuya then hears Kazuya's voice, a familiar one, or at least one he's heard before Hello? Anybody there?

{Ene promptly releases her hug and meets Gamma with brilliant red eyes accompanied with an equally brilliant smile. Only her outfit appears to be slightly changed with a darker hue and a black device is swung in one of her hands by a cord.} We are so glad to see you too Gamma! Your right in time for the show that we planned all day! I can't really soil much on it since your a player but i'm sure you'll like it! {Her smile momentarily alters at hearing Gamma's final proposition and her gaze becomes colder.} Thanks for the offer ... but people have gotten kind of lame for me ... {Following the men into the store Kotori passes plenty of electronic devices emitting a bright red light. Each screen has static on it and as she moves past plenty of aisles the countdown on her phone only decreases more. Soon the men stop in front of a wall and carefully pull out black devices from their bags. The devices have a timer that matches the one on Kotori's phone and the men quickly plant them on the wall. The devices are then left there and the men continue forward to potentially plant more. } {The boy that Kaz approaches suddenly stands up and begins to walk away as if he were another member of the crowd. His eyes momentarily glow red and he suddenly takes on the appearance of Kazuya as he runs toward a store near the back. It's almost as if he is messing with Kazuya as he ditches his hood revealing an outfit just like the one Kazuya is wearing.} {Danksuya is unable to pick up anything from his band.}

Nothing... Danksuya then gets up and places his glasses back on, can't have anybody suspect him for anything out of ordinary just yet, he then turns to the girl he saw earlier and tries to follow her, she seems to be an important player Have to keep an eye on this band...

[Kazuya blinks a couple of times before standing up as does his best to following him, but trying to take the hood the boy left behind. Maybe it was best if he played along and tried to mimic the boy, and so, he began to wear the hood with both hands inside of his pockets.] So it's true, one of the kids... [Kazuya had to be cautious now, every single one of them had the potential to be dangerous. However, they had to be good people regardless. Somehow, he had to learn anything he could.]

Kotori follows behind them, picking up the devices that they plant and putting them in her pouch as she watches them from a distance, however, as Dank approaches her, she whispers to him Some suspicious people went on the roof over there! Follow them....

Gamma sighs and shakes his head, so Clearing Eyes was involved, just not as much as normal. He chuckles to himself Well, you can't really expect me to play a game I don't know the rules to, so I trust you can at least tell me that much. Gamma holds his left arm out to the side while pressing his right over his heart at the last statement Oh you wound me, have I really gotten so boring so fast? I mean, its not like I can make you do anything, but still, ouch. Nice outfit by the way, though I've never been much for aesthetics, it looks good on you.

*A teenage boy runs into the mall. He taps a random man on the shoulder* Tag, you're it! No tag backs! *He then runs away from the man, further into the mall.*

..? Understood. Upon hearing Kotori, Danksuya begins to stalk the men, ignoring the devices, presumably bombs and trying to catch up to the suspect, brandishing a blade, if it comes down to it violence might be necessary

{Ene does a little twirl to show off her new outfit and giggles a bit at his remark.} You never got boring silly! Everyone else just did with their dumb morals and heroics. {She then looks around quickly and leans in toward Gamma.} And your not really supposed to know about the game ... But since your still so interesting I guess I could tell. {Her eyes narrow as her voice drops to a sly whisper.} We broke the game for today since a game of guess who is much more fun~ {She is about to continue but Kazuya? suddenly runs past and drags her with him.} A few minutes before ... {The boy stops his run in front of an electronics store and uses his appearance as Kazuya to grin back at the real one.} Hey oldie I hope you like hide and seek~ {The boy then gives Kazuya a quick thumbs up and runs into the store grabbing Ene as he passes. With a startles Ene in tow he drags her toward a hallway and a metallic shutter closes behind them separating them from the rest.} {The men continue to plant bombs along the walls of the store and some of them pull out guns from large pouches across their backs. They prep the guns as Kotori's phone once again vibrates revealing a single message "Game start".}

{The man Jam tagged looks around in bewilderment but continues on with his day once Jam is gone. Running toward the back of the mall Jam bumps face first into a group of people that are frantically checking their phones. The screens of their phones all appear to be in red and an odd siren noise is emitting from them breaking the silence of the area.}

{Following Kotori's instructions Danksuya attempts to follow the second group of suspicious men but to no avail. He find the passage to the staircase blocked by a metallic door and his band suddenly shocks him as if trying to ward him off the area.}

Gh! The words strike Kotori, and her adrenaline begins rushing, the first thing Kotori does is check the time on the devices that shes picked up, then she pulls a small throwing knife out of her pouch and infuses it with lightning before throwing it at one of the men, if it hits, the lightning will jump to any nearby people or metal objects. The lightning doesn't hurt too much, but hopefully has a decent chance to stun them

Ahhhh! *The boy covers his ears with his hands and tilts his head forwards while slouching slightly. He takes one hand off and reaches into his pocket to take out his phone*

Danksuya walks up to the door, however when he tries to touch it the aformentioned band shocks him, falling onto the floor with pain as he backs away, taking a minute to breath W-What the! Hrnn... Come! Vulcanus! Danksuya then summons his persona with a flash of light, emerging straight from him and rushing down the metallic door, trying to bust right through it

Gamma looks at Kazuya? Initially in shock, before sighing and running outside the electronic store after the pair DAMMIT KAZUYA NOT AGAIN. With that exclamation, he winds up outside the store to find the shut metal door. Gamma begins muttering under his breath Every single time i try getting anywhere, SOMETHING comes up, I swear, one of these days.... Gamma looks down at his ankle band, perhaps the lights will provide some kinda clue? Unsure how to proceed at the moment

Hide and seek? What are you talking...!! [As the doors close down, and now much more aware of the actual nature of this event. He is able to notice Gamma yelling his name. He quickly understood what was going on and felt necessary to at least explain.] Gamma, if you saw me running out then it was one of the kids with the eye powers. More specifically the one with the black hoodie. [Kazuya points at himself wearing the black hood the boy left behind before trying to look around for a way in, or rather, the place where the boy could be specifically.] And before you ask for confirmation, you tried to ask me for advice on dating a demon. [Kazuya smiles at him and gives him a thumbs up, perhaps mimicking the boy even further.]

Gamma just stands there for a moment, mouth gaping like a fish as he blinks... He soon regains his composure, and shakes his head, he blushes a little at the last sentence. First off, you can't prove that. I.... It could have been anything.... N.... Never tell anyone, ok? Gamma sighs and leans back while holding his hand over his face Especially Tatsuya. I'd probably be mocked to no end... N... Not like that matters of course.... Gamma takes a deep breath to relax, this was definitely not the time to talk about his love life A.. Anyways.. Uh... More important stuff. I have absolutely no idea what you mean by "kids with the eye powers". Though, come to think of it, I have seen Ene's eyes glow before, I guess they're like her then.

{The timer on Kotori's phone has reached zero and now the once placid black background has been replaced with a twin tailed blue hair girl making a peace sign. The girl's smile is bright and her legs are happily swinging up and down as she appears to be preparing herself for something. Behind her stands Kazuya? with a mask making an especially obnoxious finger sign at the viewing audience. As for Kotori's throwing knife it manages to stun the remaining men save for one who now has a rifle pointed at Kotori. Yet the rifle wavers as her gazes around with confusion since he is unable to see Kotori.} {Upon taking out his phone Jam receives a similar feed as to what Kotori has and he now notices people moving away from him as if compelled to.} {Valcanus destroys the metallic door with ease but the increasingly painful shocks continue since Danksuya failed to move away.} {Having seen the pair of Ene and Kazuya? the other teaming of Gamma and the real Kazuya are able to find the shut metal door quite quickly right at the end of a corridor to the left of the store front. A sign in front of it states "For authorized mall use only" and a speaker above it crackles to life with an all too familiar voice ...} {All the speakers in the mall crackle to life as red emergency floodlights bathe the entire area in red. Ene finishes her preparation and looks up knowing that everyone will be able to hear her through the hijacked speaker system. An image of her appears on every single electronic device in the vicinity and all the bands upon the people activate emitting a freezing temperature.} Welcome one and all to the best game of try not to die! I'm your lovely host Ene and here with me today is no other then heroic Kazuya! Everybody clap your hand! {No one claps as the crowd of people begin to panic at the odd situation.} So anyway all players are marked with a nice accessory around their ankles and once I snap my fingers they won't be able to see each other anymore k~ {A snapping sound is heard and the bands emit a beep instantly causing all the "players" to dissapear from each others view. The "players" can still see the normal crowd of people but not their own friends and team mates from the outside world.} Sooo now that we got out of the way~ Terrorists have planted bombs all around this mall and it is up to the "heroes" to save them. Work together or do whatever and try not to die~ Oh and if anyone does die then you failed a ... {A slight pause occurs as Ene scans her sheet.} Trial I guess? Thought we got rid of that thing. Anywaaaay game start! Don't die~

GAHH! Danksuya then screams as he runs through the hole Vulcanus made, doing his best to run through without interruptions as he listens into the broadcast Eh? We can't see each other anymore? This could be a problem... I work alone typically anyways. I suppose we can't let those bombs explode

Huh? I didn't know I was participating in a game. I think i'm lost! Where are the exits to this mall?

With Kazuya having vanished from his sight, Gamma ponders for a moment.... So, she used two different phrases. "players" and "heroes". It might be referring to the same group, but all things considered...... Gamma thinks back onto his earlier conversation with Ene "everyone else got boring with their heroics...." *chuckle* Well, I've never been much of a hero anyways. With that out of the way, Gamma focuses and calls forth his Persona, the faint-blue dragon is summoned into the air around him before coiling through the air near his feet Well, it doesn't really matter if I'm invisible, they should still be able to see any trail I leave behind. Rather than deal with the locked metal door, even if he can break it it might not be worth his time, Gamma walks through the mall, leaving a trail of ice as he goes. He makes the trail about an inch thick so it won't melt for a while, and to make it more noticable. Gamma decides to walk into the nearest store aside from the electronics one

By the time the announcement is over, Kotori has knocked out the remaining "terrorist" and enchanted them with earth, making their bodies too heavy for them to move Ah..... So that's what these things are..... Kotori takes a bomb out of her pack and examines it, then she begins looking around the store for any suspicious gaps in the crowd

Gamma! [As soon as the girl says everyone will disappear, he tries to look around for him, but to no avail, it was no use anymore, even more, the boy who copied his appearance was on the screen, but why would he take his image...?] It's no use...but bombs...!? What the hell were they thinking!? [Kazuya grits his teeth and quickly moves towards his left arm and his COMP, summoning Pascal, Shiki-Ouji and Oberon. They were not players, so perhaps it could be a good idea to use them right now.] Split up, do your best at finding the bombs and if you see any of the so called "Players", do your best at aiding them. I'm not even sure they will be able to see you, but since none of you are players... [After giving his signal, Kazuya dashes tries to look around the nearby stores, while he sends his demon to different places. Cerberus to the any store that might be further away, Shiki Ouji towards the fountain, and Oberon to the bathrooms.] No matter what, protect everyone!

{Once Danksuya passes through the hole the band stops shocking him and he is met with a rickety metallic staircase. There are plenty of flights to go before he would make it to the roof and below lies a bright red door connecting to the front of the electronics store. Next to an above rung of stairs lies a bomb but the steps in that section were broken leaving no footing to reach the bomb from. The red light on the bomb is rapidly blinking as a timer on it shows five minutes till detonation.} {The nearest store Gamma walks into is a petshop filled with oblivious dogs yelping away. The many animals are of course unknowing to what is going on and the potential danger they are in. There is a mall directory across from the petshop displaying all the mall locations and inside the store itself is an ominous beeping noise.} {Examining the bomb Kotori finds that it's designed to spread as much damage as possible and that the timer on it is at twenty minutes. The lights of the bomb are currently off since its not close to detonation but there is a red light coming from within her bag.} {Looking around Kazuya finds a variety of stores from a hardware store to a bookstore to even a women's lingerie store but he does not find anything of note in them. Apparently terrorist don't like sticking bombs in those places? Shiki Ouji has much better luck finding the tell tale red light of a bomb at the top rung of the fountain. Cerberus notices Gamma's ice path and eventually makes it to the pet store. While Oberon finds nothing of note in the bathrooms save for a pair of women huddling close to each other in abject fear of him.}

{Frantically gazing about Jam finds that all the exist are blocked off by metallic doors and suddenly he feels a cold sensation as a band appears around his ankle. Apparently he is a "player" too and it looks like no one is around to assist him for now.}

Oh, well. Guess i'll look for these "bombs". *Jam frantically skips to the nearest store.*

Danksuya notices the red light and eyes the bomb, pulling out a second battered sword with a bend in the middle Well, looks like it still has some use. Hyah! Danksuya then takes the old blade and throws it directly at the bomb, hopefully breaking it or at least making it drop to the floor for proper disposal

Gamma briefly glances at the directory, probably going to want to use that later.... But there's more important stuff to worry about, Gamma tries to follow the beeping sound, hopefully finding its source. Of course, turning back he can't help but notice Cerberus That's one of Kaz's favorites right? Hey, if you can hear me, tell Kazuya I don't need the help, there's a girl around here, her name is Kotori, if you manage to find her try to keep her safe. I'll be fine as I am. To dissuade the dog from following him further Gamma stops creating ice for now, he can pick it up at any time, but no need to give it more to go on for now. While following the source, he briefly glances over to the oblivious animals Those dastards, to think they'd consider bombing a pet store. How utterly rude of them. Think of the animals.

Aaah! I don't know what to do with these things! She pulls out the blinking bomb and looks at the timer, looking around for those suspicious gaps, knowing that the crowd makes them for "players", alternatively, she also keeps an eye out for a place she can get rid of the bombs safely

{Danksuya's sword stabs into the bomb with a shower of sparks biting at the metallic end but it only serves the purpose of making the timer drop to four minutes. The red light on the bomb is now almost blinding as it nears final detonation.} {Nearing the source of the beeping noise Gamma finds a dead bird with an old timey bomb placed in it's mouth. The bomb has a nice little bow and an attached timer that is causing the rather obnoxious noise. Currently the timer for it is at fifteen minutes yet there are strings attached to it that are currently lit on fire. One could only imagine the person that thought of this cartoon style bomb.} {The timer on Kotori's blinking bomb is at five minutes and her tactic of gazing for spots in the crowd fails since at this point the crowd has parted into scattered groups of frightened people. Gazing around Kotori finds an above head ventilation shaft and the hole that Danksuya made through a metallic door.}

[Kazuya hears through his headset the situation of each of his demons, and orders Shiki-Ouji to try and take a closer look at the bombs for any kind of special characteristic, as well as any timer or switch. He orders Pascal to look for Kotori right away and help in any way possible.] We don't know what to do with the bombs yet, but we should leave them all in one place! LEAD THEM TO THE FOUNTAIN! [Pascal writes on the floor "LEAVE BOMB AT FOUNTAIN" as fast as he can with his fire on the floor for Gamma to see and dashes to wherever Kotori is, attempting to tell her to follow him towards the fountain. And finally, realizing there could be no time to even stop the bombs themselves, he orders Oberon to guide the girls towards the nearest exit.] Alright...everyone! Anyone! If you can hear me, please leave this mall right away!! [Certainly, Kazuya just telling everyone to head out might not be enough, but he still had some ideas. He then tries to look for more bombs inside any of the trash cans.]

{Picking up the old fashioned intercom in front of her and swinging the cord in a wide arc. Ene announces with an especially pleased smile.} So far three of the players have found bombs~ Oooh this is getting so excited! {She then begins to hum as the actions plays out on her monitors. The boy behind her remains still only glancing down at her once with a sad look.}

This game is booooring. *The kid leans against a wall*

{Shiki-Ouji takes a closer look at the fountain bomb and finds that it is a chemical one meant to release poison into the air. The bomb currently has a timer which happens to be at twenty minutes leaving time for action to be taken. Pascal has difficulty finding Kotori since he is quite a bit aways from her and eventually tracking her down his pursuit is stopped by a large metallic door blocking off the department store. The girls refuse to follow Oberon out of fear at him since they have never seen a demon before in their lives. While the rest of the people barely react to Kazuya as if they are unable to even hear him.}

Danksuya frowns at the bomb, typically hitting things worked out pretty well, perhaps he needed to hit it harder? Come Vulcanus! Pulverize! Danksuya then summons his persona as it flies towards the bomb, striking at it with a flaming sword as it attempts to cut it in half, using the flame to melt the metal so it's easier for the strike to cut right through hopefully

{A speaker above Jam blares to life an annoyed feminine voice comes from it.} Wait! Why are you bored? Isn't looking for bombs and trying not to die fun? I tried my hardest in planning this game you know. {The voice then grumbles in frustration before cutting off.}

Gamma looks up at the sound of the intercoms There she goes "players" again. Not heroes, "players". There has to be more than one side. Looking back at the silly little bomb, Gamma sighs.... If there are heroes, there are probably villains, and the only way he can guarantee the heroes fail.... Dear god I'm going to regret this aren't I? Gamma chuckles as he grabs the bomb, careful to avoid touching any of the fuses. He leans against a nearby wall and summons his persona again. Shiranui, Ice Age..... Gamma's ice spreads along the wall and floor from where he contacts them, then rises up and expands to make him a little bubble inside of the dome. Hope you're happy Clearing Eyes. This is my leap of faith.

*He responds to the voice* Eh, i'm just not really into Scavenger Hunts. The pretending our lives are threatened doesn't make it anymore fun. The whole thing just seems so childish.

Grr! Not knowing what else to do, Kotori tries to freeze the 5 minute bomb in her hand, thinking that it can't explode if the machinery inside is frozen Uhh..... Nowhere else to go, Kotori tries to enter the hole in the door

So we have time, good, thanks Shiki-ouji! Oberon, do whatever it is necessary to scare the people off! [Friendly negotiation was not working, and so, a much more aggressive tactic was in hand. Oberon sighs at what he was about to do, but he draws hi rapier and quickly flies ahead, thrusting his blade against the wall near the women, missing on purpose, only to follow up with an electric shock from the sword itself, once again not aimed at anything, trying to scare them away. He learns of Pascal's situation and orders him to do his best at finding an alternative route, and if he doesn't find anything, he could feel free to break down any wall with his powerful God's Hand. No matter what, he needs to find Kotori.] Now then, we want to save the people, the bombs are poison, so biological attack. Alright, since the demons attrack more attention...! [Kazuya makes his way back to the fountain and returns Shiki-Ouji to his COMP, only to replace him with none other than Satan. The gigantic demon makes a powerful roar and stomps on the ground. Meanwhile, Kazuya summons his Persona, Musashi for a moment to write on the ceiling right next to Satan, and as big as he could "GET OUT OF THE MALL".] I don't like inducing fear but something has to work, I have to save their lives, I can't just forget about these people!

{Some of the bomb's metal does get melted but even as the sword attempts to run through it the timer continues to decrease at an alarming rate. At this point the bomb is heavily sparking as the timer occasionally glitches to a different time making it capable of blowing at any time.} {Holding the lit bomb in his hands Gamma attempts to believe in the good will of a snake and it pays off with a purple hoodied girl appearing right in front of him just to stamp out the fuse. She tsks at his idiocy and rapidly disarms the timer of the bomb as if she trained to do this before. After finishing she finally gazes up at Gamma with a bored look and says.} Your just lucky the snake still likes you even after your failure. If your done playing hero then your welcome to join us in the comms room. If you can find it. {The girl then suddenly fades from sight as quickly as she appeared. Only indicator of her actually being there are noticeable scratch marks upon the ice.} {The bomb in Kotori's hands freezes yet the timer continues ticking down. It is unknown if the bomb actually stopped working with the timer still on or if the bomb is still active. Entering the hole in the door Kotori is met with the sight of Danksuya attempting to disarm a bomb of his own.} {Oberon successfully frightens the women enough for them to run screaming into the main halls for the mall. Meanwhile, Pascal does find another method of entry but it is the door that the Kazuya replica entered. As for Satan he manages to scare the crowd of people toward the doors but they are prevented from leaving by the dropping of more metal shutters. The shutters cut off the mall from the rest of the world and now the people are left in fear. }

Gamma sighs and tosses away the now useless bomb Honestly, I kinda thought I'd die there. No big deal... Just need to find the others then I take it Gamma would first look at the scratch marks the girl left behind, to see if they led anywhere. If so, he would follow it, otherwise, he would return to the metal door near the electronics store, where he saw Kazuya Ene was being dragged off around here by the other Kazuya, so this is the most logical place to start. Gamma takes a deep breath and looks around him, wherever it is he ends up

{An angry feminine voice now comes from the speaker above Jam as the sound of something smashing against a wall can be heard.} How dare you! Me and Snake-chan planned this out for like days and this is all we get. Seriously! Okay new rule! {All the speakers come to life as Ene once again appears on all the screens but with a particularly dark expression this time. Behind her is a wall embedded with glass and she holds a cattle whip across her lap.} Since I have been getting some interesting complaints today I have decided to make the game better~ {Her eyes take on a red shine as she begins to laugh.} All the bombs will now only have fifteen minutes to detonation and my dear friend Kazuya will now go around making the game more interesting. By attempting to kill each and every one of you~ {She gives a final triumphant thumbs up} No more heroes~

{Kotori reaches the rooftop with ease smashing apart the door blocking it off with her wind. Once there she finds the entire roof covered with electronic bombs and the bomb she is currently managing has only two minutes left.} {Gamma finds that the scratch marks lead to no where forcing him to go back to the door that he and kazuya were once at. Arriving there he finds Pascal and is met with the metal shutter that sealed the location.}

I mean, no offense, but that's still kinda lame. All this pretend stuff is for babies. I'd rather play some videogames.

We have no way of stopping the bombs in our current position, and the metal shutters will keep going down...but what if... [Kazuya checks the timer once again "15 minutes". He returns Oberon to his COMP and summons Lucifer. It had been a while, but Kazuya looks up at what could be his strongest demon, and points with his finger towards one of the walls near the entrance, ordering him to break the damn thing with Gigantomachia. If a hole is made, Satan would use his powerful ice around the hole to avoid any metal shutters to fall on it, or at least hold any possible obstacle long enough for the people to escape. He was going to save these people no matter what.] However, I have no more time to waste! If this doesn't work, stop the other me no matter what's the cost! [Kazuya then rushes towards Pascal's location. Once he is there, the summoner and his demon look at each other before looking at the door. Apparently, Gamma was there too.] I see...so he is here as well, I just hope I don't have to force anything.

Gamma grins and summons his persona again Pascal, I'd appreciate it if you helped me break that door down. I think there might be something there. Shiranui, Diamond Dust Both to get his attention and demonstrate what he wanted Pascal to do, Gamma forms a roughly 6 inch long 3 inch wide icicle and fires it at the metal shutter, wouldn't make a big enough hole to get through, but would likely get Pascal's attention Of course, you don't have to worry about me, Kotori was closer to the front of the mall. Its just while you're here I'd appreciate the assistance.

Yes! Two minutes left! Using her enchantment, Kotori quickly zips around the rooftop, collecting the bombs into the sack. Then she ties it closed and uses the wind to toss it as high as she possibly can, before throwing a flame charged knife at the airborn bag of bombs

Gak! It isn't working! *Danksuya then begins to panic as even Kotori runs away, sweat dripping off his brow as he frowns and closes his eyes, throwing his hand into the air and summoning a dark figure, conjuring a shadowy horse drawn by a chariot I don't like using it just yet... But I need your help! *Danksuya then jumps onto the chariot and the horse reacts by flying towards the bomb, Danksuya hopefully being in reach for him to slice off the time with a strike of his sword Come on! *Danksuya then hears the announcement and sighs a heavy shaky breath, more challenges? This could be hard... G-give me a break!

{Through gigantomachina Satan manages to create a massive hole in the front wall making it big enough to allow a steady flow out people out. More afraid of the bombs then Satan itself the people rapidly rush out into the normal daylight of the day having escaped the red light nightmare of terrorism.} {The icicles tip pierces the metallic shutter forming a tiny gap but it crumbles to pieces right afterwards not having done effective damage. A second shutter falls behind the first to cover the weakness now created by the hole.} {The airborn bombs are lit on fire with a few being rendered useless at the heated handling of them. Yet a decent amount of the bombs fall back down in the sack and explode upon hitting the roof with force.} {The resulting explosion is powerful enough to shake the mall itself as pieces of the celing begin crumbling down on whoever is still inside. Kotori herself was thrown off the roof in the resulting explosion and the initial blast triggers a chain reaction of the bomb in the fountain. The chemical bomb goes off making the air itself slightly poisonous and the ventilation of the building is unable to pick up all of the chemical hazard.}

{Danksuya's sword strike works but by now it has become the lesser issue with the entire staircase shaking around him.}

*The boy notices the sound of the explosion* What was that? An earthquake?

Gamma feels the building shake and begins stepping lightly, trying to avoid any debris that might be falling near him. He sighs and shakes his head Alright, breaking its not going to work very well..... So I'll just have to find some other way With that taken care of, Gamma takes another deep breath and begins to search the immediate area for anything of interest, aside from Pascal. If there's nothing of note, Gamma would return to the nearby electronics store. he's stopped creating any ice trail, so it would be difficult to find him if you were trying. Gamma sighs Why can this never be easy? Such a pain...

Ugh..... Kotori lies on the ground outside the building where she landed ........................... I should have waited...... She lies there, catching her breath as she recovers from the landing, her mana barrier flickering around her bruised body No more magic today..... Ouch......

Danksuya sighs a breath of relief, he shall live to see another day, desummoning the spirit and taking a seat on the ground Gah... That was a close one... Wait... Why is the place shaking? Danksuya then notices the walls shaking and gets up, looking around for an exit and seeing the hole Kotori left from, summoning again the horse to ride on as they try to fly out before the building collapses on him

Shit, they went off!? But...! I see, the people managed to get out...I'm glad, good job both of you, Lucifer and Satan. [The poison started to take a toll on the demons since they were standing near the fountain, and so, Kazuya decides to return them, and he kneels down holding his head, looking ahead with one eye open. Pascal worries and immediately moves towards him and helps him stand up once more] I kind of miss Magnetite now...damn it, still, we have something else to do right now! [Kazuya winces as he tries to summon another demon, Beelzebub. The gates were of metal, so all he had to do was melt it and run inside before another one appeared. He points at the door, and then, the Lord of Flies and his demonic dog attack with their fire, trying to melt the door or at least create a hole which they could use to go in, Agidyne being the move used here.] Alright...! [The heat that was being created made it a bit difficult to breath for Kazuya, and he started to sweat. But the young man prepared to dash as soon as he could.]

{Gamma notices a security camera right in the corner of the first metal shutter carefully tracking his movements. There is also the sign of a struggle having occurred with some blood scratched across a wall and a bit of purple fabric at the base of it.} {Danksuya makes it to the mangled roof and sees all sorts of cracks littering it. There are massive burn marks across the very roof and a giant hole at the center showing a destroyed fountain inside the mall.} {The metallic shutters easily melt under the intensive heat of agidyne and as more fall they quickly melt in succession. Soon the final door is spent revealing a normally lit hallway and Kazuya? standing right at the end of it with a gun.}

Uuuuuugh...... Kotori unsteadily picks herself up, then runs inside the mall through the giant hole I could make a hole like this if I had enough power......

Yeah, I think that qualifies as something of interest. Gamma ignores the now open doorway to instead walk closer to the camera.... It seems to be able to sight him, but just in case he forms a layer of ice over his hand, hopefully that would appear better than his normal hand You know, this would be a great time to direct me if you would. Gamma begins to inspect the nearby wall for anything out of the ordinary that could indicate a secret passageway, occasionally glancing up at the camera, not like its going to change much If I don't get anything, and soon, then I may just stop participating in these games. Wouldn't that be a shame, huh?

You are that boy, you really grew up fast! My name is Kazuya Yasuo, and it's nice to meet you...regardless of the circumstances. [Kazuya says with a quiet chuckle as he approaches Kazuya?. The demons behind him look at the boy with caution. He finally takes off the hood he borrowed from the boy and hold it with his two hands, looking straight ahead.] Tell me, why are you doing this? Is it your own free will, or is the Snake of Clearing Eyes forcing you into it?

Danksuya dismisses he horse yet again and walks over to the hole, sighing Gah... This is stupid... Danksuya then jumps into the hole with no regard to personal safety, hopefully he won't die?

{Running through the main entrance Kotori is instantly greeted by a very thick smell in the air. The smell causes her to feel faint as she nears the area of the destroyed fountain and it saps away at her strength.} {The camera focuses in on Gamma was a long period of time and then it suddenly whips to point at the hall that Kazuya just opened. The voice of the girl that Gamma met earlier comes from a hidden mic beneath the camera.} Your friend just opened the way idiot. I don't see why we have to do all the work for you. Also your free to not participate .... at your own risk. {Kazuya? smirks at the original and does an extravagant bow.} My glorious name is Kano but for now you can call me Kazuya Yasuo as well~ {Kazuya? then raises his head with a narrowed gaze and raises his gun at Kazuya's approach.} Well I was originally meant to carry out this trial thing that the oldie wanted. {He shrugs.} But I prefer the princess over her and if the snake is helping the princess out then guess i'm helping him too. That is what friends are for you shitty hero~

{Jumping down the hole results in Danksuya landing right at the center of the chemical bomb. He hits his knees hard against the ruined stone of the fountain and begins to feel the affects of the poison in the air. His head spins as he breathes and he can already feel his strength sapped. Kotori is right in front of him after his jump.}

Gamma sighs and shakes his head before looking back up at the camera Lets get a few things straight, first, he's not my friend. I can have a courteous discussion with someone, regardless of how I feel about them Gamma shrugs and heads through the open pathway I like to call it having tact. Its something everyone could use. With that, Gamma walks into the area behind Kazuya and his demons... Fantastic, a fight is most certainly not what he needs right now I see you two are having a lovely chat, hope you don't mind if I cut in. Or of course you could always just ignore me, that's always a nice thing to do. Gamma attempts to walk around Kazuya, keeping an eye out in the area for any potential doors, though with Kazuya? right there hopefully that wouldn't be an issue

.................. Its a good thing I walk using magic, or I probably wouldn't be alive right now..... Kotori runs back OUT of the building Im.... just gonna sit here for now..... She sits outside, using her last capsule on her bruises

I will call you Kano, it sounds better that way. ["I see, so the Snake must have done something. I really hate the thing." Kazuya stops right on his tracks and takes a better look at the boy. Besides the gun and his eye power, he definitely had nothing else going for him. It's an easy target no matter how you look at it, but killing or hurting was not much of an option.] I know Ene is your friend, and I know you would help her out. But the Snake is a parasyte. Didn't you notice anything strange in her? If you are her friend, then you should've noticed. [The trial was different this time, it seemed. Kazuya prepared to throw the hood at Kano's face at any moment, although his preparation was not a physical one.] I'm her friend as well, and I'm here to help her. We can simply end this right now, all we have to do is get rid of the Snake, it betrayed his own brothers and mother after all. Would you really trust it?

GAH! D-damn it! Danksuya then reaches down and rubs his knees, that was a bad idea, a very bad idea, now that he's hurt and poisoned he tries to cover his mouth with his shirt as he runs away from the fountain, anywhere but here!

{Keeping an eye out for any doors Gamma spots one right next to Kazuya? labeled "Communications room" and next to regular Kazuya he spots another door labeled "Security Office". At the very end of the hall lies a door labeled "Manager office" but it would be kind of difficult to get to given the fact there are two Kazuyas in front of it.} {Kazuya? loses the smirk he was once carrying and grips the gun in his hand with increased tension. His eyes show an element of consideration at Kazuya's words yet the position he takes hints at a fight.} I never really trusted that Snake. But I don't trust heroes like you either. Both of you just give people like us hope only to leave us. {His mouth tightens as his voice raises a bit.} Sure Ene may be weird and even kind of scary ... But she is one of my friends and I refuse to be the same as you! {Danksuya runs to the north of the fountain in a last ditch effort to run away and he makes it to the front of the electronics store. To the left he sees Gamma and Kazuya yet the two appear to be involved with something that could potentially lead to a fight.}

Gamma looks at the Kazuya situation and tries to edge around the pair towards the communication room. After all, that is where he was requested Gamma mutters under his breath guess there are upsides to being ignored....

............. Seeing Dank go in another direction, Kotori pouts to herself I REALLY shouldn't...... ...................... Ugh..... She then uses a single wind charge to rush through the poison in the air, the wind keeping it from reaching her before she sits on the ground next to Dank Why am I doing this to myself!? She proceeds to take a bar of chocolate out of her side pouch and eat it

*Danksuya watches the pair for a second before eyeing Gamma, surely he could provide some help, so instead of helping, Danksuya inches along and tries to follow Gamma ... Quietly... *Danksu then sees Kotori and shrugs, whatever she wants to do she can do, not exactly his problem

I won't fight you, Kano. [Against Pascal's worry, Kazuya returns both demons to his COMP, only leaving him and Kano.] You don't have to trust me, and yes, people have been left behind as I walk forward. [Kazuya tries to move ahead slowly, trying to make Kano lower his gun, not intending to take it away.] I've failed people before, but it's because of them that I try to do my best, so I never fail others again. I've also tried to correct other's mistakes by not repeating them. [Kazuya now in front of the boy, smiles at him gently. Trying to show him he doesn't have any ill intent.] Ene is pretty weird, but it's a nice weird, overly cheerful and loud...but she was never scary, not until the snake showed up. We need to protect her, because...even if we are not allies, we have the same goal in the end. [Kazuya offers the boy his hood back.] The choice is yours now. Be yourself, or let him decide who you will be.

{Kazuya? notices the passage of Gamma and Danksuya but does nothing about it having all his focus on Kazuya.} {Both Gamma and Danksuya successfully make it to the communications room. Opening the door they are met with a nice cozy office and a green haired girl wearing a purple hoodie. The girls currently has a cheap pair of earbuds on but she waves at the two of them and then motions for them to shut the door.} {Kazuya? keeps his gun up in case Kazuya decides to charge at him and carefully reaches for his black hoodie. His eyes remain focused on Kazuya as his mouth twitches into a sarcastic grin.} You really have quite the hero complex old man~ I honestly don't know how you can spew most of that crap without feeling sick. {Snatching back his hoodie with a quick motion Kano alters back to his original form. His fingers slowly inch to the trigger of his gun as his eyes take on a red hue.} As tempting as your offer sounds ... How do I know you won't hurt her? All you heroes talk about sacrifice and the good of this or that. {He looks to the ground with anger at the very thought.} I don't want one of my friends to be your damn sacrifice!

Gamma nods and not only shuts the door, but begins forming layers of ice around it, to make the door that much harder to get through Finally, it took far too long. Now that we're all here, allow me to properly introduce myself. With the door somewhat secured, Gamma turns back to the green-haired girl and bows You may call me Gamma, at least that's what I usually ask of people. My job's pretty mundane, I run a cafe and whenever the need arises I do know how to fight. Would you care to give me your name, or is that on a list of things I don't need to know. Gamma smirks and makes a dramatic shrugging gesture, both arms well out to his side I'm used to working both with others and alone, now that I've finally made it, I think I'd like to do something to help.

Months ago, we tried to rescue her as well. [Kazuya looks through his COMP and shows him a photo of a man with short, brown hair. His face, this "Jackman" screamed stupid, as well as another who looked gentle, but passionate, "Kalib", and text after text of the "Heat Haze".] I guess you know about that place, the Heat Haze. We had to die to get there and save her, and even then, we lost one of us, and almost lost this other one. [He points to Kalib.] If not for, Ene, he would be dead as well. Most of us risked our lives, and here we are risking it again. [Kazuya the takes off his COMP, takes off his jacket, and pull up his shirt. His left arm had very severe burn marks, as well as the palms of his hands and most of his torso.] The burn marks were made by Ene under the influence of the Snake as I tried to make her snap out of his control. [After showing the physica evidence of how much has been sacrificed up until this point, he puts on his COMP, shirt and jacket once more.] Kano, I'm not a hero. But if I have to lose an arm to save her, or even my own life. [Kazuya looks at Kano as seriously as he can, his eyes showing a burning determination, a flame that might even be self destructive.] I will keep on struggling for the sake of a friend that's suffering.

Danksuya looks around the place, looks like Gamma is here to stay, locking up the door with ice, hopefully this won't end up in a battle, Danksuya then leans against a wall as he flicks a lighter, waiting for Gamma to finish before speaking Danksuya Suou. That's me.

{The girl lazily places her feet on the desks and offers a slight smile.} I like your attitude pinky. The name is Kido and I am currently in charge of the snake HR department. {Kido then puts her feet down and leans forward with a serious gaze.} So you and I guess Danksuya were called here today on a matter of alliences. I hope you know what I mean. {Kido then looks to Kotori and frowns.} Why are you here? I haven't heard of another female making a deal with boss. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ {For once Kano is left speechless at Kazuya's show of determination and he quickly gazes to the door labeled "Security Office". He stares at it as if pondering something and making up his mind he finally offers his hand to Kazuya.} I guess you really will be the one to help Ene then ... I thought that by leaving her like this I was helping. But now ... {He grimaces remembering the burn marks he just saw.} I guess I was being an idiot. {Kano puts on his hoodie and shyly smiles as he points to the "Security Office" door.} Well I won't hold you back hero-kun~ She's in there and I expect you to actually keep that winded promise of yours.

Gamma looks over to Kotori and sighs, shaking his head Sorry about that Kido, Kotori here seems to have gotten terribly lost. I find they've been following me or something, seems like they managed to get over here. Gamma shrugs, not really his place to judge what's happening, regardless, he turns back to Kido I am extremely interested in actually talking to Clearing-Eyes, yes. Usually he just blows me off when all I've been trying to do is learn what's really going on. Gamma knocks on a nearby wall This thing, whatever you want to call the mall event, I don't really see any connection. I'm well aware that some people like Kazuya want to simply attack the serpent without actually knowing anything about them. Quite foolish in my opinion. Doesn't even take the time to consider he could easily hurt Ene in the process.

Uhh..... like he said! I followed Gamma-san...... So.... I survived! Did I win the game?

Just call me Kaz, Kano! [Kazuya accepts Kano's hand and gives him a wide smile, contrasting with his dead serious look from before.] It's alright, I won't fail. No matter what the odds are, I promise...no, I swear she will be safe by the end of this. [Kazuya then lets go of his hand, and after bowing to him as a show of respect, the young man finally makes his way towards the "Security Office" door, and goes inside.]

Alliance? I thought I was already in. Danksuya then takes off his glasses, revealing his eyes as he tries to stare directly into Kido's eyes to demonstrate his own power, probing into their mind in attempt to find their thoughts You wouldn't be trying to trick me would you?

{Kido rolls her eyes at Kotori's question and shrugs without much care.} Yep you certainly did win the game after breaking to so badly. Boss is not too happy about that since you angered Ene. {She then gazes at Gamma.} As for what the boss plans these days. Well he certainly didn't plan any of this or the events at the forest either. That was all Azami's doing from the start with her whole trial deal. You could say the boss just hijacked her plans and decided to use what she made. {She pushes a lollipop jar forward to the three in room as she takes a cherry one. She chews on the cherry lollipop thoughtfully as she considers something Gamma said.} You could blame the boss ignoring you on Azami too. He was planning to talk to you but hijacking all these created spaces takes energy for him. Azami doesn't make it any easier with her constant attacks among our group. {She finally gazes at Danksuya.} Nope no tricks here i'm just doing a job to help a friend.

Break? Wasn't I suppose to get rid of the bombs? The only rule was to survive, right? That's the only rule that I was told. Oh! But it was really really fun!

Danksuya throws back on his glasses as he flicks a lighter instead of taking a candy, thinking to himself before speaking again Alright, I'll bite. What exactly do you want us to do, I can't exactly help you if I don't know how to fight back.

{Kano smiles at the hand that Kazuya's shook and begins to fade.} Well I have to go now so I leave my job up to you hero~ {He fades away completely.} {Kazuya is met with the sight of Ene who is currently transfixed by the many screens in front of her. The many screens show different locations of the mall and Ene's red eyes stare at them as if attempting to pick apart each individual scene. She is so focused that she doesn't even notice Kazuya entering the room and continue to chew on a bit of licorice. The room itself is a mess with all sorts of candy wrappers strewn about and Ene certainly doesn't look as immaculate as before. With her twin tails free in messy set of strands and her outfit very dirty with what appears to be spots of blood.}

Gamma sighs an shakes his head, what a pain. Makes sense Azami would be causing trouble for them, but still In that case, is there any place I can go to meet him in person? Seems a whole lot easier than going through all this trouble. Heck, I wouldn't even mind some kinda phone call. Looking around the room, especially at Kotori, Gamma takes out a small piece of paper and forms a small icicle at the end of his finger In fact, unless you're planning on bringing us somewhere around now, it would probably be best for you to be able to contact me in some way. [This really was it, she was in front of him and distracted. All he could do right baout now as get closer, but slowly. He does so, and once behind her, he gently puts his hand on her right shoulder.] Ene...it's me, Kaz. [He really didn't have much else to say to her, but to let her know he was there already. What he would do...he didn't know exactly, but all he could do was move forward.] I didn't know you were a "princess", that was new. [He chuckles and tries to keep his usual smile.]

{Kido points her lollipop at Kotori with an annoyed look.} Well yes the rule was to survive but for some reason all the mall goers were let out. That was not part of the game at all since we had some later plans for them. And speaking of those plans ... {She turns her seat to face Danksuya and Gamma.} Well the ultimate goal is fixing the world and to do that we need to get people to fail the trials. That is what the boss wants you to do. To break these trials so bad that Azami decides to quit and allow us to once again make a heat haze. {Kido takes Gamma's phone number and stuffs it in her hoodie pocket.} Well that should have answered your questions since I can't offer more. The boss prefers sharing the details himself when he is not fighting some other snake queen right about now.

I don't know why they would be mad at me, I didn't break the rules. I'm not even strong enough to do that! Ooh! When's the next game? I'll play again!

{Ene almost jumps with surprise at the sudden sensation of a hand on her shoulder. Her head instantly whips around to catch the culprit and her red eyes narrow the moment she sees its Kaz. She grabs his hand with force already have a few blue sparks set off in them.} I'm more of a queen now friend but Kido enjoyed calling me princess so I let him. And I still know who you are game breaker. {She pouts as her grip on Kazuya's hand tightens.} The people in this mall were meant to suffer a bit longer ... {She gazes at the screens with an odd looks of longing,} Yet you freed them ruining all the fun of my game.

Gamma sighs and leans against a nearby wall, alright, just have to fail the trials then Well, these trials are all about being nice and stuff, I don't see having any problems with it. Gamma takes out a small chunk of ice and begins catching and tossing it, there is one other problem though.... Might need to be cautious about it. After all, I can't very well afford a straight-up fight. Haven't won one of those in a very long time. Gamma catches the shard and inspects it a bit more closely, froze too quickly, it seems to have a few cracks No matter, whatever happens, I don't care if they hate me. I have my own priorities, and I won't betray them for anything.

Failing the trials? I can do that. Or, we can I suppose. Danksuya then turns and nods at his allies, looks like he was in knee deep in this fiasco, and all he wanted was just more power Although, what's this "Heat Haze"? Don't exactly sound too friendly. Perhaps you could elaborate?

{Kido leans against her seat and crosses her arms against her chest.} The trials are more then just being nice you know. They are about dealing with our bad traits and helping us move on or something. I wouldn't really know though. I don't intend to be "fixed" at all. {She peers at Danksuya from a half closed eye lid.} You know the heat haze. The whole if you die you get dragged to this other world deal and get powers if you come back.

I tend to do what I feel like, you should know that already [Kazuya grins at her, feigning cockiness.] So i couldn't let them suffer under you watch, or rather, "Snake-Chan's". Why would yo do this, Ene? This isn't like you at all. [Kazuya looks straight into her eyes and places his left hand on her other shoulder.] Shock me all you want, but I won't give up. If I have to break every single one of your games, I will.

{Ene gives Kazuya a flat look as if the answer should be obvious and the blue sparks fade from her had once she deems it a waste. Her pout only grows worse as she angrily hits her feet against a desk.} I got bored friend that is why I did it. Do you know how boring it gets just waiting for something to happen? {She groans at the thought.} It's not like it matters anyway these people don't even exist. You can hurt them all you want and it wouldn't affect anything or anyone. Yet you just had to ruin it for me like everything else. {Her eyes heatedly glare at Kazuya as she only get more and more furious at the ruining of her game. They appear more vibrant red then before and an odd scale like texture appears right beneath them giving Ene a rather fierce gaze.} I could just do to you what I was planning to do to them ... Break all your bones and blow you to smithereens~ Just like a fun video game~

Gamma raises an eyebrow and begins catching and tossing his shard again Alright, so then its even easier. All we have to do is find the worst in ourselves, and show it, over and over again until she's so disgusted Azami decides to leave. With a faint chuckle, Gamma kicks off the wall, he crushes the shard in his hand, receiving some minor scratches from its fracturing This shouldn't be too hard at all. In fact, venting might even be therapeutic. Oh man this is going to be fun. Having apparently heard enough, Gamma begins to walk back towards the door, though he glances back at Kido Is there anything else I should be aware of, whether it be from Clearing Eyes or from you personally, if not, this trial seems to be over, so sticking around may not be the best of ideas.

Danksuya crosses his arms in silence, showing the worst of yourself? That... Didn't sound hard, but it might be difficult to show his worst side and stay discreet, this might be quite a bit harder then he originally thought Hmm... Well then we got some work ahead of ourselves... Now then, is there anything else to say? If not we should head our separate ways.

[Kazuya blinks a couple of times at the sudden change, it was not wise to simply let things happen anymore. So he had to do something, anything, whatever. He probably had less than 10 seconds, so he had to think of something fast.] You can do that, yes...you have been able to from the start, and yet, you don't do it. [His words are probably enough to get a bit more of time. It was probably now or never.] This...I doubt it'll work twice, I still have another idea but... If you break a few of my bones, that is fine. I promised I would do anything, and sacrifice it all to save you. I have to. [With this said, Kazuya began to sign. The song could be familiar, and it has been a long time. Yet, he remembered all of it still, the memory was burned into his mind. Perhaps, singing this song he could get her back a bit, even if for a minute or two. As he does this, he doesn't let go of her shoulders]

{Kido takes a second to think and then looks to Gamma and Danksuya with a certain sternness in her gaze.} Never fully trust Clearing Eyes. Only thing I can think of. Bye. {Her skin begins to dissapear in spots until she is gone from sight. Yet her voice remains.} Rest up in your world. It is only getting harder from here.

Harder to pass means easier to fail. Gamma heads towards the frozen door, and nods to Danksuya I can't actually get rid of the ice, only make it. Never thought we'd end up meeting up so much, but hey, what can you do? Finally, Gamma glances over at Kotori, his eyes seem cold and distant, almost inhuman, like he was merely looking at a particularly interesting animal rather than another person For you, you should probably just stay out of the way. Wouldn't do for you to get yourself hurt, would it? And remember, from here on, its always showtime.

Heh... Alrighty then, looking forward to work with you again... Danksuya then walks up to the door and conjures a fireball, melting off the ice with a blast of heat before walking out, noticing Kaz fighting "Kaz" he backs away quickly and out of there, he was too tired to lend a hand, besides, it was his fight,

{Hearing an all too familiar tune Ene struggles to keep her anger high but her body has other plans as her face begins to grow lax. Her red eyes dull in color as the grip she has upon Kazuya's hand loosens up.} Friend stop it .... stop with the song .... stop ... {The scales that appeared beneath her eyes turn back to her usual smooth skin and her mouth becomes a lazily pleased smile. At this point her mind has fled to happier days as her body begins to fall backwards.} Haruka ... Master ...

............................. Kotori doesn't respond to Gamma immediately as she follows him D-did I do something wrong? She looks at him with a guilty expression

{Faint singing can be heard across the hall from the "Security Offices" room and as the trio step out they are certainly able to hear it.}

[He doesn't stop singing at all, but the moment he notices she begins to fall, he rapidly moves to the front and hugs her, one, to stop her fall, and two, so she can hear the singing better. This position, however, is a bit embarrassing, and right now he is thankful Kalib isn't around to see this. "He would kill me, well...with his eyes anyway." He thinks. He tries to reassure her even further by caressing her head.]

Well, the outside seems to be fine for now, though... There's obviously something going on in the security room... Usually the place fades. So he decides to go towards the sound of the singing to see what's happening. Meanwhile he glances back at Kotori, any hint of interest gone As I said, from now on, the show is always going. You can expect to see a lot more of this, and worse if you continue. So yes, what you're doing wrong is getting your head into business you almost certainly don't want to be in. I very well can't stop you, but I can inform you of how poor the idea is. With an irritated sigh Gamma turns back to the control room, as long as they're in this area they're probably being watched after all

{Ene barely feels Kazuya's touch as she sinks into her own memories and attempts to temper out the last bits of rage within. She slowly opens her eyes as she senses the end of the song revealing two dark blue orbs. Her outfit takes after this change by slowly becoming the lighter shade of blue it once was.} Kazuya why are you petting my head? {She momentarily gazes about in confusion until the memory hits and then she freezes up in horror.} I'm a bad person. {She unconciously grips Kazuya's shirt as she says this.}

............... If I go will you stop being mad at me?

{The door to the Security Room swings open by itself revealing the sight of Ene and Kazuya in their own situation. The sound of gentle laughter can be momentarily heard.}

[Kazuya finishes the song at last and tightens his embrace. He doesn't stop petting her head, he was worried. But still, he was glad she was able to come back, even if it's just for a moment.] No Ene, that's not true. You know why this happened, and I'm here to help...you know that, right? I'm not leaving you.

{Ene continues to repeat the same thing over Kazuya's words until a broken sob escapes from her lips. Her eyes brim with tears as she almost tries to curl into herself for protection against her own memories. She then starts to repeat a new phrase over and over again in a maddening pattern.} I'm sorry.

Gamma walks in with a faint chuckle... If they're still here, they're still being watched Well, sorry to ruin this pretty little moment of yours, but its about time to go, isn't it? Just saying, somehow you two always seem to end up alone, crying into each others' arms. Gamma's voice is low and mocking, he almost seems delighted at the spectacle Rather sad, isn't it? Almost pathetic. Still, nice to see you losers are good for something at least. At this point he's stopped paying any attention to Kotori, for now, the situation in front of him seems far more noteworthy

...................... Kotori just silently follows Gamma, not knowing what else to do

It's okay, just let it out...I'm here, I'll be here. [He really cannot do much more at this point other than not letting her go, she would probably turn back again, but the fact that she is still there...maybe every sacrifice would be worth it. Even after Gamma appears, he simply ignores any of the words he might have said, as Kazuya himself ends up lost in his own thoughts.] Please, stay like this...

{Ene's pattern halts at hearing Gamma's words and she physically feels ill at the thought of being weak. She realizes while lying there on Kazuya that yes she was indeed a pathetic mess. Not even worth the attention people give her...} I hate this {With a tear streaked face and a sudden dose of disgust Ene once again feels the spark of anger she attempted to smother before. Only this time the spark refuses to go down as her eyes reflect the beginning fury with a slow hue change to red.} I'm not a loser. I could easily show you.

Yeah, you're probably not. I mean, you can't possibly be worse than me! Im super weak! And I constantly screw up! Kotori butts in, smiling at the strange girl, she knows that look, she's felt that way so many times and it only causes trouble for her

Ene, stop this! You don't have to do any of this anymore! [Kazuya desperately tries to stop her, as her reaction took him off his own thoughts. She was disgusted at what this "Ene" was doing, he couldn't just let it continue.] Fight that damn parasite!

Gamma sighs and shakes his head... Good grief, how long until the place fades away again? Gamma steps out of Kotori's way, leaning carelessly against a nearby wall Sure, show me, prove yourself or whatever you plan on doing. I'm not particularly partial to any way. With a yawn he takes out a small shard of ice and begins tossing it, seemingly bored. He glances back at Kazuya Tell me, while you're so desperate. How would you feel if people called you, or perhaps Pascal a parasite? Rather insensitive don't you think?

{An equally brutal remark dies on Ene's tongue as Kazuya pleads with her and her left eye attempts to revert back to blue. Yet at this point the anger incited by Gamma's words is too prevalent to ignore and her right eye remains red. Ene suddenly grabs her head and yells as both of her desires begin to conflict with each other.} Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! I just want to think! {Electricity suddenly shoots out of her body in a wave as she attempts to get both Gamma and Kazuya out of her head.} {The world itself begins to flicker a bit revealing parts of the real world as she continues to struggles with herself. A monotone female voice speaks to everyone in the room as this occurs.} It's time for everyone to return.

The wave passes over Gamma with a jolt... He shakes his head as though to clear something from his mind. Gamma glances around the flickering room Oh what's the matter Azami? Done watching the show? I thought you loved watching us go, rather than bothering to come here and see us yourself. Gamma sighs and continues catching and tossing his shard, apparently careless for the world around him Well, I hope you like what you see then. Nothing ever really gets better here, best to get used to it.

No, hold on! I know we can...I can get her back! [He attempts to hold the girl once more, knowing that it could possibly be futile. Time was short, not time to do anything anymore. And yet there he was, still trying to reach out to her, to save her from this hell.] Ene you can do this, you were here before, you just have to come back!

Ah! Yes please! I'd like to go back! Thank you voice!

Oh I am back friend~ {Ene shocks away Kazuya's hold with a few light sparks from her body and faces him with a trembling smirk. Her eyes are completely red once again.} I'm home~ Which meansss I can play with all the human toys again and again! {She giggles at this and focuses in on Gamma.} Starting with you meanie~ I'll personally snap your neck and then blow you up with a special bomb. It'll be a lot of fun for the two of us~ {She claps along to her genius as laughter still comes out of her.} {The world's breaks down a bit more revealing the natural light of the sun and letting in a slight forests breeze.}

Gamma sighs, awaiting the inevitable, he casts a careless glance in Ene's direction Go for it, see if I care. He begins catching and tossing the shard again, watching it go up and down in his hand I'll do whatever it takes to accomplish whatever I set out to do. Regardless of how it may make you feel about me. Either you trust me, or you don't, I can't worry about it too much. After all, lets be honest. I can't really afford to hold myself back if I want to get anywhere in this world, can I?

[Kazuya was now on the ground after Ene shocks him away. Like usual, he electricity is hard to take just like that. But he does his best to stand up and back away a bit.] I know you have to be somewhere in there... And I'm coming back for you. [Is the last thing Kazuya says before preparing for another attack, or going back home.] Azami, do something before anyone else here ends up hurt!

................................. Kotori looks on, utterly confused I don't think I like that girl..... She could at least be nice to people who are trying to help her.....

I'm not surprised things turned out this way. {As Ene lunges for Gamma she lands into nothing since everyone within the room was instantly sent back to the real world. The trio of Gamma, Kotori, and Kazuya all land on the side walk and their exit ceases to exist.}

[Kazuya is confused at first, but he shakes his head before adressing Kotori.] She is like that due to the Snake, it act like a parasite, changing them into something downright malevolent. [The man sighs and plays with his hair, with both eyes closed.] Which is why I'm doing my best to separate the Snake from Ene before killing it for good, so it never does this ever again.

Gamma turns over to Kotori, with a sigh, poor kid Like I said, you may wish to stay away from this mess. You'll continue to see some unpleasant things throughout, my apologies for the rudeness, but as I said, I'm willing to do anything. Gamma doesn't acknowledge Kazuya as he begins to walk away If she ends up hating me forever for this, then so be it. I can't afford to worry about that stuff anymore, not if I'm to have the slightest chance. Consider that your last warning. Hate me if you must, but I'll always move on. Finally, he glances at Kazuya, and begins to open his mouth again, before shaking his head and walking off

[Kazuya glares at Gamma before waking off.] For someone who likes to talk big, you really are a spineless coward.

............................... uhh........ Not knowing what to do, Kotori walks off in a random direction
