*Nero walks through the area, the little girl behind him. Nero sighs.* That Nyx was all talk. Destroying the world? Ha! Can't believe she was stopped by a bunch of kids. Still, our informant gave us some good information. "S" can be trusted to do that at least. *The little girl nods silently.*

Though school has been out for a little while, that hasn't stopped a local, blue-haired schoolgirl from finding things to busy herself with. While nothing utterly spectacular, these riots managed to draw her personal attention. The girl takes it upon herself to talk to many of the riot members, to no avail. The young girl passes by Minato on the street, cheerfully waving as she begins to walk by Nice hair, just be sure to be careful now. Would hate for you to get caught up in something, especially with all this random violence goin' around. Hope that clears up soon. With a wide grin Sayaka waves at Nero and his little girl as well, though she doesn't say anything to them specifically

Minato would notice Nero walking along. He hadn't passed by someone in a while and thus thought it might be fun to mess with the doctor and his companion. Silently his hand would light ablaze with a subtle but ghostly blue flame as the invisible strings worked their way towards the little girl. If she didn't notice anything unusual they would attach themselves to her limbs. He would also notice Sayaka as well and put on a warm smile as he normally would do when he was up to his awful deeds. "Don't worry, living here I've gotten used to strange things happening. I know how to handle myself."

(A 7'3 man walks around with his 7'2 claymore in his beautiful wooden sheath) well...today's been a boring day

*Apparently unaware of the strings, the young girl waves back to Sayaka happily. Nero stops in the middle of the path.* Don't wave at strange people. Let us wait here for our friends. I'm sure they'll be along soon. Kairi: Of course, Father.

Kotori is walking along when she notices Sayaka Ah, Sayaka-san. I wanted to ask you something!

No battles....no gods....no nothing...ugh

With her friendly greeting, Sayaka is able to notice the faint blue fire around Minato's hand. Obviously some kind of magic, she shakes her head, gonna take some getting used to all the open usage around here. The young girl tilts her head at Minato and asks So, whatcha doin'? Bored or something? Most people don't just randomly set their hand on fire.... You are ok right? At this point its getting kinda hard to tell if that sorta stuff is on purpose or not. Fortunately Minato is spared a need to reply by Kotori's appearance. Sayaka waves over at the other girl and shouts across the street Heya Kotori, what is it you need? Oh, uh... If its related to... You know. Sayaka glances at the ring on her left hand before walking towards Kotori That sorta stuff it might not be best to yell about it. Anyways, what did you wanna ask?

Then again....I've done nothing for two days..sooo

*Nero looks at Kairi as she collapses. After a slight sigh, Nero crouches down by Kairi, acting shocked.* Kairi? What happened? Are you alright? Kairi?! *Nero shakes Kairi, but she is unresponsive.*

Uhh..... what was it? ................ She begins to fiddle with her left ear Uhhhhh........ I forgot..... But now that you mentioned that! I do have a question about it! If I wanted to get my hands on a Grief Seed, how would you suggest I do it? I can't fight witches, for obvious reasons. But even if I could, I'm too weak to. How would I go about getting a hold of some for you guys? Her eyes light up Oh! Now I remember what I wanted to ask you for! I want you to test something I made!

Minato would smirk at this but something about this interaction left him unsatisfied. Something about the way Nero acted seemed familiar to him. It frustrated him in a way that this act wasn't satisfying in the least bit so he decided to go ahead and just use his usual methods. One more pull and perhaps a second. He would allow the girl to move again now that Nero was close and unleash her violent nature. If what he had done was successful the girl would attack Nero by any means she could. Perhaps she would attempt to strange him while he was so close. "There..."

Jiyu walks down the sidewalk with his head low and his hands in his pockets. He then lifts his head up and starts to look around, as he looks around, he notices Nero with that weird blue haired kid and walks over to them out of curiosity "What the hell is going on here?"

Sayaka sighs and scratches her head with her left hand, the young girl shakes her head Those seeds are only gotten by, well, fighting those monsters. So unless you can find someone with spares there aren't many options. I mean, with how many superpowered individuals there are running around I wouldn't be surprised if one or two of 'em just happened to run into one, but for the most part I just do for myself. Sayaka looks back up at Kotori, eyes wide open, somethin' to test, well... What is it? I mean, come on, you can't just tell me something like that without giving any sorta explaination. What do you need me to test, somethin' cool I..... Around then is when Sayaka would notice the Nero situation, weird, a few moments ago that little girl following him seemed to follow him like some kinda parent. Sayaka, ever the hero turns back to Kotori as she runs over to the pair Sorry, somethin' weird's happening. You can explain in a little bit, I need to make sure everyone's ok.

*As Kairi starts moving again, Nero smirks. The girl tries to choke Nero out but with a single glare, she suddenly stops moving again. Nero raises to his feet, dusting himself off before turning to face Minato.* Now, that turned to violence almost too quickly. I'm slightly disappointed in you. I'd figure you'd keep the act of her having a seizure up for at least a few more minutes to attract some worried civilians before making her lash out, but that's just me. Oh well. *Nero shrugs*

Minato freezes for a moment. He wasn't used to someone confronting him directly after one of his stunts. A second later he comes to his senses and puts on a fake smile. "Me? You're kidding right? What makes you think I did this. Probably just one of those weird riots events..." Minato would put the flame around his hand out as the invisible strings disappeared. Inside he'd be confused as to where he might of slipped up. He knew his strings couldn't be seen by normal means so either this man has some special eyes or perhaps just a good intuition.

The commotion nearby, while short, was enough to attract the attention of an armored being with a glowing sword. Despite his heavy footsteps and battle-ready appearance, his voice only has concern as he dashes over. Is everything alright? Is that girl okay?

Jiyu looked surprised as he saw the armored being approach the group "Woah! What are you supposed to be?"

Ah, yes. I got ahead of myself. First of all, I'm Nero. Doctor Nero, to be precise. Secondly, It's a magic detector built into my puppet that you thought you could command. *Nero motions to Kairi* Make sure you're not trying to control anyone else puppet in the future. That will help you out a lot in not being caught by other people. I like your work. It helps me in my own research, so I'm not about to stop you. You can go on. I don't mind it. Of course, I could be wrong. And if I am I truly am sorry about that. That being said, being that you've been at every one of those riot spots unless you're exceedingly unlucky, I don't think I am. Am I?

After getting back on the same side of the street as Nero and Minato, one of those worried citizens looks between the pair, eyebrow raised Somethin' goin' on between you two? And what was with the girl? No need to worry, I've been looking into the riots for a bit, I may look young but I'm more than capable Sayaka grins and flashes the two a thumbs up, since the topic had come up hopefully one of them will be able to help. For the time being, the loud, clanking footsteps alert her to a massive figure's approach, she reaches for the ring on her left, but stops when the figure actually speaks That's what I was tryin' ta figure out. But that's not really a problem I guess. We'll be sure to sort everything out, never you worry The young girl gives them all a confident smile as they dig through their schoolbag for a notepad and pencil. She points the eraser at Minato So you're sayin' that guy's been at every riot? Would be easier to confirm if any of the rioters could remember much about it, let me write this down As promised, Sayaka would begin writing notes on her pad. This time she writes "blue-haired teenage boy, at every riot?"

Kotori starts poking the little girl Soooo.... Is she like a familiar or sumthin?

Minato's frustration as Sayaka recorded that detail almost showed through his friendly facade until suddenly he seemed to calm down quite a bit. The subtle blue flames would return to his hand as the invisible blue strings approached Sayaka this time. As usual they would try to attach to her limbs unless somehow this was interuptted by some means. Meanwhile, Minato would simply smile. "I've seen quite a few of the riots. But I usually just run away whenever they happen. Besides, I live around here. Is it so weird I'd be walking around where the riots happen?"

Well... if you say so. The armor gives Sayaka a nod. The sword taps the ground, probably out of habit, as the person considers Jiyu's words. I guess I'm a knight... cosplayer... thing? It's complicated.

"Hmm, seems legit." Jiyu looks over to Minato when he mentions riots "Riots? There's been riots going on? How come I've never heard of these riots happening?"

Ah yes. That could be true. It's not though. I mean, you running from the riots, not you living around here. I can't prove that's false unless I stalked you. I'm not that creepy. No. But you stand and watch them. I've watched you do it. On CCTV tapes, of course. Again, not a stalker. There's always someone watching the riots until they end and then they walk away. Sometimes they're hooded, but other times they, well, they're you, for lack of a better description. *Kairi gets up, shaking her head. She notices the strings and tugs Nero's sleeves. Nero knows what she means, but says nothing about it.*

Having noticed them earlier, Sayaka catches the slight flicker as Minato's hands alight. Unsure of what it means, Sayaka stashes her notepad back in the bag and slowly steps away from the older boy Your hands are on fire again. I take it that's on purpose? What exactly do you think you're doing? I'd ask if it was a nervous habit, but you're rather calm all things considered. Plus I've never noticed you around the rest of the rioters, been talkin' to as many as I can.

You guys always assume the worst.... What if he's trying to calm the riots down, Or observe the riots to find their source. She continues to poke the little girl, this time, trying to tickle her

Wait, riots? I guess I should have been paying more attention to everything... The person laughs a little, then points his sword at Minato's hands. Pretty cool trick you have there, though!

The strings would delay slightly as Minato takes the time to pull up his hand and look at it curiously. "Oh this...I don't really know. It just sorta happens whenever it wants. I'm not really sure why. As I said before I'm not part of the riots. They just happen on the street I live on." After trying to look genuinely curious as well about the nature of his hand the strings stretch out once more to try and reach Sayaka.

Anyw- huh, it's this late already? He lowers the sword and looks up at the sky. Right, I need to get going... See ya! He waves, and wanders off.

Unable to see the strings, Sayaka doesn't question it further. She takes her notepad out again and writes on the same page as earlier "boy never part of the riots. They just happen near him?" She stops backing away, and thus does nothing to get away from the strings as she puts her notepad back away You should probably work on figurin' that fire stuff out. With magic you never know, it might be important. And if nothin' else it might help you defend yourself if another breaks out. Sayaka glances at Kotori and shakes her head I'm just tryin' to figure out what's goin' on. I wasn't accusing anything, just keepin' notes for later. Maybe I'll end up turning them into police or somethin'. Even if its not such a big deal here, its certainly somethin' interesting

The strings would latch onto Sayaka. Minatobwould smile a little more before pulling one of the strings gently. A though would be projected into Sayaka's mind. "The culprit to the riots is among those who you know." After that the string would seem to fade as if locked away until they were once again needed. "Well, thanks anyway. I'll be sure to let you know if I figure anything out."

She shrugs and stands up, then pulls something out of her pouch and hands 2 small red pills to her Here. I want you to test em. Just pop em in the middle of the fight. OOC: Red pills are a strength boost for 3 turns, however after the buff runs out, strength is decreased for 3 turns

*Nero smirks, his eyes trained on Minato.* Of course. It would seem I'm wrong, after all. Jumped to conclusions. I do that sometimes. Sorry. No harm done, yes?

Sayaka waves at Minato and begins to walk away, though she stops herself and scratches the back of her head. Oh yeah, would you mind givin' me your name for future reference? My name's Sayaka Miki, and since I've started followin' this thing I might need to find ya again sometime, especially if you're around the riots so often. You might have seen whoever started it. Sayaka nods to Kotori and accepts the pills, all things considered she doesn't have much of anywhere to put them, so she simply stashes them in her schoolbag for now Thanks Kotori, I'll make sure to test it while I'm out some time. I've started experimentin' a bit anyways

Minato would smile as suspicion seemed to be cast off him. Hopefully the message from the strings would be drilled into the girl's head. "You can simply call me Minato. If you want a last name too then it's Arisato. I don't remember seeing anything particular but I'll be sure to tell you if I remember anything."

Alright, thanks for the help Minato. Sayaka would take out her pad to write "Minato Arisato, lives in the area, hopefully sees something" near the rest of the information. Unfortunate that he seems to be having memory issues as well. I'll just need to try to be there when the next one happens. Oh, I almost forgot Sayaka would tear out a small piece of paper from her notepad and writes her phone number on it before handing it to Minato If you happen to find yourself in the middle of one of those again I'd appreciate you tellin' me. Hopefully I can get there before everything settles down. After handing him the piece of paper, Sayaka would start to walk off, writing a few final notes as she goes. "familiar people near riots? Obviously magic in nature. Need to be there for more info."

Well, it seems I have no reason to hang around here anymore. Come along Kairi. *Kairi nodded, following the doctor. Nero smiled, looking back over at Minato. He wondered what the boy had up his sleeve. Whatever it was, he thought, it had better be worth the build up.*

..................... Guess everyone's going now? Ok. Kotori turns to leave the area
