<i>There have been multiple reports of random riots breaking out in the streets all over the city. Despite multiple attempts at interrogation members of these riots have always seemingly forgotten why the riot began in the first place. In a world like the Nexus such stories are not improbable as strange occurrences are common. Just the other say a monster reportedly burst from a moon sized rocks and was heading towards the earth in what many people reportedly said was the end of the world. Just when all hope was lost though a tree of some kind raised up towards the monster and stopped it from falling down. Through unknown means the monster was destroyed and the crisis was averted. While not usually so extreme such cases aren't an abnormality and things like a few odd riots aren't the police's focus as it's not nearly the strangest happenings. Minato would be walking down a road gleefully. He had already attached his strings to the fate of a couple indivisuals. All he had to do was pull and he could guide their fate accordingly however he was patient and rather than spoiling such a great he would save it for when he needed it. </i> &quot;Things sure are boring today. <i>Minato as usual would be walking around with a big smile on his face. The street he was currently on was one of his favorites. The crowds on this road were much larger than on other streets and it was the perfect place for his favorite hobby. He would stare towards the crowd as his smile grew. A soft ghostly flame would surround his right hand as invisible strings would trail out. They'd attack to the limb of the random citizens in the area. These strings would be invisible to all but those who had a high detection when it comes to visual magic. He would begin to subtly pull on these strings as his fingers twitched back slightly. Soon the faces if the people of the crowds would begin to grow agitated. They'd turn to eachother with clear hostility and begin shouting. Minato would begin relaxing his hand as the flames subside. </i> &quot;How easily people would turn on eachother...almost dissapointing...if it wasn't so much fun.&quot;

<i>The young boy with blue hair and glowing yellow/red eyes would be seen in a back alley looking around nervously.
