BlazGYM: Continuum Combat!
A young woman walks through the doors of the GYM, she'd casually look around the place and toy with a sword on her back now and then... Seems like nobody's here, for now, it's a shame since she was actually looking to fight someone from around these parts. Blake sighs and walks over to a wall near the door to the backyard, watching the entry and awaiting someone to fight.
Sometimes it’s best to respect the rules of the universes that exist but sometime soon rules must be broken you can say one of those times is now. So get up you thought your time was up but somebody else will intervene. Something begins to materialize in the GYM or more so the ceiling of the GYM and comes plummeting to the floor in a embarrassing crash. It was a strange robotic creature a android of sorts rusted in browns and black spots and. Somewhat deteriorated but still a android none the less it seem to be dormant not moving a inch like it was cold dead but it is a Robot after all yet it looked so eerie just lying on the floor like that.
Blake walks up to the thing rather curiously, she's seen more than a few mechs working with the White Fang after all, but this one isn't quite like anything she's ever met before... Blake doesn't know crap about robots except how to break em, so she'd simply poke at it a bit and see if there's any response.
After poking it for a bit something clicks and the Android roars to life quite lieterally it rolls over to the side and jumps up immediately trying to get quickly to it’s feet and anazlying it’s settings lights, creaks and rattles are all produce from this creep as it looks around to analyze it’s surroundings and take in this new setting it the new let’s out some snarls and a few words all in a deep booming yet raspy voice a very discomforting combination to hear. “What’s this another warp jump?...A simulation! PULSAR I’m quite fed up of this! PULSAR!” The Android sends out a screech a howl holding many years of pain behind it before it finally makes eye contact with Blake who had intally reactivated him.

Blake reaches up to... Her bow actually, the girl would quickly put her hands over it as Cent begins screeching, despite not showing them. Those cat ears are pretty sensitive, if Cent can somehow hear over himself, he might notice a low hissing coming from Blake as well. She shakes her head for a moment as it stops, finally going back to her usual calm and looking over the android. "Well, that was quite a greeting huh? Blake Belladonna, and um I'm guessing you don't get out much lately? Anyways, nice to meet you I guess..." A smirk crosses her face, hmm maybe this is the chance she was looking for? "And say, how about a little sparring match. I came here to fight somebody, and the place is empty so uh, you up for it?"
*a man in a armored coat and with a helmet with a veil of smoke flowing within the nanomesh glass hovers in leaving behind a trail of purple smoke* Can a Voidwalker get some sleep around here?!
It hadn't taken too long to find it, this GYM, all capitals, that the girl had heard about. Soon, a long, black limousine, the kind you'd never expect to find around a part of town this rough, rolls up and parks near the building. The elderly gentleman driving it turns to his passenger Gentleman: Are you sure this is the right place milady? Relaxing in the backseat is a blonde, 14-year-old girl wearing a simple, but elegant black dress for the night. The girl smiles back at the gentleman Girl: You know you have to tell me tell me, GYM, all capitals, rougher part of town, right? This is the place that Kotori girl had mentioned, where, perhaps Risako would be able to find whatever it was she was missing. At least, that's what the other girl had suggested. The old man gets out of the car, and walks around to open the backseat Gentleman: That is indeed where we are milady. Though, I trust you don't blame me for being... Uncomfortable, leaving you alone again. The girl shrugs, trying to give off an air of nonchalance, but in truth she was rather relieved she wouldn't be alone this time. The girl gets out of the car, and grabs the older gentleman's hand before the pair walk through the GYM doors. Aside from their fancy way of dressing, one might notice the girl, who stands rather near the gentleman, has startlingly blue eyes. However, it looks almost as though there's a thin cloud over them
The Android observed Blake for a bit with heavy growls and panting but begins to slow down a bit and starts to clear his mind to think more clearly. He tries to recall the last of his memories before hand but his memories were nothing but fuzz it was clear he was forgetting something maybe many things but there is no point in remember. He also looked around and back at Blake and realized where ever this place is it’s different from the last universe it feels like deja vu for some reason but nothing helps solidify. The Android starts to speak up to Blake anyway sensing that this is not any hostile threat and wants to understand what is unfolding. “I don’t understand...where am I and how I got her? And you wish to challenge me it’s like getting flung across the Levaithen Lagoons in sector 3HNV6....Uh pardon my confusion uh... it’s...” The Android paused for a bit before saying what his name was....what was his name? Was it? No it should be.... “My name is Centunculus Fur but refer to me as Cent it’s easier.....so why do you wish to challenge me?” And why am I even here at all?”
*he looks at Cent and Blake and simply shrugs* Heh... best to not bother them... *he writes "Do Not Disturb and this is Geist, son of Spectre" on a sticky note and places it on the glass portion of his helmet and he drifts off into sleeps both metaphorically and literally*

Blake would look over at the younger girl, geez what the heck is she? Another frigging Heiress or something? Despite the oddness of seeing a seemingly rich girl and her escort, Blake would walk over to them and smile... Maybe they're just lost? "Um, hello there. What brings you two here? I'm going to guess neither of you is here to train or anything, right? I can't help but guess you aren't a Huntress in training or anything, given the utter lack of weapons... Either way, Blake Belladonna, nice to meet you both." She'd then turn back to... Cent huh? And why does she wish to challenge him? Heh, just to get a taste of the local flavor really. "Cent huh? Funny, that name reminds me of another Android I met at one point... I don't guess you happen to know a Penny Polendina? As for why I want to fight, it's pretty simple honestly, I'm a Huntress in training, fighting's just what I intend to do for a living at the end of the day. I've got my reasons, but simply put I'm trying to get a feel for the people around this strange city, so far I've only fought against my team since coming here."
The older gentleman looks down at his charge. After all, it was entirely her idea. He's still not entirely sure why she insisted so much himself. As for the young girl, she keeps a tight grip on the gentleman's hand and shakes her head Girl: M... My name is Risako, of the Kohiyo family... I... Well, someone suggested I come visit this place. I was... Well, I was hoping to find something at least. What this "something" was Risako wasn't quite sure, but it seemed very important. Important enough for her to go out of her way at least. The older man clears his throat, as though expecting something. Risako snaps to attention and curtsies, as though she had much practice Risako: I... Its a pleasure to meet you miss Belladonna. The older man smiles and pats Risako on the shoulder, he looks around the place, while there is standard training equipment there, the arena is somewhat new. Curious, and with little to go on, the gentleman asks Gentleman: Pray tell, what is it exactly you.... People do, in this place? There seems to be relatively little GYM equipment. And that ring's a little too big for boxing.
“Penny Polendina? I’m not aquatinted with that name unfortunately. Also a huntress you say rather interesting I guess that fighting would make sense to hone your skill but arn’t you being to quick to pick your fights...I mean...” Cent took another look at Blake and the though crept up that this persona may be out of his league to stand a chance. It’s obvious to him though that he his weak but got into one to many fights anyway and somehow came out yet that was mostly by playing smart. But should he really fight with this Huntress? He closes his eyes for second and let this though run through his rusted old processor before giving a response. “...well I did just pop out of no where and you asked me to go one on one with you right off the bat...if this were a different time I would say no but they do say fighting can help give you a better understanding of things a clash of soul and understanding of the people. Also everyone other place I warp jump to somebody keeps try wipe the floor with me so I guess this is like tradition. I leave this choice to you though if you think i’m even worth fighting.” It was a weird scenario to pop into if this were months ago Cent would have coward away hell he won’t even be able to form proper scentences but things are different, confusing but different he’s not sure where to go or what he is but if the routine is him foighting for his life and surviving miraculously Cent sees no harm in this challenge.
"It might be quick, but it's not like we're gonna aim to be doing serious harm right? Um, I don't know how you work, but as long as I don't get hit after running out of Aura then I won't suffer real injury from anything." She'd then look back at the older man with a smirk on her face, what do they do? Well, looks as though he's about to find out first hand. "Mostly we train, by fighting each other... The best way to prepare for a battle is by putting things you intend to use in it to work. Of course, I'm guessing you've never seen anyone like me? This place seems... Lacking, in my sort of person, but uh back home I guess you'd say I'm training for... I'm a Huntress in training, that's all I can say." Blake would then turn back to Cent, walking over to a ring with a grin on her face as her right-hand darts up to the blade on her back. She'd draw it from her sheath before pulling said item off her back as well, blade in one hand sheath in the other, Blake looks at Cent curiously. "Anyways, I'll give you the first move here I guess. Since I'm guessing you don't have an Aura, how do you intend to determine the victor here? I'd rather not battle till one of us passes out..."
Crap that was fast Cent was only spout something he felt and already secured himself into a fight against a person he never met or knows anything about in a place and arena he has never met. There is no game plan here only a giant beat pdown getting ready for Cent to take but it won’t deter him he just has to think a little outside the box he just has to hold out and prove his worth I guess. “Oh uh I see...I will gladly help you out with your training and I do apologize if I don’t meet up to your expectations but evena defect like me has to try right? We can stop once one of us can clearly can not make bring down the other or make a dent though it would probably be in your favour anyway.” Blake has given Cent the first move but almost anything he could do would probably be futile if he went direct it would be best to lay back and analyze the course and struggle this battle will pose. One cue Cent begins to go pull out his old Chain and Hook it has been rusted over with spots of similar rust but also some plant life over growing it with seaweeds and moss giving it a beautiful charming design. The chain wraps around Cent’s right arm and the hook lays in the right hand he hoist it up into the roof and propels himself up into the air like a grappling hook he releases the hook and then pulls out two metal cylinder like objects which he tries to throw and hit Blake with. “A defect like me also needs to scrub off some of it’s rust I guess I wonder if I got it in me?”
(edited by Centunculus_fur)
Blake's not so easily hit by such an attack, she'd dart out of the way from the objects with a grin on her face, rushing right past them in about a couple seconds. Once she's clear, the girl wraps a long black cable on her blade around her right arm, before quickly flicking the thing downward and snapping her katana into a scythe shape. "You aren't the only one with a hook here! Though, I think that Gambol Shroud might be a bit sharper than yours is." She'd then quickly toss the blade upward, aiming to snare her scythe into the chains Cent is holding onto. Assuming she hits, Blake would then quickly yank the weapon down in an effort to pull him back to ground level.
Predicting that Blake would dart out of the way the cylinders bounce on the ground and roll to the opposite sides of the areana it would take a bit but that knocks off one task now he nee- Blake succeeded in ensnaring Cent’s hook and he realized that this is where the punishment begins as he is found down into the floor without much effort crashing and rolling accors themfloor. “Bloody Hell I was afraid of something like this better start thinking or i’m already served like a dimakmg platter.” Cent easily recoveres and gets up and retracts his hook back to his right carrying it like a dagger but ready to thrash around with it the way it was suppose to. He begins to slowly approach Blake knowing if he tries any reckless assault on her he will just get flung across again like a ragdoll in the air.
Well, he most certainly hadn't seen that many... Considering the strange dress of both their companions, cosplayers. The older gentleman tightens his grip on Risako's hand before walking over somewhere to sit down Gentleman: Yes... Hunting. Not as much of a living as it used to be, but that was well before my time even. Come along Risako. The girl nods and keeps a tight grip on the old man's hand. The man makes sure to watch the others, little else to do. He blinks a few times, unsure of whether or not he was actually seeing this. Hearing the clash of metal, Risako pipes up Risako: What's happening? Gentleman: Well... I... Uh... Unless my eyes are failing, I believe one of the participants is clinging to the roof. Then the other one has a sword that turns into.. Some sort of chained scythe weapon, and they're throwing it. Not... Conventional training that's for sure. Risako tilts her head, its definitely weird, but she's started getting a lot of that lately, hasn't she? But... Maybe that's what she was missing. According to Kotori and that fluffy creature, magic was happening all the time. Risako: I dunno what they were trying to tell me. Just keep watching. The older man sighs and bows politely to his charge before turning his attention back to the fight Gentleman: If you insist milady
Blake smirks as her foe begins moving toward her, rather than rushing head on she'd leave an image in her wake. A barely solid copy of the girl forming in her place and running at Cent directly, her aiming of the weapon it just flipped back to a katana might distract Cent, hopefully, long enough for the girl to rocket into the ceiling with her own grappling weapon unnoticed. Of course, the copy would vanish with so much as a slight tap, and can't do nearly as much damage as the real thing, more like a weak punch than the painful slash it should be. By the time Cent will likely have noticed, Blake's leaping down off the roof and aiming to slam her cleaver-like sheath into his back. "That one is... Kind of a cheap trick, but fighting dirty is what I do best honestly. Anyways, guess you know what my Semblance is now huh? It's a pretty neat thing, but I mostly use it for defending. Lately, I'm trying to find other stuff for it." She'd then briefly turn toward the pair watching them, good ole cat Faunus hearing having allowed Blake to overhear some of their words... Not much a living in hunting huh? No, maybe not in this world, Remnant however is a bit different. She'd say a bit to them, without removing her eyes from Cent. "I guess there might not be a living in it here, but this place doesn't seem to be teaming with horrible monsters that are drawn to negative emotions and devour any person in sight either. Suffice to say, there's quite a living to be made hunting down such beasts, it's about all we can do to keep things from breaking down entirely..."
(edited by Blake-Belladonna)
Cent fell for the bait unable to understand the trick Blake was pulling and was slammed by Blake once again causing him to stumble and roll again clanking and scraping all the way before getting back up quickly in this process he drops another cylinder object on the ground under Blake’s rada and tries to make sure she does not notice it at all. “Fighting Dirty is still fighting I know some would care but I guess i’ve gotten use to that so I don’t mind but I don’t go down not easily unfortunately.” Cent pick up his hook in his right and quickly throws it like a spear at Blake at lightning speed mostly just to create distance again between him and Blake. His worries were becoming a little true though he’s not putting up much of a challenge but he desperately wants to at least make this worth while for his opponent “Come On Step it i’m being so slow and pathetic.”
"Step up huh... Okay, Cent! I guess I'll try a new technique I've been working on lately, this one's meant to be pretty high impact so be careful." As the hook flies toward her, Blakes a bit too busy pulling a red cartridge from her belt to dodge it. The weapon slams into her chest and sends the girl backward, it'd hurt a good bit but nothing she can't take thanks to her Aura, likely still at... 85% or so? Regardless, she slots the fire Dust into her weapon. "Are you acquainted with Dust? If not, I'll sum it up as a substance that carries various elemental effects, by channeling its powers one can achieve some interesting results." She could go on, but that be saying too much. Instead, Blake smirks at her foe as light bursts around her, the dust inside her weapon reacting with her Shadows to create 5 copies of herself, all made from a blazing fire that leaves burn marks on the ground where they stand. They'd then rush at Cent head on, aiming to surround the Android on all sides, their blades lashing toward him in a chaotic flurry of fire. They might not have substance, but those burns should hurt, of course, the explosion they cause upon being struck might worry Cent more. Either way, Blake flicks her weapon around some more, this time forming a gun which would shoot the rest of her fire Dust at Cent, half a dozen balls of flames about soccer ball size leaping from her pistol toward the Android, no need to be in that melee.
Risako almost seems a little bored, overhearing the others talk. The girl uses her spare hand to twirl her hair around her fingers as she waits. The older gentleman, on the other hand blinks for a moment. His eyes are one thing, but it sounds like the girl has... Quite the imaginaton, yes. But... Surely that was a trick of the light... Risako squeezes his hand again Risako: what's happening now? Gentleman: I... Uh... I think I'm starting to see things milady, perhaps we should..... Risako: Not until you tell me. The young girl begins pouting, with little else to do, the older man sighs and does his best not to sound crazy Gentleman: For a moment, it looked like there were two Miss Blakes. That's... The most troubling part, anyways milady, it is getting awful late. Risako sighs and slowly gets to her feet. Great, sounds like more of that magic stuff. Is that all Kotori can think about? Trying to show her more and more magic? They're even going into a bunch of more terms she's never heard of. Maybe that's it.... She's missing something at this point, maybe all this "magic" stuff is how she'll find it. Risako: Alright, we can go now. Thank you for taking me. Risako most certainly didn't have to tell her caretaker twice. He is more than glad to tighten his grip, to make sure his charge doesn't get lost, and hurry out the doorway. About enough nonsense for him Gentleman: I hope it was everything you wanted. Risako: .... I guess....... Soon the pair get back into the car, headed on their way home. Yet, there's another passenger. A small, white, cat-like creature with long, droopy ears and a fluffy, foxlike tail is curled up in the backseat, almost as though he had been waiting
“Wait what! I was referr-“ It was to late to question what mistake Cent had just made as Blake took his sentence and used it against him the slashing might of the clones was striking Cent off balance the burning wounds would have left some minor pain and be no problem had Cent been a complete model alas this is Cent and in some Convient way the burning might of the dust from the slashes and bullets engulfed him in a hellfire flame. Yes the damage was there wilting and scaring Cent’s hull to even worse condition and Cent could clearly feel it but there was will left in him to suck it up his endurance could hold him out. “Raaagh by hell I do belie-urk! I do believe i’m engulfed hehe.” Cent grunted in pain somehow bearing through the knocked down he was getting. He looks back at his Cylinders that he disperased around the arena and by his calculations they should cover most of the arena he thought to himself. On cue the Cylinders start to leak a invisible gas substance into the arena all he had to worry about was Blake taking it in. Knowing that he still had to put up a distraction Cent grappled up to the ceiling and begone to run across the ceiling on all four like rampant beast, he tries to stay unpredictable by swerving and turing before launching himself into a dive bomb position onto Blake hoping to bash her down with his flaming hull force her to cough or gasp for breath possibly.
