Super Jeenius's LP of Persona 4 Golden. I played Devil Survivor: Apocalypse beforehand, so I recognised some of the demons in the game and got interested. I only had a PS2 back then (Despite it being like 2014), so I got the original version. The rest, as they say, is history.

Friend was going on and on about a game called Persona 4 Golden. Asked him about it and he let me borrow his copy to play it. I enjoyed it very much and when I saw Persona 5 being talked about and saw it in stores with its nice steelbook case I bought it right away...thats when my addiction to the series began

Went back through the youtuber NicoB's channel to find an old let's play to watch. Turns out he made a let's play he made of 4 a few years ago. It looked great, and I emulated 3 until my emulator started being a bitch later down the line and I absolutely LOVED IT! I later tried and finished P3P, and I loved it even more. Then NicoB started a let's play of P5, and look where it got me

A guy I knew in HS sold it to me along with a few other games for 5 bucks.

I watched a youtuber play the intro to persona 5. I was intrigued so I watched him play a bit of persona 3. I did not know it then but it was actualy the last boss fight against nyx. After that I watched a full playthrough of persona 4 and after a couple of episodes I was hooked. Parten my speling by the way.

Well, I was kinda interested when I saw people play Persona 4 Arena but because it had other spin-offs as well, I acted like an ass and just didn't bother with it since it felt time-consuming. Years later, I bought Persona 5 last June after listening to some tracks from the OST and ended up liking the majority of the series from then on.

My friend would literally not shut up about Persona 5. He pre ordered it, and then for the next month, maybe longer he just would not shut up. " The waifus in this game is great, the music is godly" etc. I was hesitant to buy it because I don't like JRPG's but I'm glad I did. Persona is the only JRPG series I like. My friend discovered Persona way before 5 came out in the U.S. I believe by 2 years. He was playing Gmod movie theater and he was talking to some guy who put on some Persona 3 music. He liked the music, asked where it was from, then did some research on it. He then emulated Persona 3 Portable.

When became addicted to Yandere Simulator, I started stalking checking Yandere Dev's(the developer of the game) youtube channel. I found out that his favorite game series is Persona. I decided to watch Kubz Scout's lets play of it since I was already subscribed to him. I'm not gonna lie, I wasn't super intrigued by the intro, because I'm not really into that stuff. But, by the time he stole Kamoshidas heart, I became addicted. I watched his let's play to his last episode right now, which was when the story reached the present, when Joker was running from the cops in the casino, which felt like the best thing ever this time. I was at the point where the only thing on in my youtube recommendations were persona 5, and I really wanted to buy a PlayStation 4 just to get the game. I plan on actually doing that later this month.

Wanted to play a JRPG when I read that a game by the name of P3FES was pretty good. Didn't even check any gameplay beforehand and went to download it on my PS3. Probs my best blind purchase.

I bought a PSVITA at a yard sale with Persona 4 Golden downloaded on it. I played it every night until I beat it. Then I played NG+. Then I bought myself P4DAN. A few months afterwards, P5 was coming out, so I bought it.

I got a PSP when I was young and only played YuGiOh on it, after a couple of years I decided to get other games. The guy at the store recommended Persona 3 to me, so I got it. Let me tell, I obsessed over this game for months. I played the FES, P4, P2 Inoccent Sin, and Golden later; and I loved them all the same. The year before becoming a college student, Persona 5 was released and my excitement was over the roof.

Back in 2011, or 2012 I would be on youtube A LOT, I would watch a lot of lets plays sometimes with no commentary. I happened to watch a bit of P4 gameplay, but then forgot about it. After a few years I heard music from the game on art videos, or in future funk edits. I had no idea what it was till I looked at comments. Then I got a random memory of the start of P4 when you first get to the town and meet dojima and nanako, after that happened I was so happy to remember it! then I got into the games in 2017 up until now! :)

Watched my bro play P4G on Psvita thus started my love for it.

My friend showed me a wallpaper of Makoto Yuki, and I found him really cool. So I bought P3FES on my PS2.

Saw P4G in many PS Vita's top 10s so I decided to pick it up.

I discovered with Persona 3 but I played Shin Megami Tensei 1 and 2 on GBA when I was young ^^

I was pretty interested in p4 but didnt have the right console to play it on so i waited until getting p5, and enjoyed that.

I saw a gifset of the p3 anime and i wanted to get the 3rd game but found 5 for the ps3 so i got p5 for my birthday. i really love p5 so im gonna try to get the other ones too
