Kid based off the gunfighter billy the kid his design is similar to a cowboy and he has like those wheels they use for carriages for the joints in his arms and legs so his quick draw would be godlike and he'd be a user of wind attecks and of course use gunfire and physical attacks<div class='edited'>(edited by Reaperboy-kun)</div>
