Arrival of the King of Chaos (Open)
For one reason or another, Demi-Fiend felt compelled to travel outside the bounds of Amala, to a Tokyo not unlike his own, before the Conception had occurred. Of course, he would take on a guise of sorts - a trick he learned from the Prince of Darkness himself. This guise consisted of jeans, a dress shirt, and a pair of regular tennis shoes; needless to say, the markings and neck spike were ditched. As it happened, he had arrived late at night, in Shibuya. There were very few people out and about at all. Sheesh... Talk about bad timing. This place is pretty dead. He folded his arms and huffed.
(From a random grave behind the man, a skeleton turtle would rise from one. And walk to the strange man) ...clonk?

...A grave? In Shibuya? That couldn't have been normal. Demi-Fiend turned his attention to the skeleton, looking down. ...Um. Can I... help you? Maybe it was strange around these parts, but Demi-Fiend was more than familiar with the supernatural.
Clink pink, clonk?
I have no idea what you're trying to tell me. Yep, this was going to be tricky. He scratched his head, wondering what to do.

Clank...
Urgh. This is gonna be a pain.
Clonk ponk? Clink clank knick kack?
A blue-haired boy with piercing red eyes would wander in a few feet down the street. He came here knowing that something was off. There was a massive demonic presence and the King of Bel could feel it even from miles away. The question was where it was coming from as a presence like this would be hard to track the exact location off. Whatever demon seemed to find its way here it was clear that it was one of two things to the King of Bel, a threat to his power or a useful ally. Either way, Abel would begin looking around for anything out of the ordinary. His task wasn't an easy one in a place where out of the ordinary was ordinary. He eventually would notice the strange man talking to the skeleton. It was clear one mere undead couldn't be causing this aura and as far as he could tell just by appearance, Demi-Fiend was just a normal human. He would approach them hoping they might have seen something in the area. "Greetings, could you tell me if you've seen anything strange today? I'd say it's in your best interest to tell me if you have. You might get hurt otherwise."
Well, you're no Matador or Hell Biker. ...What is your name, anyway?
CLANK CLONK KNOCK PONK!
The greatest of all Vaporeons arrives on the scene with a blissful look on his face. What up followers of the false one. How goes all the things.
Clunk punk knick kack!
. . . Demi-Fiend looked at the skeleton, then back at Kazuya. Nnnope. Nothin' strange at all. Another strange presence... Yeah, this guy was definitely brimming with demonic power. The half-demon played with one of his hair spikes, seemingly unfazed by the threat. So, uh... Who are you?
(The skeleton would give a golden cartoonish bone to everyone, as a peace treat) ...clank!

A skeleton turtle, a Vaporeon, and a fellow king among demons. This Tokyo wasn't as mundane as it first appeared. ...? Demi-Fiend eyed the golden bone, confused.
The holy Vaporeon snaps Dry-bones peace offering with a single webbed fist and then sneers at Demi-Fiend. I am the bringer of the cosmos and every evil entities worst nightmare. He poses with one leg up and both arms up in a pouncing motion. V A P O R E O N S
...Uh-huh. Another holier-than-thou zealot. Greeeat. He couldn't be bothered to sneer back. There was no way this guy was being serious; not with that pose.
.....clunk...
Abel would look back towards Demi-Fiend with a moment of apprehension. It was easily possible that this person already was aware of how strange this place could get at times. That would certainly explain there seeming lack of response to the skeleton standing before them. Abel, on the other hand, didn't have much patience for the undead. "You may call me Abel. I am searching for a high-powered demon in this area. It is of vital importance that I interpret exactly what this demon's intentions in this world are." Abel would approach the skeleton while pulling out an odd device. The device was made of two sections that were attention together in the middle. On the top section was a screen and on the bottom was a second screen along with a few buttons. As Abel powered it on the screen seemed to glow with an ominous red light. Abel would hold the device up as he looked at the skeleton. The device should be able to translate anything Dry-bones was saying. "Alright, tell me what you know, undead. Hurry and give me any information you have unless you wish to be exorcised."
Cl-whoa, alright then, scary red person, I work for king koopa bowser, the best ruler of the mushroom kindom, and he's the best, the meanist of the mean...the turtlest of the turtlely...um....also, Mario will be down in the pipes one day!
Aww no one liked my awesome intro. The greto Vaporeon just sighs with false defeat as he sinks to the ground. Took my like a day to work on it people and skeleton things.
He went over and leaned against the... grave, pretending to ponder. Hm. "Demon, demon... I dunno about high-powered, but I've seen a few running around. They really weren't anything to look at, though." Demi-Fiend would be lying if he said he cared much for the skeleton. So, he would proceed to watch as the King of Bel interrogated him.
Hearing nothing but nonsense from the strange skeleton he'd close the device before putting it away. With a sigh, he would walk away from the skeleton. He could probably reduce the skeleton to marrow if he wanted but there would be no point in such actions. Abel would simply continue looking around. The blue dog-like creature was something new. He wondered if it was a demon, but this didn't seem to be the case as it had the presence of an animal more than a demon. "Yes, the few running around you've seen...some of them might be helpers of mine, but typically I prefer to do things myself. I believe any task worthwhile is better done by one's own power."
Clank clonk...
Woah demons are an actual thing. Like the big fangy creatures you see on tv and vidya? The great Vaporeon curiously at the two usual humans while hiding his annoyance at being ignored so quick. Human could be beyond condescending sometimes. Are they dangerous. Would be pretty cool if they were.

....ponk?...
"Helpers? Then, you're a summoner." Yes, the King of Chaos was quite familiar with such people. Summoners of all kinds would visit him, once upon a time. Many tried and failed to emerge victorious in their battles against him, and the few who succeeded were still not enough to fell him. This one, though... he was certainly different. Demi-Fiend couldn't put his finger on what that distinction was exactly, but it was there. In any case, the 'demon' found himself agreeing with the other's mindset, allowing himself a grin and nodding slowly. "Yeah, yeah, I get ya. After all... why let a bunch of other chumps do the job for you - unless you have every reason to trust them, anyway."

(Of would walk to the king of chaos, and kind of just...hugs it) ...clank...
...? One of Demi-Fiend's eyebrows rose as he looked down at the skeleton. He wasn't sure how to respond to the... hugging. Honestly, he was kind of annoyed; was this creature honestly looking for protection? He wouldn't mistreat him, but by no means was he going to be friendly. Get off, would ya? Personal space.

Clunk... (He backs a way, but not that faraway from him)
