There's a troll whose original account was "Mona", hence why he is referred to as such, who has been banned, several times, and usually finds a way around it. As such we're a little cautious. His most recent banning was today in fact. They had a... Very distinct way of acting, so if you're not them it'll probably be pretty obvious.

As far as what we mean by "alts" its short for "alternative accounts", something used fairly common here as accounts are so easy to make. The important thing to note is that for the most part the moderators know what accounts belong to who. However, it has led to some amount of ban evasion for those who know how to get around it, such as that "Mona" we mentioned
