A large and bright building stands out to you in a relatively open area with a plethora of restaurants, stores and services. This building is guarded by a parking lot, with karts stacked in front of each other and lamp posts illuminating the lot at night. Along with this, there are few decorative flora to constrast with the otherwise desolate concrete. The front of the store has doors that open when footsteps are sensed. Inside the building is a wide variety of aisles filled with specific goods, mostly groceries. There are also aisles for toys, games, electronics, movies, books, gift cards... basically, if you can name it they have it. A young boy with a fox tail lies in wait of potential customers...

She hasn’t done her shopping in a while, so, following her mother’s example, Sayaka finds the store, grabs the nearest cart, and heads inside to start shopping, glancing around at the decor as she goes

An atmospheric song plays, urging Sayaka to buy compulsively, as the milk is in the back of the store so people wishing to buy milk will also spend more money

Fortunately, Sayaka has at least brought a list. The common defense of shoppers wary of overbuying. Sayaka goes off, getting a select few groceries, just enough for a week or two, and was about to head back to the front... When she finds the manga section. After a short detour, Sayaka heads towards the front, a few issues of “Parfait Girls” added to the top of her cart, to keep it separate from the food items

However, just as Sayaka reaches to buy that manga, she notices a flashy sign. It read "Buy 3 Get 1 at 25% off." This offer was just too good to miss!

As someone who works at a store, I, the narrator, know exactly how terrible that deal is. Unfortunately Sayaka is not me, and since she’s probably going to want the whole series anyways, she goes ahead and adds two more, totaling 4 issues of “Parfait Girls” added to her cart
