I watched it last night and it was actually pretty good.

It was pretty good, but it feels like it has no transition. One second, you're at school, the next, a castle. There could at least be 2 seconds of distorted magic.

I really want the OG Enlgish VA cast to do the English dub for the Animation. To be blunt though, they won't do a English dub unless a lot fans ask them to do it but hey, it depends on what the fans want in the end.

I really liked it ,the only think that bothered me was that Sojiro wasn't too mean or strict .I dont know in the game he gave me a really mean - hate vibe at the start ,i didnt feel that in the anime

Finally got around to watching Episode 2. I find it interesting how much they are diverting from the game.

All I know is I hope their combat budget gets better later.

Wasn't expecting this to be very good but honestly I'm very disappointed. Even the voice acting is kind of... stale to me. It feels like the voice actors are just bored of having to come back and read some of the same material because they certainly don't have the same energy and/or emotion this time around as they did in the game. Perhaps they were intentionally going for a more subdued sound, but it still bothers me a bit...

The Combat has always been crap in the Persona anime, so this is really nothing surprising. The closest we get to a real fight is Devil Survivor 2. With the sound down, I don't really hear the bored tones, so I'll have to re-watch it and pay attention to see what you're referring to. All I know is I keep cringing hard at "Ren"
