Random Thoughts
If you’re dating someone with dissociative identity disorder, do you technically have a harem? Sure, there’s only one body, but these alternate identities are often extremely different and in some cases don’t know about each other existence.

What I want to know is how do you manage to ask yourself those questions xD. Anyways, the harem is supposed to count with different persons, not personalities, that personalities belongs to the same person, and you can love that person even with his personalities. This is just my point of view, is hard to see this kind of things.
I was thinking about a game where you get assassinated at your wedding so your fiancé travels back in time in order to stop your assassination because having dissociative identity disorder lets you do that in this universe. It’s every bit as bad as it sounds, but divide your relationship with both personalities is an important part of gameplay I wondered if it counted as a harem game

In that case you should check it, because as I said before this is hard to see. Also, you have a good idea, you have to think about how and why the things happens (and how you do the gameplay).
More importantly, what's the game?
Well, the gameplay obviously took a backseat because every combat is just mashing X and occasionally an arrow button to either dodge, get close, or gain distance and I didn’t unlock any extra options in the first arc so I think that’s really it. Instead the focus is on a completely ridiculous story, in which you beat up a ninja who can’t stop talking and a robot ninja who wants your girlfriend to become an idol, and the scenes with whichever of your girlfriend’s personalities is active at the time, which affects your relationship with them and supposedly the ending, however I stopped after the first arc because I realized I was level 12 in an RPG, and thus probably not near the end of the game and I did NOT want to fight anything else. It’s calked Time and Eternity and the main reason I picked it up is that it was 5 dollars at GameStop and sounded really cool

- - - I have dated someone with multiple personalities. My relationship was only with the one and the others were treated as entirely separate entities. I hope this answers your question. - - -
Alright, so if I’m getting this right Leo thinks it doesn’t count because they share a physical persons, and likely most of their stuff Kitagawa thinks they’re to be treated as different people and thus it only counts if you are dating several of their personalities
- - - They really are entirely different people, though. You date someone because of who they are, not what their body can do for you. Thus, same body or not, a different personality is a different person - therefore not who you are dating. However, if you were to date all of the personalities at the same time, then technically, it would count. - - -
