It's you thinking your work is super shitty, yet everyone else praises it. You are never satisfied and continue to push your limits to go even further. Occasionally you will make a piece you are satisfied with, and, at the end of the day, that is what matters most: YOUR satisfaction with it. As long as it looks good to you, even if it looks shitty to everyone else, then it is good.

For me it a way to express my feelings, show people my ideas and make them happy through what i do. It show improvement, creativity but you also feel bad when you have an art block. And If you really try to improve you can change to something amazing. I myself am proud how I changed from the beginning.

art is a pain in the ass to make and never feels complete

Art feels like something you do for longer than you should, tedious work, you hate the way it looks but other people like it for some reason, and when you are done you are actually proud, but then the next day you hate it again.
