Bravely Default and Bravely second are still some of my favorite games both story wise and mechanics wise but I do enjoy quite a few of the Dragon Quest games. Specifically, Dragon Quest 8 is known as the best story wise in the series while I'd say the best in the series mechanically were Dragon Quest 7 and 9. 7 had some of the most interesting explorations in an RPG I think I've seen which is usually an aspect I don't think most RPGs focus on while 9 has some of the best combat in the series because of how customizable the characters are. If I thought about it for a while I think I could recall more games but I'd hate to rattle on too long since I'm kinda a big fan of oldish turned based RPGs.

The Persona series as a whole, but mainly P4 because... Well, because I think P4 has its own charm. Dragon Quest 8 is also my favorite DQ, mainly because it has a great story and it's delightfully simple in its mechanics. Lastly, I also really, really like the Fallout franchise.

Overall Tales of Graces F is, by far my favorite RPG, it all flowed together very well in spite of its relatively simple plot, for a Tales game that is. Next I would say Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth, one of those monster-trainer style RPGS, but a very interesting one

I feel like I don't play enough videogames, so my answer is pretty cliche. It's Persona 5. Didn't even finish it and it should be game of the year even though it is 2018. Keep in mind I didn't play any other games in the series.

Persona 3-5, Fire Emblem Blazing Blade, Pokemon Emerald, Final Fantasy 4, Xenoblade Chronicles X, etc. Majority of Tales of games are also amazing. Especially with Berseria recently.

Hai! Nut sher ef eye huve fivorite RPG, but Persona 5 es gud RPG en mai upinion.

Pokemon and the Mario & Luigi series are my favorite. For Pokemon, it's just the fact that even if the cities are the same, it's almost always a different game every time, plus, the challenges like nuzlockes and the competitive sides are extremely fun as well, even if I suck at them. Mario & Luigi, on the other hand, always keeps you on your toes with it's action command mechanic. I honestly love the game for this specific reason. I don't like having to wait for a bar to fill up so I can attack (no offence to final fantasy fans, I love the series I just don't like the ATP bar tbh), I wanna be able to always be engaged, even in the enimies' attacks!
