The young unfortunate woman glances back at the Evoker with an odd glance after hearing shouts from others.
Fire it... at myself?
Such a thing sounded quite literally suicidal, though it doesn't seem as if she had any other choice at this moment. It seems such a crazy act worked for them, so perhaps it is worth trying anyway.
She held the Evoker in both hands, staring at it with a strange feeling blurred somewhere between fear and comfort. The more she stared at it, the louder a voice in the back of her head grew.
Who are you?
A question posed not just to that voice in her mind, but to herself as well. Putting all hesitation to the side in one brief moment, she gritted her teeth, brought it to her temple, and fired.
With a painful screech, Saeko nearly went flying backwards as the device nearly made her lose all sense of balance, but through all this, the sound of glass shattering was accompanied by the wispy humanoid shape formed in front of her. An upside down being, shielded in a suit of thick medieval armor, hung from a flagpole with an elegant banner moving as though in a strong breeze.
"I am T̸͂̆Ḭ̫̀h̵̛̻̟͆̚o̴͈͓̫̳̟̊̈́͛uÌ·Í̃̚Í̙͖̹, T̸͂̆Ḭ̫̀h̵̛̻̟͆̚o̴͈͓̫̳̟̊̈́͛uÌ·Í̃̚Í̙͖̹ art I..." The being, the Persona, spoke, as it moved its arms, and small vortexes of bright colors swirled to strike the Shadows in the area.
"S̴̛̎͂̀̓ÌÌ®Ì̼aÌ´Í„ÍÌ“Í̤̋ȇ̵̌͊͘Ì̢̯̫k̴̓Ì͈̬̰̹o̵Ì̡̄̇̉̓̾ÍÌÌ Ì«..."
The pain had become to great, as the Persona was summoned, an excruciating migraine spread through her head, and as it struck the enemies gathering around it, the pain was no longer something she could bear. With one last cry of pain, the Persona vanish, Saeko dropped the Evoker, gripping her head. Within seconds, her scream faded away and she fell to the ground, and drifted into unconsciousness.
