Akechi's talk show: Standard edition
A new day and a new talk show has been opened for the time being. This time a warehouse was provided for the event. Akechi was actually present too, replacing the host from the short edition, he was sitting behind a desk with his usual attire and as soon as the audience entered the building he would greet them and set things in motion. Welcome to the regular edition of my talk show, it seems like you had fun last time so today we're going to have some guests joining me really soon and you can ask questions to them too! Very well then, shall we start? OOC: unlike last time today this thread is gonna close once i go to sleep. Have fun! ^^
Off to the side, a man in a fancy suit and top hat leans against his cane, waiting for his cue to come onstage. He's completely at ease, as if he's used to things like this. Keeping a level head in front of crowds is the mark of a great businessman, after all.
Akechi notices Damon and gives him the ok to come onstage. Like i announced before guests are going to join us and it seems like one of them is already here, welcome guest number 1! Feel free to take a seat over there. Akechi points to a couch near the desk he was sitting behind.
A man in his 30's wearing red shades. Red shirt and grey suit with red hair walks in to see what the deal was with Akechi and walks in taking a seat after quickly adjusting his shades feeling curious about what is going on
Damon straightens his bowtie, then walks onto the stage, gracefully sitting down on the couch with one hand still on the cane. I thank you for inviting me here today, detective. It is quite the honor.
Kokichi sits down in one of the seats with popcorn Nishishi, this will be fun.
A prosecutor was sitting at a sushi place that happened to be next to Akechi's talk show. She saw a numerous amount of people hed to the warehouse. She heard people talkong about this talkshow Akechi is having. "Hm, maybe I can get some information." She decided to follow the crowd into the building, and saw Akechi looking as pleasant as ever.
Gideon walks behind the backstage and peeks a bit into the stage, signaling Akechi he is here, giving him a thumbs up.
With the first guest now onstage and he crowd slowly gathering, Akechi speaks up once more. Ahem, it's good to have you here. He smiles. Why don't you introduce yourself to the audience first? Also if you have any questions feel free to start asking to either me or him.
Damon Lumien, a rather successful businessman where I come from. Any questions are welcome. He bows slightly, the best he can while seated.
Jackie enters the warehouse and takes a seat. Hmmm...question, question. So many question. She is thinking intensely
Ene
Ene falls asleep on an audience seat she nabbed before the show began. She was technically supposed to be on the show but she came kind of late and didn't want to impose. She might sneak backstage later once she wakes up.
"Ah, a talk show. I've seen them before but I've never really been to any, this will be an experience~" Kazuo arrives at the warehouse rather late, curious on who the guests will be and if there was anything he could possibly learn from this. He took a seat on the front row and remained silent for the time being.
A large purple robot would stare at the building from outside for a moment, and sighs to himself. "Well, it seems as if leaving this city is... Challenging, I shall have to make do with what is currently available. It's only logical to make movement easier if I am to remain here." In moments, his massive size would begin shirking down. A few simple uses of Mass Displacement would make him no larger than a human. With that, the one eyed Decepticon walks into the building and simply takes a seat for now. Observation is key in such unknown ground.
As soon as he stop talking, Akechi notices the second guest being backstage. He soon gives them the signal to join him onstage. It seems like we won't have to wait longer, here comes our second guest! Give them a warm welcome!
Gideon smiles as he walks on stage, fixing his glasses and waves to everyone before sitting down, "Ah yes, thank you Akechi, or should I say Akechi-san." He said after sitting down, being cool as always

Ha ha, i like how bold you are, well then introduce yourself to the audience if you wish. he then puts one hand on his chin and starts thinking, after a while he decides to ask one question to both his guest. After our second guest will finish his presentation, if i may i'd like to ask you both the first question, what do you value the most in this world? Out of anything physical or abstract that may be.
What I value most? A bit of a hard question. Damon leans forward with both hands on his cane. I suppose I would have to say... cleverness. Very abstract, but it's wits that solve problems and get things done. After all, if one can't adapt to make the odds fall in their favor, they won't get anywhere in life.
Gideon was quick to introduce himself, "Gideon Gordon Graves, you can call me Gideon if you like, CEO of the GGG Heavy Industries and owner of the hottest club you ever been to, the Chaos Theater." He smirks as he decides to answer the first question, "As for the first question...the thing I value the most out of this world would be...well, that's variable..." He shrugs as if to convey that even he's not completely sure.
Kokichi stands up from his seat and smirks I have a question. What is the most disgusting things you ever ate? And to the detective boy how does it feel to stand in the shadow of the first detective prince? He smiles wide

"Well said." Kazuo, of course, valued something else, but he though that Damon's answer was respectable and made sense. He thought in a similar way, but this was because his best asset was that. He would nod and lean back a bit, enjoying every response so far. "Okay, time to think on a question~" He says to himself.
An odd question, but I should be able to answer that. Probably this one thing that my great aunt made. It was allegedly a fruit cake, but even to this day I don't know what it is... He chuckles a little, but still shivers a little at the memory.
He stops a bit to think about how to put his words the best. Hhhhm, i would say that of course would want to be recognized more than just the "second detective prince" even so, i still take pride in having this sort of fame. I always looked up to her even before having fame and when i began being known people comparing my skills with her kinda made me happy in a sense. As for the worst thing i ate... i once had a spicy accident, what i ate didn't really have a bad taste but it was rather unpleasant.
Rosie, having disguised herself with a dark wig and a special pair of contact lenses, glares at Akechi as she waits for her turn to ask him a question. When the announcer does get to her, she stands up with the microphone in her hand. "My name is Mia and I want to ask you about a case that seems to have gone cold," says Rosie with a convincing accent. "Back in March, it was reported that a notorious Persona-user by the name of Pancake Knight was killed in a training accident. However, I've heard rumors that he was murdered in cold blood. Those same rumors point to a Goro Akechi clone as the suspect- one that uses fire magic. Would you happen to know anything about that?"
Kokichi sighs Man he is no fun. And I wanted some juicy jelousy or something. He continues eating his popcorn
Katsuya got up from his seat and looked at akechi and showed his police badge for a brief second and put it in his coat "Katsuya suou, despite your career as a detective and your age how many cases have you solved at such and failed to do.? You should have a flawless record since you made it to this position and a simple question coming from a police sergeant if i assume that correct?"
Miss Mia, I am aware you are concerned about this issue, but that is a bold accusation. I suggest leaving that matter to more qualified individuals rather than throwing out claims that could harm our dear host's reputation. Damon's posture is relaxed, but there's a cold look in his eyes as he stares at "Mia."
"I agree with you, Damon..." Gideon bends over and stares at "Mia" coldly and irritatedly, "Please no irrelevant questions in this talk show..." He says in a very cold and monotone voice, before resuming his previous persona and saying, "Sorry about that, Akechi-san, any other questions?"
(edited by Gideon_Gordon_Graves)
"Mia" looks back at Damon as her facial gesture changes. "Hey, I'm just going off of rumors I heard," she says, hoping her alibi would avert suspicion. "I'm not accusing anyone here." While she waits for Akechi to respond, Rosie activates her internal bullshit detector and waits for the chance to catch him slipping.
Even if it is not an accusation, it's still a harmful question. But go on. Our host may humor you. He leans back and closes his eyes.
Kazuo leans back completely and claps slowly. As he does this, he sighs loudly and closes his eyes. "Here we go, never a dull moment."
He soon looks over to Katsuya and looks at his badge, he then smiles eager to answer that question. I was asked something similar last time but yes, might be a bit of luck on my part or just events but i managed to resolve almost all the cases i took part to. Most of them involved the mental shutdowns, those truly were a bad thing. As for "Mia" Akechi would get a cold face and try to get over with it as soon as possible. Are you trying to accuse me of murder? What kind of basic evidence do you have to do such thing? I am an ace detective, i investigate murders not partake in them. If you may this is supposed to be a Talk show not a place to fight, i will have to ask you to refrain to touch on this topic again here.
If I may, do you have any other questions besides this, Miss Mia? The three of us are happy to answer them. He opens his brown eyes and waits for an answer.
a boy enters as this is all happening and sits down with a this-shit-turned-scary expression on his face
Gideon simply fixes his glasses and crosses his arms in the mean time, seemingly paying no attention to Mia through the glare of his glasses, recomposing himself...before waiting for the next question to be asked
The robot would simply stand and walk away, this clearly isn't the best place to look for information... No, humans in such large groups are too annoying to be useful. After[ stepping out of the building, he'd return to full size and quickly fold himself into a tank of some kind. An odd looking cannon on top and only two treads at the back, despite this it would still move quickly as Shockwave drives away.
Despite the chaos around, Kazuo would loudly clear his throat and raise his voice, as well as his right hand. "I uh...I have two questions, if you don't mind answering." Kazuo would look around, and immediately hide his eyes under his hat. "What do think about life? What would you consider as 'respecting life', and do you respect it under such terms?"
Rosie took note of the brief panic in Akechi's eyes when she had mentioned PK. "I'm not accusing you," she says, hoping to save face. "Remember, I'm just citing rumors. Perhaps it was someone else with your face who did it. After all, there are a lot of Akechi's in the Nexus. Regardless, I'll take your word for it." She winks at him as she sits back down. "It has to be him," she thinks. "No one would've reacted similarly if I hadn't outright mentioned PK." She looks around at the others who had voiced their disapproval of her probing. Perhaps she should've been more vague with her phrasing. "I shouldn't pursue him for now, though," she thinks, turning her attention to the fidget spinner she keeps in her purse.
[A man wearing a cowboy attire casually slips into the building, taking a seat on one of the many chairs. As his sits down he would cross his legs with his right arm resting on the back of the chair to get comfortable.]
That's a hard question as well. Damon taps his finger on his cane, thinking deeply for a few moments. I would say life is something that is limited. We waste it, we spend it, and it always ends someday. There's nothing we can do about that. That's why I respect those who can use their life to achieve something... unique. To not throw it all away to time as waste.
As she's thinking for the question, she eventually fall asleep
Akechi would soon look over to Kazuo regaining his pleasant face and calm smile. My take on life is simple, it's the time one can use to achieve a goal and they should fight for it no matter the consequences due to our time being limited. I would consider respecting life as knowing if someone has strongee goals than you do and to respect that i would test their courage and strenght. I hope this is a suitable answer.
"Oh it certainly is, it's always a pleasure to hear what others think." Kazuo nods at those on stage and smiles. He got what he wanted and that was enough for the time being. He would then keep quiet once again as he tries to make sense of their answers.
"Well, for life, it's the reason why we're alive." Gideon would gesture once again to the whole audiance, "As for respecting it...eh, I kinda respect life already as I do..." He shrugs, smirking as he'd like it.
Niko walks in and takes a seat. Simple. Although he does notice Akechi... Eh, nothing to gush over for. "Hopefully this gets interesting."
I say it's now time for an another question from me then, i would like to connect this one to the one asked by the police sargeant. Is there anyone you admire or perhaps just look up to? Akechi would start looking at some of his case files and looks at the time on his smartphone.
Hm... not to a very large extent, although I've been impressed by some people I've met in my life. But I do have quite a large appreciation for my partner... He smiles a little. But I'll refrain from talking about him for now.
OOC: i'm gonna pause this until i wake up/have time due to sleeping shortly.
"what do you know of THIS https://carboncostume.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/makoto-nijima.jpg person?" says the boy, having sit through this all
The prosecutor gets up at the sight of Makoto. "That is my sister. Why would Akechi need to know her?"
Eats popcorn while looking at the picture of a cute girl, effing hell the persecutor is here.

"i think I may have saw them together sometimes..."
As she hears 6th Fool's words, jealousy strangely starts to boil within her body. "Together?! Tell me more if you don't mind."
I found a love letter addressed to Makoto in Akechi's locker. how I got it is secret. It says: Dearest Makoto, I can't tell you what I feel but this... I LOVE YOU. there is also a picture of Makoto with hearts around it. I also took pictures of Makoto and Akechi walking into the red-light district, but I lost them in the crowd. I saw akechi later and saw him writing things down about Makoto
Sae takes a second to process the information she just heard. She couldn't believe her sister never told her about this. She walked up to Akechi. "So neither you or Makoto have told me about this. Explain this now, or you won't be looking forward to sushi with me any time soon.
