0th Action: Going off the Rails
Tokyo, some may call it the City of Japan, but many call it home. When a strong heart and a strong wish intersect, a miracle occurs. This miracle creates the bonds of the future. The future is uncertain, and now it is plunged into darkness. The engine with no place in time has halted once more, and its master has retreated from his shelter from within the confines of the steely beast. "Now... WHY HAVE WE STOPPED THIS TIME!? I thought we had this FIXED! This is what happens when we stop for groceries all the time!"
H2O
A black-haired man in a business suit wanders into the area, he'd look over towards the train and raise up a briefcase as he walks towards it. "Geez, what am I dealing with here... Just hope it doesn't get dangerous, but a train hardly seems like it belongs here!" He'd keep on walking forward, right up until he spots Deneb and waves toward the strange metal being. "Oh hey! How's it going today, does that train belong to you? Hopefully, it's not here for anything weird, Mizui Namiko by the way. A pleasure to meet ya!" He's slightly concerned by the train, but there's no reason to be rude or anything!
Alice would be walking through the street. Trying to resist the urge to float thanks to being scolded by her master. Apparently floating was not exactly considered normal for humans and she would draw too much attention to herself if she did. Walking was such an awkward and tiring thing to do though. Either way she had just come from a candy store and was now eating star shaped candy out of a plastic bag that were different colors. She would stop after hearing yelling from nearby and upon closer inspection she would notice the man. She would simply tilt her head and stare at him.
A young girl aimlessly wandering through the streets of the city would be passing by about a block down. Hearing all the commotion she would naturally direct her attention towards this 'steely beast'. "A... Train? I don't feel like I should be seeing that above ground. Not here at least. Time to investigate!" With a peppy hop, she shifted right behind a building corner, pulling out her trusty camera and zooming in to watch the scene. Much to her disappointment though, there wasn't really any action attached to the strange occurrence, not yet at least. "No fights breaking out? Seriously? You'd think in Tokyo these days, flashing lasers and all that would be flying! Man..."
The strange creature ceases panicking, for now. He acknowledges the businessman first, as he should. He scratches the back of his cowl in a faint expression of anxiety. "Well, um, that is to say... it isn't MY train but I am its operator. My name's Deneb, it is quite a pleasure to meet you! A-Are they with you?" Deneb gestures to the crowd gathering about. He moves anxiously, as his face can't express his feelings. "I-I'm very sorry if the train is inconveniencing you, but i-it's a bit out of service right now."

The man grimaces a bit, not working huh? That's a bummer... "It's not really a big issue, I was just worried about safety. And I haven't met them ever before! But like I told Deneb here, Mizui Namiko and it's nice to meet you!" As for the train itself... Well, as a Rider he can't exactly leave a person in need now, can he! "Anyways, can I help you with that? I've got nothing pressing at the moment. And I'm a fan of lending a hand where I can. So if you need anything to get this train up and running again I'll do my best!"
As she observes the metal train's operator, she tilts her head, narrowing her eyes a little. Can this bumbling thing really be the one controlling that massive train? I guess you can't judge a book by its cover. She starts walking towards the train, with a wary and slow pace just Incase the situation becomes dangerous. She seems totally unarmed however, so she wouldn't be able to detention herself even if it did.
Leo
Leo walked to the area followed by Tico's signals, he remembered Deneb and his little joirney in the train Isn't that guy who said someone was messing up with time. Tico: no. Ok, he is. Tico: seriously!? You trust me that little!? Because you never lie, I know you only say the truth Tico: fair enough. Leo walked towards Deneb and the others, calmly in order to not scare Deneb and don't put him more nervous. I don't know if you remember me, we meet the other day, It was Deneb if I recall correctly.
The figure begins inspecting his 'steel beast'. He waves over the man in the suit, beckoning him to come nearer. "I-I believe it's this wheel here. It's em... It's gone off the rail. We'll have to push it on... I think two should be enough!" Deneb begins to look at the others gathering. "O-Oh, am I in your way? I'm very sorry!" Deneb bows in apology.
H2O
The man runs forward, cracking his knuckles and grinning as he moves to the wheel. "Alright! You can count on me to get this thing back on track, on my good name as a firefighter!" He'd begin to push against the wheel, using rather impressive strength as he does so... For a normal human anyways. "And geez man don't worry so much! I'm a public servant, after all, it's my job to help people in trouble, however, I can!"
"You're not inconveniencing me in particular. I don't see anyone else around either do I do guess it's no problem. Err... Sana Mori! Nice to meet you!" She waved at Deneb with a friendly smile, chuckling to reassure him.
Leo
No need to apologize, it has been an accident. Leo smiled at Deneb, it is the less thing he can do when someone is being polite, after that he approached the train in order to help. The wheel? If you need it I can help you, but still... Leo began to examine the broken zone, he just wants to take a closer look. I´m curious, what exactly happened? the wheel just went away? or did you hit something? Tico: maybe the wheel wants to be free. I don´t think so... anyways I´m just asking because I want to know it, since is not normal for a wheel leave by his own, maybe a screw failed, and that is a signal the train needs a maintenance.
The creature begins pushing against the side of the cabin with its weight. Slowly, the train car begins to tilt. He would grunt a mighty grunt, and the screeching of metal filled the city. "We-rgh I thi-thi-think we almost have it! Phew! It's heav-ier than it looks..." As the wheel slides back onto the rail, Deneb collapses from his exhaustion. "I-I think we've got it!"
Alice would take some entertainment as she sees the train and the people around it. She would walk up to it not to help but merely observe. She had only seen a train once and she had avoided using her power to see how they work so they would further entertain the mystery behind them. The man who was the operator looked worried. She continued to eat the candy in silence.
H2O
Phew, that's some hard work... He should have just Henshined all things considered, but that'd be a bit silly for this crap really. Either way, Mizui sighs in relief as the wheel goes onto the wheel and falls down near Deneb. "Dang, you're right about that I'll say! I could have done it by myself if I well... Heh, you might see how if I hang around long enough. Like this though, it was serious work!"
Leo
Leo slowly removed his hand from the wheel and he sat down, he was heavy breathing due to effort on putting the wheel.. I-I don´t think it flew by his own... is... uff... very hard to put... and heavy! TIco: we are gathered in the memory of... B-B-because I need air... Slowly Leo´s breathing returned to normal and he began to feel better the moment his energies returned to him. After a minute or two Leo managed to stand up, he cleared the dust his clothes could have got. Please make sure that wheel doesn´t fly away, I think you couldn´t be able to put it by yourself.
Temp pause, I'm out of sleep!

Oof, whelp I'll try to join again if possible!
