Among the starlit hills
<i>A young man in a business suit wanders into the hills, spiked up black hair and a tie clearly visible as he walks toward Sho with a grin on his face. One might also note the briefcase in his right hand, but it's surely just a normal business thing.</i>
"Heya! You seem like an experienced person who might have a clue about this place! Anyway, name's Mizui Namiko and it's nice to meet ya!"
<i>Upon seeing Sho walk toward... Oh hey there is someone over there, Mizui would follow, a curious look on his face as too checks to see if something is wrong.</i>
Among the starlit hills
"Little girl, you should get out of here quickly. I am reasonably sure I can deal with this thing, but I am not entirely sure I can do so if I have to defend you as well..."
<i>As the girl rushes forward at him, H2O would lift his left hand up and dash backward. He's fast, faster than any human has a right to be, but beyond that, the water he'd left on the ground by swinging his whip begins to move on its own. Quickly aiming to form a small tentacle from the puddle under her and grab hold of the girl's ankle, aiming to pull her down to the ground if it gets hold.</i>
"As for you... Aiming toward my neck, vampire perhaps? I'd write such an idea off, but after seeing dragons today anything seems possible."
Among the starlit hills
<i>H2O would look back toward Rasa, below his mask the Rider's eyes turn wide.</i>
"Hey, are you sure that's a good idea? Vampires... Everything I know says she'd kill you if, given the chance, I don't exactly enjoy hurting someone who looks like a kid. But even so, I can't allow harm to befall innocent people."
<i>The Rider clench's his left hand into a fist, the force of the water binding her down would grow bigger and long tentacles appear to try and wrap around the girl's chest. Aiming to hold her down, but not trying to inflict more harm for now.</i>
"I'll grant that request not to hurt her for now, but I'm not letting her get up and do whatever she wants."
<i>Finally, he glances at Circe and shrugs to himself.</i>
"What's going on? I haven't a clue, I'm fighting a vampire for some reason it seems... I'm a damn firefighter, but here I stand dealing with some blood-sucking child."
Among the starlit hills
<i>Greek? Huh, learn some new every day. He's only got Japanese and some English... At any rate, the man raises his voice a bit and claps his hands.</i>
"Since we all seem to be listening, I'll get introduction outta the way! Mizui Namiko, the greatest firefighter in this city at your service!"
<i> There's a proud grin on his face as he says that, despite not looking like one at all there's clear conviction in his words. Beyond that, he'd look at the shapeshifter with a very curious expression.</i>
"Woha, that's some magic lady! I've never seen anyone do something like that before... And you don't even have any artifact from what I can see, how's it work?"
Among the starlit hills
<i>The man was expecting something like this, granted he almost figured it'd be Match... But an attack was foreseen, as the girl rushes toward him Mizui would already be rolling out of the way, a smirk on his face as he glances at the girl. Despite the danger, his voice is full of energy and slightly cocky.</i>
"Huh, trying to bite me? Geez, you could at least take me out to dinner before doing something like that! Anyway, you're not a fire but I'll still put you out! <b>HENSHIN!</b>"
<i>The man moves in a blur, briefcase sliding open as he quickly sets a flask-shaped belt around his waist and pulls a cork out of the top. As he does so, the belt would shout out.</i>
<b>[OXYGEN OBLITERATOR!]</b>
<b>[WATER!]</b>
<i>Water rushes from the flask, it would form a shield all around Mizui preventing anyone from harming him for a moment. And below the shield, water attaches itself to the man, a suit of dark blue and black armor that looks shaped for movement both in water and on land suddenly covering the man. The helmet appears to be a sleek and updated diver's helmet. And on the front of his chest plate "H2O" is etched. Finally, he'd look at her and speak in a far lower calmer voice than before.</i>
"Now then, I'd say we're a bit more evenly matched like this wouldn't you? I don't quite know who you are, but as a Kamen Rider, I can't leave someone who attacks others for no reason be."
<i>Water begins flowing around the man's hands, just as it took on a solid shape for his armor, it'd also take the shape of a whip at this point. H2O grabbing hold of it in his right hand and quickly flinging the thing toward his foe, water flows down off it wherever the whip flies and coats the ground.</i>
Among the starlit hills
<i>The man scoffs, replaced? He can <b>never</b> replace Match.</i>
"I'm no replacement you faker, in fact this suit was originally made to deal with floods... See, back in the day the real Match saved my life. I was actually studying under him, till... You know."
<i> Despite his anger, there's clear sadness in H2O'S voice as he stares down Match. Even so, he's not about to stop moving. As the black powder flies at him H2O swings his whip, the watery weapon shifting and taking the shape of a wall of water between H2O and match's powder, aiming to catch the charcoal and soak it.</i>
"As for being fire proof? No not entirely, but I can assure you this suit is highly resistant, even to those flames my mentor used!"
<i> Assuming there's water on the ground near Match, the other Rider would find it forming a tendril and aiming to slam his leg down brutally.</i>
Among the starlit hills
<i>The water would in fact stop, and more than that... With a muttered curse all of the water H2O had been tossing about suddenly returns to his suit, melding back into the solid water armor and rushing into his flask.</i>
"Hmmp, don't assume that I'm incapable of containing my own floods Match. This suit was built with fighting against floods in mind, after all, it'd be pitiful if I couldn't handle that much don't you think?"
<i>The man's rifle vanishes as well, hoses returning into his suit and on the whole, he appears to no longer be battle ready. In fact, the man's suit itself breaks down and flows back into his flask before he places the cork back on the device.</i>
"Tch, just know that the fire department is done taking your actions laying down! One of these days I <b>will</b> put a stop to your mad quest of arson, but as of this moment I'll stop, if only because I don't want to cause any more damages around here!"
<i>In contrast to the cool and collected tone he'd had in the armor, the young man staring over at Match would sound quite heated, full of energy and spunk. He'd run a hand through spiked up black hair and straighten out his tie. He'd then walk off and return to the two young girls, smiling at them with an apologetic look on his face.</i>
"Um... Sorry you had to see all that mess, let's just say that guy and I have... History of a sort, but uh I'll try to make sure not to cause too many damages!"
<i>He'd rub the back of his head, a sheepish grin appearing on his face as he looks toward the two.</i>
"Anyway, uh vamp-... No Sayaka you said right? I'm Mizui Namiko and it's nice to meet you properly! Sorry about the rocky start, but hopefully we'll be able to get along!"
<i>He'd smile brightly and wave at the girl, there's an infectious cheer in his voice as he looks over at her hopefully.</i>
Among the starlit hills
<i>The water vanishes from around the vampire, H2O sighing and looking down at the "child" before him.</i>
"I can't very well play judge jury and executioner now can I? But I won't allow you to run around hurting people either... There's gotta be a better way than just attacking random people."
<i> H2O'S whip still hangs in his right hand, caution clear despite the mask blocking his face. Still, he's simply eyeing the vampire for any sudden moves right now.</i>
"At any rate, hopefully we can reach an agreement of some kind because I'd really prefer to avoid needless violence. I fight fires, dealing with other things isn't my job despite my willingness to help."
Among the starlit hills
<i>Only care about humans... Well, that's true but frankly speaking, he can't really blame them for it. All his instincts are telling him this kid is dangerous, but even so, he'll still try and help her!</i>
"I mean, they won't know you're any different than a human so long as nobody starts ending up dead around the place or something! Just don't hurt anyone and they won't be of any harm to you Sayaka."
<i> She's not gonna hurt anyone right? Sure she was uh... Animal-ish at first, but he's always wanted to think the best and give people a chance! He'd then glance between the two of them. Geez, one with no memory and the other with dead parents. These kids clearly needed someone to help out.</i>
"Anyway, I'm not gonna try and push anything off on you two... But I can say that I highly suggest against being homeless ya know? My family almost ended up like that back when I was younger, would have if Match didn't help us out..."
<i>The man nods at Rasa, his fists forming balls as he looks down a bit at the mention of the real Match. As for letting anyone know about Sayaka...</i>
"Don't worry, no one would buy it if even I said it! Funny considering they know I've got a flask that leads to an endless void of water, but apparently vampires are too out there? Either way, I'll keep that bit quiet for you two!"
<i>The man reaches into his business suit, digging out a bit of paper and two keys from it. He'd hand the paper to Rasa, along with offering each of the two a key.</i>
"Here's the address, and keys of course! Anyway uh, the place should have a fridge, a bed, all that stuff... But I doubt there's any food, oh and the phone number on that paper is mine by the way. For some unknown reason, the place has a... Landline? I think it's called that, I don't use anything but cellphones so I'm not sure why! But if ya need to get in touch please do! Anyways, it's been nice meeting you both but I've gotta head out! Paperwork to be done so nobody questions you two moving in, filling out a report on that meeting with the Faker, and of course a firefighter's work is never done!"
<i>With that Mizui dashes off into the night, after a while one might hear the roar of a motorcycle engine turning on. The man himself grinning below a helmet as he cruises through city streets and off to "his lair", AKA Tokyo Fire Department.</i>
