A Random Watering Hole
He isn't too sure of the place's name, it's somewhere in Shinjuku though. The place is full of bars and other such things after all. And within the building, a man holding a briefcase in his left hand wearing a slick business suit sits at the counter. "Yeesh, talk about another dull day. Wake up, go to work, kick around some giant fire monster formed by an idiot burning down his apartment. Still no more leads though..." The man stares down at a glass of sake in his hands, absently glancing about the place and realizing he doesn't know anyone at all. Coulda come with someone, but meh. The drink's downed in a few moments before he glances toward that silver briefcase with a chuckle. "Heh, feels like the kinda night where I might need this thing... But boy do I hope not, that'd be a terrible way to cap off this no average no leads kinda day." The bartender stares at him absently, but decides it best to simply the person he's fairly sure is some kind of superpowered weirdo be. Instead, another drink is simply passed towards him while the firefighter slides a bill across to the owner. "Well, whatever happens at least the sake's pretty good. That's something, for what it's worth!"
A woman wearing a robe over her whole body would walk in. She even had the hood of the robe up in order to hide her face for one reason or another. She'd walk slowly as if confident in her own movements before approaching the bar. She'd begin speaking in a calm voice, her accent was obviously of British decent. "Do you have wine here? It's fine if you don't. I'll take whatever's fast and easy otherwise."
A teenage girl came in, looking at least a little bit tired. She merely flipped her short, blonde hair before deciding to approach. The girl looked a bit ditzy, even with the guns and grenades that she carried with her. "Hi, are there any plugs anywhere? I need to charge my phone." She spoke a bit casually, and the fact that she was yawning a little wasn't really helping her case much. It was almost as if that was the only thing she wanted, but when she covered her mouth to let out a small cough, she looked back at them. "...do you serve apple juice?"
The door is suddenly knocked open, leaving way for a crackling fire to roar throughout the building, heating up the room and causing distortions. Out of the blinding ashes, a bellowing voice can be heard. "Primordial heat's return! Molten World! Kamen Rider Match!" Upon turning towards the source of the disturbance, one would notice a woodland creature with an abnormally hiigh body heat. "God, calamity riders are so cool! If only my fire burned half as bright..."

The bartender would quickly pass a glass to Miriam, and a bottle of wine that once she were to take a sip of the woman would likely note is actually pretty solid all told. Strangely enough, regardless of what money she shoved at him he'd also take it. Same goes for Ashley and her juice as she's directed towards an outlet. Mizui glances at both, before deciding with a shrug to greet them. "So, a robed figure. And a girl carrying enough firepower to take out a small block. Gotta say, don't see either of those every day." The Rider pauses for a moment before laughing and waving at them. "Haha, where are my manners though. Name's Mizui Namiko, and I'm sure it's a pleasure to meet you." Despite the smile and friendly tone, the weapons she's carrying around cause his eyes to dart down straight at the briefcase. He wonders how fast he can Henshin if needed, fast enough would be his guess. "What brings ya here though, especially carrying around all that Miss. Blond." The man's hands rush down to his briefcase in a rapid blur as he hears that voice though, the callout is different than normal, a new form. Even so... Nothing to but fight, his hands would strap on a dark blue belt with an arcane rune engraved flask that's got two large buttons, one on each side. As he starts to Henshin however, the Rider would just glare at Flareon a bit and scoff. Speaking out in a disgusted tone. "Cool huh... Ya know he's an arsonist right? That guy is far from what I'd call, more like a disgrace to the name Kamen Rider Match."

Miriam would take a sip off the glass before smiling. "Don't mind my clothes. I just have a skin condition is all. Wouldn't want to upset the wrong people by showing it off. That would just be bad manners." She'd set the glass down once more. Her face was almost a pale white and her ices a cold blue as she looked back at man. "Mizui, is it? I'll be sure to remember that."
While she looked to be more used to juice cartons, Ashley decided that it's better not to try and fix that...at a bar. Especially now seeing that her chances of success would drop extremely low with uh, everything that happened. "Mizui, was it? What's a Kamen Rider?...is it foreign?" The girl asks the man, albeit just a little bit stupidly. Though, knowing how she was an American, she'd probably not know anything about the subject nonetheless. With a smile and a wave, she thanked the man for the juice and went to where the outlet was to charge her phone. "As for the firepower, it's just there. I always forget about it. But uh, I promise not to do anything harmful with it. Siri just told me the coordinates, and now I'm here. Still not back home though."
Flareon rolls his eyes and grunts in response to Mizui. "Well, it's just a show, anyways. It's not like I can't like a character and find them disagreeable." He then climbs one of the stools and limps on the counter. "Who's your favorite rider, anyways?" He looks towards Mizui and rests his head on a raised paw, elbow pressing against the counter

Mizui nods at Miriam, he's seen some disturbing shit on burn victims too so that doesn't exactly shock him. "I hear ya, isn't gonna bother me any but yeah. No point in being ruder than you've got to." As Ashley asks him that question though, Mizui's face suddenly lights up and his hands clap a bit while he laughs. "What's a Kamen Rider you say? Allow me to tell you a tiny bit!" His voice would turn dramatic in an instant. "Long ago, a group of madmen plotted to take over the world... They created cyborgs, monsters, and other horrors in service of their goal. They were called Shocker!" He pauses, face going dark as he speaks about them. But just as quickly, it'd light back up once more. "However, a hero rose up to stand against them! A man who we now know as Takeshi Hongo, the very first Kamen Rider. He fought for the freedom of humanity against Shocker's evils for quite some time, and alongside his allies, the man eventually took them down!" There's another pause for a moment, hand placed on his chin. "Well, that's the first but many people have held that title in honor of him since then. Kamen Rider Double, who dealt with the spread of dangerous drugs that turned people into monsters. Ex-Aid, that cured a deadly virus based in video games. OOOs, who handled strange beasts brought forth by... Actually I'm not sure, I just know they were bad news and he beat em silly!" The man would raise up his fist at that final proclamation, he's clearly more than excited to speak about this subject. "Well, that's just a few I happen to know of anyway. Truth is, I don't even think that every Rider is known to people. But man, I can't help admiring the ones I do know about!" As for Flareon, that would cause the man to sit there pondering for a bit. Just a show...? That's not the case at all, but whatever. More important questions. "Hmm, if I had to say one... I think it might be OOOs actually. The quotes attributed to him, everything I've been able to dig up... He seemed like the kinda guy that'd save anyone he could. Do the right thing, just cuz you can!" He'd then absently reach down to the belt that's now strapped around his waist, feeling the buttons upon it with a smirk. "Though, I'm also kinda a fan of H2O these days. Civilian identity, Mizui Namiko!"

Miriam would put her hood down, revealing her long hair. It was a strange color, starting at black closer to her roots until the came down to her bangs which held a more brownish tinge to them. With the clock lowered her left side would also be slightly revealed as well. She seemed to be wearing something to cover her entire right side but under her left shoulder, right over her heart, would seem to be an intricate multicolored rose but only the top of the petals could be seen at the moment. "Well, I at least could remove this hood. I forgot I was wearing it honestly."
