Portobello Road: Imitations of Reality
*The sun never rises on Portobello Road. It's nestled in the shade, surrounded on all sides by shops and apartment. Even so, That also meant that the sun never set on the place. No matter how many people called the police on the number of stall owners in the big square, they could never prove foul play and thus, couldn't be stopped from selling their wares. As such, some people sent mercenaries to deal with crooked stall owners. Something that never went down well with Portobello Road's regular patrons. In his usual corner, Jack smirked as another player of his game lost.* Ooh. You were close again, Elijah. That's your regular three games, yeah? Elijah: Unfortunately. I'll beat you some point Jack. Just you wait and see. I'm sure you will. Until then, I'll enjoy your money. Elijah: Ha. I'm sure you will. Until later Jack. *With that, Elijah pushed through the crowd surrounding Jack's stand and left Portobello Road. Jack smirked before clearing his throat.* The pot's been raised to $500. Who's next on that line for an easy $500? Simply find the Joker and win big. Come on up, my next challenger. Heh heh heh.
33 would be walking through the street with a bag on her arm. She apparently just bought a few things from some vendors on the street. She would notice Jack and walk up to him with a slight wave. "Hey, its been a while. Noticed you weren't setting up in front of my tattoo place anymore." she said putting her free hand on her hip
*Jack smiles at 33* Well, I found a place I could set up more permanently. You'd be suprised how many people call foul when they lose against me. And that the only things they call, if you catch my drift. Ole Portobello is place I run shop without danger. *Jack notices the bag.* You weren't roped into the tall stories of some of the others around here, were ya? You know, the old "this here object was owned by a famous bloke, but I'll sell it to you cheap" ploy?
