Some people have reported street lamps and shop signs in Shibuya being blocked by or crashed into by a large fuzzy object. And overall visibility being hampered by large fuzzy objects. We here at Daily Bugle Shibuya Division believe it to be the works of the Menace Known as MOTHMAN.
