It is a boring anime. I will agree.

I don't even mean it's bad cuz it's boring, I just hate it because the anime goes off the deep end in the second half and basically contradicts lore the games established multiple times and just creates a really weird narrative.

I just watched it for the action and the incredible design of the God arks.
