Just as the clock hits midnight, a chime rings out throughout the city as a new district has "opened", neon lights spark up, signs with an ace of spade in the background glow, making the night sky blow up like fireworks. A brand new set of casinos open up in this section of town. As the city that never sleeps awakens for the first time. People begin to flood the streets as the dinging of slot machines roll and chips are being heard slamming down. One such being to visit the new strip is a small brown fluffy creature, watching all the lights from a distance with glossy eyes in amazement.

InterNiko

Niko walks through the airport, he had finally gotten here, what a long plane ride it was. Rolling a suitcase behind him, he steps out of the airport, looking around at the amazing sight of neon. "Wow, it's even more amazing in person!"

Sylveon

From behind Niko came a shorter form, wrapping a pair of ribbons around him. Hello~ I admired you from behind your seat... Are you surprised~? Giggling, Sylveon removed herself from him and stood next to Niko, gazing out at the scenery. Hmmm, reminds me of home quiet a bit, or Shinjuku. Just... Smaller. A lot more vintage though, with these lights~ I have a feeling this will be quite the worthwhile trip.

InterNiko

Niko was sorta caught off guard by the ribbons. "Maybe just a bit. Anyway..." He looks over at Sylveon. "You wanna do anything? Go to a casino? Get a room? Grab a couple drinks, maybe go out to eat or something?"

Sylveon

All of those things sound fun. Why don't we do it all? even getting lost in a place like this has its perks. You can trust me on that information~ Sylveon winked and walked forward, looking completely in her element. Places like this, they usually have a place for all of those things at the same time.

InterNiko

"Well, I don't have a reason to not trust you, so..." Niko follows Sylveon. "I only really researched how this place looked, not really any areas so, uh I wouldn't have known that."

Sylveon

You have no reason not to trust me, but you have every reason not to as well~ Sylveon giggled playfully, spying a casino that resembles the TOPS Casino in Fallout: New Vegas. Coincidence? properly. Or this writer is just too lazy to come up with a proper description. Sylveon extended a ribbon to Niko. Shall you escort me me like the gentleman cat you are?

InterNiko

Niko nods. "Good point." He grabs the ribbon that Sylveon extended out to him. "I may seem like a gentleman, but who knows? Maybe you can't trust me either." He shakes his head. "Just kidding. Anyway, shall we enter?"

Sylveon

Absolutely. Sylveon giggles, holding onto Niko's hand with her ribbon as they enter the establishment. It's much of what should be expected. A bar and diner, floors, plenty of gambling. It was lively, oddly enough no one seemed to mind what kind of creatures entered. It's like a wonderland of degeneracy~ what shall we do first?

InterNiko

Niko look around. So much to do, it's so hard to choose. "Well, it's up to you I guess. Unless you wanna roll some dice to choose."

Sylveon

Is that not a decision in its own? Sylveon smiled teasingly before gesturing over to the tables. Would you like the first role, dear?~

InterNiko

Niko shakes his head. "Not really, no."

Sylveon

Sylveon giggles. Very well, then I will take it. Sylveon scoops up a pair of dice into her ribbon. She isn't quite able to shake them like someone who would say, be able to clench a fist, but she is able to role regardless, and landing... A 4 and 1, making a 5. She seems surprised by her misfortune. Hmm. I thought that fortune teller said I had a rather lucky aura...

Natsuki

In the corner of the casino, there was a brightly lit bar where a petite girl wearing a blue skirt and a brown vest with a collared white shirt under it with bright pink hair was sitting there, drinking from what it looks like her 4th shot of whiskey after seeing the 3 empty shot glasses next to her. ervery day, i imagine a future where i can be with you in my hand ibs a pen that will write a poem of me and youa the ink flows down into fa dark pudddle just move yoru hand x- write the way into his heart! but qin thzis world yof infinitde occhw eeishat will int takwe jtus to find that special day?wac ht will it taake just to find tqhat specail days? She then started to cry after saying that last verse from the song she was singing. sniffs their all gone. qi czan't ese them ancymore. why was i put in iths hell hole. what did i do to deserve this...

Niko chuckles. "Aw, don't worry, I've had my share of misfortune as well." He spots Natsuki and decides to approach her. "Hey, are you alright? Have you had too much or something?"

Natsuki

Natsuki kept on weeping some more, making her right sleeve wet. She heard Niko's voice. She wiped her tears and started to form a smile, her eyes turning a bit big like she saw something cute. aaarwwwww, look at the ucte kittby. hi bet you like clheek grabs. yes you do. yes you do! Natsuki then grabbed Niko's cheeks and started to playfully pull on them.

InterNiko

Niko is in pain. He refrains from immediately resorting to violence. "Can you pleash shtop?"

Natsuki

Natsuki then started to play more with his cheeks until she stopped when Niko told him to. Hiccups sory,r yoiu looked so cute anad si watend to plxay with you xexe. but i'm fine, i was just having some fun time alone here. Natsuki trying to say that whole two sentences while she was trying to hold back her tears.

InterNiko

Niko can't help himself in this moment. "Is something wrong?"

Natsuki

Natsuki, trying to hold in her tears, couldn't hold them any longer. She then placed her head on her sleeve and laid down on the counter where she tried to make a full sentence, even through her drunkness. no. since i gont here... i've been alone. i aslways have bene. my friendjs died or left me. lmy dad kicked me out. everyone just leaves...

He can't help but feel bad, so he goes ahead and does the unexpected. "I can be your friend or some sort of acquaintance, would you like that?"

Sylveon

Sylveon couldn't help but chuckle as Natsuki teased Niko. As she listened to the conversation further, she looked at Natsuki with a peculiar expression. Perhaps because she couldn't relate very well, but regardless, she had to say something... She stepped forward and patted Natsuki's head with her ribbon Now now, strawberry colored girl~ it's when you end up alone that possibilities open up. After all, with nothing to lose, you can do what you want and have the most fun.

Natsuki

She then suddenly hear the words that she rarely ever heard in a long time since she got here in the Nexus. "I can be your friend" just started to bounce around all inside of her head. That phrase filled her smol heart. sniffs you really mean it? Natsuki then felt Sylveon's ribbon touching her head. She wasn't startled but instead, she felt heart warmed. that is true andf.... gasps You look so cute too~ Natsuki then started to grab Sylveon's cheeks and started to pull on them

Natsuki wiped her tears off of her eyes after she stopped grabbing on Sylveon's cheeks thank you.. uuhhhh, what's you name again? sorry, bi'm so fuwcked up right now~

"My name is Niko, what's your name?" He extends out his hand for a handshake before Natsuki even answers.

Sylveon

Siviiii... Sylveon went limp as Natsuki furryhandled her. She seemed to enjoy it, in an odd, masochistic way. After falling free to the ground, she shook her head and smiled. I will be your friend as well. I am Sylveon~

Natsuki

Natsuki saw Niko's hand being reached out to her. She then swing her left arm and grabbed Niko's hand tightly. I'mf Nautsuke. Thank you Niko. Owh, I alsu makfwe sum really good cupcakes. Let me know if you want some so that I can make them for you. Natsuki then saw how much Sylveon liked her grabbing her cheeks. Uh, doyu? Well, I can ve your frend too Sylvieon. whispers to Sylveon's ears Eye guve da buest cheek grabs~.

Sylveon giggles and glances to Niko. I don't think this one is entirely in her right mind... Maybe we should invite her to our room later~

Natsuki tried to hear and understand what Sylveon said but the alcohol has reach her mind where her hearing abilities are near below average. what did you say sylveon? uoy owant me to give qyou belly rubs? i give nqice belly rubs too~

Niko smiles. "It's nice to meet you!" He glances to Sylveon. "Uh, sure I guess. Was actually hoping someone else would be here, actually."

Sylveon

Sylveon giggles and wraps two ribbons around Niko and the taller Natsuki. Well then, it seems we have a party~ perhaps we should have some drinks and catch up to our inebriated friend here, Niko-kun?

Natsuki

Natsuki then looked at Niko with a giant grin on her face that reeked of old whiskey. Hehe, you so funny Niko. Natsuki looks at Sylveon with a confused party Party? Is it your birfday? Happy birfday~ Natsuki then gives Sylveon a big hug

Niko shrugs. "Oh, what the hell, why not? I'm up for some drinks."

Sylveon merrily skips up to the bar and sits down. What will you have then, dear?

Natsuki

Natsuki giggles when she saw Sylveon skipped to the bar. hehje, you walk funny. and uhhhhhh, i wanna ave more of that cherry whiskey i heav been drinking? ti tapstes so sweet eee. Natsuki then starts to giggle more. Turning her face really bright red.

InterNiko

Niko walks up to the bar casually and sits down. "If they have any sort of mixed drinks, a strawberry daiquiri would be perfect."

Sylveon

Sylveon didn't seem to object to being hugged. Actually, this was nice. She was getting all the flags tonight. Very well~ a beer, a strawberry daiquri and a cherry whisky. Before long, the faceless bartender serves the company their drink of choice. Sylveon holds her glass in her ribbon, sipping it happily and sighing before putting it down. Just like the drinks back home. Exquisite~

Natsuki

Natsuki then quickly turned her head towards Niko where she suddenly then leaned her head on his shoulder and raised her hand up high. ayus, that sounds reaglly hdelicious, but i'll have my cherlry whiskey. als,o tohis place doelsn't check id's so thats whby i come here.

InterNiko

Niko takes a couple of sips of the strawberry daiquiri. "Mmm, this was as good as I was expecting." He takes a few more sips. The alcohol hasn't hit him yet. "Perfecto." Niko is caught off guard by Natsuki leaning her head on his shoulder, but he accepts it. "Good to know."

Sylveon giggles, taking several gulps of her beer before leaning against Niko's other shoulder. Mmmmm~ this is bliss... In a neon city, intoxicated with such a cute boy and cute girl~

Natsuki then got off of Niko's shoulder where he then grabbed her cherry whiskey and chugged it all down in one gulp. mmmnmnm,mmnnn so sweet. my stomaclh feels lwike it'js full of rauinbows and sunshine. Natsuki started to giggle more and see's Sylveon where she gave her a wink.

Niko is taken off guard by Sylveon now. Is this the life of an anime protagonist? "I'm not at all objected to this at all." He finishes off the strawberry daiquiri.

Sylveon

Sylveon finishes off what is left of her beer and proceeds to lean against Niko once more. I would very much a cruise of this city with you both. Would that not be grand? I remember there were special street cruises in my homeworld where groups could sit in the back and admire the city... In any manner they wished~

Natsuki

Natsuki then started to look at both Niko and Sylveon. She never been around the city much except to the bar that she frequents. She nodded her head up and down. yes, thgat would be wonderful~ spendign dthe ngiht with yoqu guys~ also, do vi look hont right now? She was trying to say that her body started to feel really warm and she started to sweat a little but her drunkness slipped and worded that weirdly.

InterNiko

The intoxication hits. "Sssounds interestin'. Might have to take me to one of those sooometime~... or somethin'."

Sylveon

Sounds like a date, then~! shall we? Sylveon giggles and hops up, a ribbon around Natsuki and Niko. She was still sober... mostly.

Natsuki

Natsuki got up with Sylveon's ribbon while she was shoulder-to-shoulder with Niko. Giggles yay, we're going won ha magical adventure together~ Natsuki starts to hum a song and skips a little.

InterNiko

Niko gets up and stumbles. "I was sorta hopin' I'd get to go to bed..."

Sylveon

Hmm, that's also an idea. Let's scurry off to our room, yes~? Sylveon winks to Niko and Natsuki and heads towards the elevator

InterNiko

"Yesssss~" Niko follows Sylveon without hesitation.

Natsuki

Natsuki stopped humming and skipping and started to waltz inside of the elevator with them. yay we gongi to get morqe cfucked up together so that i can givoe yosu mmy love~

Hours later, Niko comes down in the elevator, he's all sobered up, but his life will never be the same. "That sure was an experience." He decides to wander around the casino a bit to take in the scenery, he's probably not gonna play anything since he's not the luckiest in terms of things like that.

Sylveon

Sylveon emerged sometime later. She had bags under her eyes. She wasn't a morning Sylveon. Night was much preferable... The Sylveon pulls out what looks like a white tube from her satchel bag with her ribbon, creates a ball of energy in her mouth (perhaps the precursor of a Moonblast) and uses it to light the tube. She huffs smoke from it and exhales, before sticking it back in her mouth and deciding to head towards the bar area. Something to eat would be swell.
