And so, that was the reason why Detective Aota walked into Morikasha Juvenile Hall, heading for the wing where the... special residents resided. Teenage psychic delinquents-the one hope to get inside the head of a psychic serial killer. And he'd have to lead them, keep them under control. Arriving at the room in which the candidates were waiting, Aota looked out across the sea of faces. At least he had his own power, meager as it was, to keep them in line. Detective Aota Makigami C-Rank Psychic Power: Lock Aota can prevent a person from performing certain actions, 'Banning' them from doing them under threat of knocking them unconscious.
