GYMpire Strikes Back!
A man wanders down the streets, phone held casually in his hands as he glances around the strange city before him. Yes, for some reason this place claims to be Tokyo, yet he can understand everything in it perfectly. Magic runs wild and free throughout the land... "What the hell mess have I gotten into anyways, granted I doubt I'll stumble onto answers just wandering around but... Maybe." His phone beeps at him, something about a signal of an area where powerful magics get tossed around on the regular. He shrugs and begins walking off towards it, in a moment he'd stumble upon the oddly well kept building with a sign reading GYM and... Realize the door is locked. "Really, okay fine. Just jiggle the handle!" He shouts this out in a strange language, unknown to all but him as the door comes open. He grins and waves his hands around, lights coming to life as more magic flows from him. "Huh, seems like no one is here for the moment. Well nothing to do about that then, guess I'd better see if anyone who knows something stops by."
Well, I know a lot of things. *Maria appears behind Prometheus.* I know what day it today 5 years in the future. I know a lot of maths. Most of it useless. I know a lot of words that are real big. I know a few things. You may wanna be a bit more... specific when taking. Heh.
A man clad in black with vibrant pink pants kicks the door down, not caring much for if anyone is standing on the other side. He seems mildly crazed, as if he's been taking a vast library of information in. "Epic gamer moment right there. Time to absolutely annihilate some libtards." Whatever has happened to him has clearly taken a toll.
What in the hell, who is this kid and why is she appearing behind him. The man's eyes dance with a swirl of data for a moment as he looks her over, seeing no telltale signs of Awakened magic he'd shake his head. "Right... How's that teleporting trick work? And the whole hearing things ya aren't around for, or is it just being undetected?" He'd say more, if not for the seemingly crazy person who's bashed down the door without a care in the world. "Um... What? Have you been playing basically cancer aka Fortnite? Only place I can think of one would pick up words like that, well that and 4-Chan I guess. Uh anyway, you alright over there man? Looks like you went a round with an Abyssal or something."
I... I didn't teleport. We... walked. Behind you. Like, you were talking to yourself and then starting fiddling with the door handle and I was like "Hey Kyu look. A theif." and he was like "Yip" and I was like "yeah!" then we followed you in and you were like "I wonder if nerds know stuff" and I was like " I know stuff" so I talked to you. That makes sense right? *Maria looks down at Kyu, who nods.* Yeah. Pay more attention. *Maria smiled at Prometheus, giving him a thumbs up.*
"You're damn right I went a round with an Abyssal, I won too. Like hell I'd be down from that. What the hell's a fortnite anyway, isn't that two weeks or so? Damn, can't a man just be left to his ravings in peace?" He hops down on the couch, choosing to ignore any interaction in favor of his mobile console. He seems pretty into it anyhow, almost comically so. "So what's your deal, huh? Most people come here flip out or something, so I guess you've gone through that phase, eh?" He says this without lifting his eyes from his game.
... he just sighs and shakes his head. A depressed look taking hold on his face. Along with a slight bit of outrage upon being called a thief. "First off, I am by no means a thief! If I needed money I'd get it honestly, like by digging up old broken tech and fixing it with magic to resell later. Secondly, dammit I am super disappointed with the lack of teleporting or any other magic." Hmm, flipping out is... Why? "They do? I mean it is a strange place, to say the least yes. But I don't really find it worth freaking out over... If anything, its quite full of things worth looking into. And my deal yes, call me Prometheus. I do what some call magic, I prefer to think of it as a form of programming but neither here nor there. My deal is mixing magic and tech to be real exact, yourself?"
I have magic. I don't like using it to do much cause I can't control it all to well, but I have it. Kyu is also a firey fire nine tailed adorable slayer of darkness and death and you should fear him. Kyu the adorable shall slay you all and I, Darth Mar, will laugh cause it'll be funny. *Maria imitates a deep, evil laugh. She then points at Para-DX* Also, that guy is a wierdo and a nerd and WAY TOO LOUD!
Just what this place needs, another brainiac 'desire to know all' type. Eh, doesn't seem to much a prick yet, so judgements shall be reserved. "Me? I play games. I play them pretty damn well, too. You could say they're my life..." He seems to linger on that last point, but not long enough to distract him from his game. "Odds are you've found yourself in a place similar to your own home, yeah? Some bozos running around spouting one liners and throwing fire around like it's nothing? Eh, not much use explaining it then. Just think of this place as your new home, plenty of magic and tech to go around here..."
Through the frame where the door once stood a masked woman clad in black armour would slowly walk through. The only thing that could be seen through the mask were her sharp and focused eyes. On her back a large lance could be seen in extremely good condition as if it had never been used but something about the way she carried it made it seem like she was used to the weight of the weapon. Finally, her side she had a small pouch that looked to be meant for carrying a book. A strange and sinister aura leaked out from the bag as if gliding along the air and looking around. The knight would seem to begin whispering to the bag in a hushed tone. "A high amount of mana detected in this area. I believe it to be mostly residual but even still, I can feel it clearly. Almost feels like I'm back at 100%. Master, I believe we may find a valuable clue here that might lead us to more mana at very least if we cannot yet find the miasma of this world."
He'd glance at the girl curiously, unable to figure out if she's entirely serious about this or not. Before settling ongoing with yes. "Ah, I see, neat. Though I'd really prefer not to be killed honestly, gonna uh have to do something if it comes to that." As for Parad, the man's face grows into a smile at the mention of games. "Ah, a fellow fan of digital entertainment? More of a hobby than a life in my case, but I'm a fan of a good game myself actually. As for being like home... In my home the magic hides in the shadows, we all had our reasons for that but I won't bore ya with details. Whatca playing?" And there's... This knight looking type over there. He can't even begin to imagine where she's from, well unless she's a changeling or something but that seems unlikely. He also can't begin to imagine why she's whispering, but he'll leave that alone for now... After casting a tiny spell to enhance his hearing and catch future whispers, he'd greet her. "How goes it, that's some strange armor you've got there but hey who am I to judge. My main weapon is a phone after all. Anyways, Prometheus and I welcome you to whatever this place is, the sign says a Gym but there's all kinds of stuff to make me question that."
*Maria puffs her cheeks out in annoyances.* Hmm. You're not taking us seriously are you? Peasant! You may live to regret that! Nyeh! *Maria strikes an overly dramatic pose she thinks looks intimidating but doesn't really.*
He sighs, clearly displeased at the newcomer. "Another one..." He keeps playing his game, clearly uninterested in whatever those two are doing. GAME CLEAR! His device lets out a loud triumphant fanfare, but his eyes maintain their disinterested focus on the screen. "You keep talking about the GYM like you don't know what goes on here. Basically beat the daylights out of each other and someone will give up arbitrarily. Everyone wins!" He seems to be pressing the buttons in more violently.
The woman would look over Prometheus for what seemed to be a few seconds before speaking in a formal manner. "A pleasure, sir Prometheus. I am a Knight of Aster, you may address me as Elwisia. I'm not sure what you see as so strange about this place. Where I'm from places like these are often referred to as training grounds. It only seems natural that the best training comes from a battleground. Comrades battling for strength and honour in order to become stronger together. That seems pretty typical though the scale of the battles here just from the air of this place is something that seems slightly spectacular."
Did the kid really just call him a peasant? Wow, so rude. Ah well, no need to worry over it too much. "Eh, I wouldn't say that. I treat all threats on my life with a casual disregard, don't let it get you down." As for Parad, he simply nods at the man's exposition. "Right, makes sense. I'll leave you to it then." He can understand the desire to simply do something without being bothered well enough, and so the mage decides to simply leave this one be... As for the knight, he'd tilt his head at her for a moment. "Hmm, I guess you've got a point? I mean, Mages like me mostly learn things by sticking our hands into metaphorical blenders and seeing what happens so I can see that... And the air, you mean that lingering sense of magic that's all around us? Hmm, you do any magic yourself? If so, I'd be a bit curious to see it in action." He can't exactly let a chance to possibly see something new slip by freely, that'd be an utter waste.
Oh. I get it. OK. *Maria smiles at Prometheus. She then looks at Tractie with a look of confusion.* Let it be known that I have no clue what she's saying but she seems nice and looks adorable in her mask. Darth Mar and Kyu the Adorable allow this. They will also accept any fools who wish to challenge them, cause we're bored and no longer speaking in third person. LET IT BE KNOWN, I SAY! *Kyu yips in agreement.*
"So, I was right to address you so formally. Practitioners of magic have an honourable role and of high value. Of course, forgive me for being suspicious but you're not associated with any witches, are you? In my experience they can be rather cruel creatures and I'm not one to overlook my own faults. The curses of a witch aren't something I'm too good myself dealing with. That said I suppose you could say that I may know a decent amount about magic but am no professional with it myself. However, my comrades are much better versed, to the point where their spells are more like natural disasters than the works of humans, well as human as they appear." She seemed to ponder something for a moment before looking back down to the book pouch at her side. "I suppose if you wanted to see some real magic I could call one of my fellows, though the one I have particularly in mind isn't the best with their words. They lack an unwavering spirit but their combat prowess if true."
He can't help laughing a bit at that, what is she pre-fall or something? "Eh, I wouldn't worry about that Miss-Knight, Willworker isn't exactly a title many have held in much regard where I come from for a long number of years. And my magical style is... A bit different from most. As for Witches, depends on what you mean by that. Where I come from that's just a thing people call magic users or suspected ones they don't like as an excuse to murder us. If you mean a specific creature by that name, I am not in league with them no." Slinging spells via cellphone app isn't that odd by his people's view, most seem to find the lack of robes and runes a bit strange though. "Anyways though, if your comrades are up for a magical duel of sorts I'm game. Always a pleasure to see how different spell casters do things." And then you have the girl and her... Pet? He turns to them for a moment. "Didn't you just say control is an issue? I'd rather not see any buildings leveled by mistake or something, or worse, somebody killed."
Aha! Fear me now! You should. For I am Darth Mar, demon dark destroyer of all. But I don't kill people. Or destroy buildings. Which would kill more people than killing a person. But, uh, yeah! Destroyer of all! Ha ha ha! *Maria once again strikes an... intimidating (?) pose. Kyu yips. Maria crouches down to him.* I know right? We look so cool right now. Tee hee hee.
Elwisia would bow to Prometheus before pulling the book out of the leather pouch at her side. The book seemed to be covered in strange red reptilian scales. Aside from that, the only other odd thing were some strange indents on its cover. "I apologize if the term 'witch' offended you. They aren't too different from normal humans but are capable of casting horrible curses for the sake of obtaining more power. Most of their spells involve the use of one's true name and using a nearly unstoppable spell to control their will. Aside from that, they use other magic that is considered taboo by many from where I come. Even now my master wishes to avoid contact with witches if possible as they are...considered a person of interest to most of them. Now, I'll summon my ally. I won't be returning for now as it's difficult for me and them to remain in the same place. You'll have to excuse me." Elwisia would take the book and exit the building, quickly diving away from anyone's view and into an alley. Most would not be able to witness what occurred as it transpired at such a rapid rate. However, since I totally didn't ask Prometheus elsewhere what they could do maybe someone would be able to tell how the flow of magic had fluctuated briefly. As Elwisia's soul seemed to be sucked into the book before another soul was deposited instead. A moment later a nervous looking young man with a mildly annoyed expression would enter the GYM. Unlike Elwisia he seemed to have a much more casual appearance. He wore a coat with a dress shirt underneath and had a crossbow hanging on his back. He also had the same leather pouch that Elwisia had at her side. He even seemed to be whispering to it as Elwisia did before as well. "Do I have to do this? I understand that you wanted to see what people are like here, boss, but, well, you know how it is. My soul isn't as high quality as the others... Man, I need to learn to say no to Elwisia..."
"Apology accepted, I can understand the concern. They sound a bit like what my brand of Mages would call "Left-Handed" actually, magic users who delve into forces of great uncontrollable danger just for the sake of getting a bit stronger more quickly... Or eternal life, now and then." As the girl vanishes, he glances down at the book for a moment... Something's shifting there, and his eyes light up as code dances before him. To be exact, from his viewpoint the flow of mana would take the shape of ever-shifting lines of code which twist into the desired string for the magic being worked. At this point, Prometheus can, in fact, hear the whispers. So the book is their leader? Eh, he'll leave it be. "Ya know, if you don't want to do this I'm not forcing you. I'm a pretty laid-back guy like that after all, I'd be happy to just talk magical theory instead of dueling if that's more your speed... Though, I do find the direct method of exposure is often the fastest path to gaining new knowledge." The Mage walks a bit further back, wandering over to one of the place's rings with a slight smirk on his face as he begins to tap away at his phone. "Now, you wanna see some of what the Awakened can do or not?"
The young man would pull his crossbow from his back and seem to hold it at a ready position. A green flame suddenly erupted from where a bolt would normally be loaded in the device. The flame glowed brightly although also in a somewhat reserved manner. "I-I'm fine with f-fighting. J-just talking to people i-is a l-little awkward." Despite his combat-ready disposition as he walked to the other side of the ring his discomfort with speaking to Prometheus was plain to see. "I'm M-Morren by the way. Don't be afraid to hurt me. I may not look it but I'm pretty nimble and even then I won't die easily." The green flame would already begin changing as he began to hold it up. It took on a more white and smokey appearance similar to fog but the magical nature of the substance was easy to see.
Fire huh, but can it be defended against like normal flames or is it made of pure Mana... No, it isn't really fire at all. Pure magic seems more likely. "Alright then, now I'm a bit rusty on the whole magical combat thing but I should do alright." Prometheus grins a bit and begins chanting out while typing on his phone., his voice rings more as gibberish than anything else. At least to untrained ears. Words of protection are flung forth and in moments his Will takes the shape of a shimmering barrier for a moment, it vanishes from sight as soon as it appeared but judging by the look on his face that's intended. "Prometheus over here, Awakened Willworker on the Path of Aether, and as long as its magic you're firing with don't hold back too much either. I'm good at defending from that." For now the man simply watches and waits, though he's clearly prepared to move at a moments notice.
"I-I wasn't intending to go easy. I w-won't really end up doing that much if I don't go all in. Someone like me...Uh, nevermind." He'd aim the crossbow towards Prometheus and click the trigger of the weapon. The white fog would fire off from the weapon as if it was a bolt. Flying straight towards them before expanding in the air and spreading a torrent of fog around that Morren would begin trying to use as cover. He'd begin moving through the fog in an attempt to throw Prometheus off his trail.
Ahh, using fog as a cover isn't a bad trick at all... But it does give him time to work with here, time that he can use to input a series of commands into his phone. "Set tag 'Mana' to 'Deletion', delivery method 'Aetheric Winds'... That'll do." After a few moments of that Morren would notice the fact that billowing winds are rushing in from behind Prometheus, glowing golden with the light of Magic and rushing straight into the fog in a huge burst. They wouldn't do any harm to his physical body even if striking directly, but his mana would no doubt suffer for it given this spell is designed strictly to burn away another spell caster's fuel. That said, he still can't track the man unless the fog is also blown away.
Morren wouldn't be impaired by the fog at all. As if he could see Prometheus' attack as soon as it cut into the fog he would begin sprinting out of the way. Especially as soon as the wind seemed to begin burning away any of the fog it touched. His speed would be... inhuman as he seemed to be able to reach speeds much faster than an average person but they also seemed to be in shorter bursts though why would be hard to determine as he didn't seem to be out of breath. He sprinted out of the fog and off to the side of it to try and get away from the wind. What fog wasn't burned away seemed to spread about the area but in much thinner patches. "After the hard work, I went to unfaltering my mana too. Where I'm from this would be considered a light form of Miasma but with some strange properties I'm sure you've noticed already." The green flame would once again light up on the crossbow as the fog began concentrating back into the air and beginning to try and fill the air around Prometheus. If it touched him he'd begin feeling it burning his skin. If he breathed any of it in the fog would begin trying to eat at his insides. All the while Morren's energy seemed to go up anytime the fog burned Prometheus.
Hmm, fast, vampire on roids kind of fast even. Annoying to say the least, but not impossible to deal with. Just needs a non-direct approach to the matter. Prometheus can't really keep track of the guy all that well even with much of the fog gone, but he can do something else entirely. "Strange indeed, so I guess this isn't normal for you guys then? Hmm, I'll have to change tactics then... Two can play at the game of changing the field." He reaches into his pockets and pulls out... A simple loud horn, quickly jamming the button down it lets out an incredibly annoying noise as the mage tosses it towards Morren's general direction. He's also typing away once again. "Forces of the world, shift into my design. And indeed it does, right as the fog gets close to him the noise suddenly shifts into arcing lightning that rushes all about the ring, Prometheus is fast enough to evade some of the attack. But he'd feel the sting of his skin burning up despite his efforts.
Morren would have no idea how to deal with the lightning. He'd never seen magic like this before and was unaware that mana could even be shaped in such a way. He'd be hit by what amount of it he couldn't evade but it seemed to pass through his body with only a brief moment of noticeable pain on his face. It was as if the lightning simply had nowhere to flow within him as if his body itself was somewhat insulated. "W-what kind of magic is that? I-it's tingly and agitating... I think I can taste metal in my mouth." He'd point the crossbow at the ground this time. Seemingly shaken by the lightning he wouldn't even attempt to aim as the fire took on its foggy form once more. A single bolt would hit the ground before a much larger torrent of fog began to spread through the area. Somehow though this fog would be different, it would feel much less concentrated but there would also be a strange smell to it. Morren would begin moving about in the fog, trying to move quietly into a position to flank Prometheus.
More fog, it's got him running a bit scared? "Forces magic controls all forms of energy within the world. Electricity, sound, light, heat, gravity and many others! Basic stuff among those who've taught me." Of course, the lightning dies down soon enough as Prometheus asks himself what to do next... Yeah, that could work. "Light and sound, vanish from all!" More of the 'gibrish' and a few more strokes on his phone screen and Morren would see... Nothing actually, the man's body appears to have vanished into thin air. He's still there of course, quickly moving from his prior position yet not making even a sound. Touch and smell could find him though, or any senses one had for finding magic. Beyond that, he's pretty much gone from existence to any human watching.
Morren wouldn't be sure what he was witnessing. The man disappeared, he had to wonder if this was some form of stealth magic. He had seen one if his comrades pull something similar off before but had never fully grasped the basics of it besides making his own presence less noticeable when fighting with a group. He was surprised to see someone so easily use such a technique and was unsure how to react. (Not good! Not good! Master, why aren't you helping...He's doing that thing Ridwan does! Calm down, think Morren. Haven't tried much besides converting my mana to gas but if I can convert it to a liquid I might be able to do something!) With that said the flame would once again ignite on the crossbow, although lightly in order to not give away his position. The flame would immediately begin melting or at least seeming to. Morren would try to fire it off in a bolt as well but all that came of it was a ball of a muddy substance being flung on the ground. He looked at the mud nervously before inspiration hit him. He began melting the flame again and again and firing more mud at his feet. He would stand still for the moment in order to try and observe his surroundings. By this point, if Prometheus is still breathing within the fog they may start to feel slight nausea. It would feel as if the smell of the fog got stronger and now strongly resembled the smell of rotting meat.
Gah, that's some nasty crap... He needs to put a stop to this and quickly, the Winds will have to do their job if he can line up a clean strike. First thing's first, he casts a basic spell to find body heat in the area. That gets him his target. (Come on Prommie, think here. What would Mo- okay no you don't have claws or superhuman strength that won't work... Bah, still gotta get close to land a clean blow!) He's holding his breath as best he can, but damn if the smell isn't bad. Still, he's moving towards Morren as quickly as possible and still doing so quietly. In fact, he'd be only away a few feet away before pulling out his next move... Magic once more flows from him, the Winds of Prime taking shape mere feet away from Morren and rushing towards them like a bullet flying from a gun. Of course, the shout of High Speech that rings out despite his cloaking would give Prometheus away as he drops his stealth. "Heh, what do you think of that? That one's based around controlling the light which enters a person's eyes ya see, stop that from happening to a given subject and you can become invisible."
Morren would be completely caught off guard by the sudden blast. All he could do was lift an arm up in defence right as the winds hit. They would hit his arm directly as something strange happened. He would be knocked back a few feet from where he was and wooden splinters began to scatter onto the floor. His arm was no longer of flesh but a broken arm made of wood. He'd try his best to cover it up but anyone who got close enough would notice. The nauseating smell of the fog would not stop despite Prometheus shortened breaths. The smell wasn't just coming from the fog anymore but also from the fog he had already breathed in as if something in it was persisting. "Neat trick but this match seems to mostly be over. Bet you've been wondering why this fog reeks, right? This fog isn't actually Miasma like the last bit, it's been transmitted into something else. Not as good at dealing quick bursts of damage, it's much slower than that."
Mostly over huh... It is indeed at that. "Yeah, I guess I do have to end this quickly now huh? Well, I still have one defense left here but hooo boy is it gonna be mean. Sorry." Promethus taps away in a desperate blur on his phone... He's not feeling so great, but the High Speech still flies forth and his Imagos still form fine. With one final chant of BURN in his mystic language, Morren would find the entire room is now on fire. Everything around them now suddenly ablaze with nowhere to run, but despite that Prometheus, himself seems unharmed by the flames that have now engulfed both him and his enemy. "Heh, if that doesn't do it then I'll be forced to concede the match... If you're wondering how I'm fine, Forces Shielding is the answer. A mage with enough skill can combine spells, so I mixed in the defense with my attack. Nifty, huh...?" His breathing is more than a bit strained at this point, its damn near gone. Even so, he's forcing himself to stay standing a bit longer.
Morren would begin to feel the heat of the flames as he began sinking into the floor at a slow pace. "This was meant for you and I'm not sure if it's even gonna help that much but you didn't take a few more steps forward. I can't fight anymore with this arm anyway. You say you'll concede but it's not like there's anything more I can do." The flames would burn him more and more before his body is engulfed in the ground that had been fused with a muddy substance. The substance seemed to be liquified mana, it was barely converted properly which was why the sinking was so slow, more of Morren's limbs would have turned to burned wood including both his legs and part of his torso. The fog would clear as he begins to lose consciousness and the mud would slowly begin to dry and break apart.
Well, that's... Pretty bad actually, what a horrible time to not be a Life Adept. "Crap... Yo book, I'm pretty sure you're a book? Uh anyway, whoever their boss is, he's gonna be okay right? I... Not great myself but I can heal." Sort of, Mana flows through the man's body in an instant and he's... Not as good as new, by a long shot. But the fire is gone, the building isn't too damaged, and the Mage looks like he's breathing a bit easier at least. "Anyways, I can uh take him to a doctor or something if you need... But I have this feeling you don't, am I correct in this guesswork, 'Boss'?" He's clearly expecting a reply from the thing Morren had been whispering to before, which to some may seem insane but really it seems perfectly logical to him right now.
The leather pouch would begin to move about a bit before the book inside seemed to slide itself out. It opened a solitary eye on its cover and a smile with sharp teeth seemed to open as well. It clearly couldn't move well on its own but it had no problems opening itself up once out of the pouch. It flipped through its pages before reaching a page with many strange symbols within several different pentagrams. One of the pentagrams was empty at the moment. It began glowing as Morren's body turned completely to wood and shrank into a small wooden doll. The symbols inside the other pentagrams matched a symbol engraved on the dolls forehead. It would finally be sucked into the book completely filling the empty pentagram with the symbol. Another of the symbols would begin glowing as a separate wooden doll would be released. The wood was of a noticeably higher quality and looked much sturdier. Mana flowed through the doll as thin lines of it began extending from the book and wrapped around what seemed to be the dolls soul. Elwisia soon formed from the doll, just as she was before. She picked up the now lone leather pouch from the ground and slipped the book into it before addressing Prometheus. "He'll be fine. As long as the seal remains our soul is bound. Any broken parts can be replaced. I must thank you for that. Morren lacks confidence in his own abilities. His soul is...weaker than most of ours. He usually lets that get to him and often underestimates himself. It's a shame, that kind of mentality is what I believe keeps his soul from growing any stronger. I suppose those are empty words from me though. My soul was shining when it was collected."
The Mage breaths a sigh of relief, given the shifting nature of them he isn't exactly shocked to hear the kid will be fine. But it's still something to worry with. "Well, I'm glad he won't be harmed permanently... Tell him I'm sorry about the overkill at the end there, I was honestly getting close to the end of my rope and uh. Didn't quite realize how much damage the mana drain was causing." As for the soul, that's a topic of some interest but not one he's much use in. "Hmm, so I guess souls must be pretty important where you're from then? Well, my home isn't much different, gotta have one to live or do magic. But I've never seen them tied to mystical power before. Anyways, this was an enlighting little match for me. But I should head out now, see ya around." After taking a moment to allow the Knight her final reply, he'd depart from the building in search of... A place to stay really, maybe a hotel room? Eh, he'll figure it out somehow.
"We are beings that are entirely sustained of mana but don't feel too bad. He can be easily restored with spare parts and some rest. As for souls... Yes and no, souls are easy to come by but difficult to make as strong as a humans. Perhaps that is a conversation best left for our next encounter though." After Prometheus left the knight would once again begin speaking to the book. "How much mana did you collect from that, master? Probably not enough to sustain the number you once did. It seems we really do need to find a Miasma cloud. I know Morren wasn't the strongest of us but he wasn't incompetent either. We're all used to working as a team..." With that said she would leave the GYM as well to continue her search.
