How can I get my friends into P5
I want them to experience this game too and I showed them the trailer but it got zero reaction also p5‘s story is so complicated that every time someone asks me ”So what is this game about?“ I end up telling them the story in a really complicated way and they seem more confused after that,,so any tips to make the game appeal to casuals
You could introduce them to the game with the anime
Sit them down in a chair, lock them to said chairs with leather straps, use tweezers or something to keep them from blinking, and force them to watch the entirety of the P5 shitposts that have been born of A1 Animations
show them your mara

Get into a battle. Call them over to hang out, and while they are there, tell them "Hang on, let me wrap this up" and have them catch a glance at how slick the battle system is.
Send them a link to the OST if they're into music. But if you wanna "explain" the game to them, try saying, "It's a PS4 title. Your guy leads a double life while he lives in Tokyo for a year: half the time, you're an ordinary student, but in the other half, you're using the powers of gods, demons, and discount Stands to kick the enemy's ass while utilizing an elemental weakness system that's like Pokémon- and looking cool as shit while doing it."
ngl, Joker’s idea sounds like the best. It’s what got me into watching it at least, walked in on one of my favorite streamers in an encounter and said “woah that looks badass”
