i've heard that though it's a good game, it's definitely not worth the full price. i'd recommend waiting for a sale of some kind it's literally a port of the mobile version, with motion controls and a little but of bonus content, for at least 3 times the price.

I bought the remake for the Switch, and I don't regret it. Ultimately the game is a higher res version of the mobile game. They remade Neku and crew's sprites so they are cleaner, and it kinda shows because they have not given the same treatment to background NPCs. The system is still there, but this time if you are in dock mode, you need to use your joycon as a laser pen, which can get extremely annoying to try and go flick moves and move around, but if it's in handheld mode, you can just use the touch screen. The game also overs 2 player mode, so if it's docked, player 2 can grab your joycon and use your partner during fights. This can make the game significantly better, or worse, based on how well you work with your second player. The breakdown of "Should you?" Did you play the original game? No - Get the game. Yes - Co op sounds painful - Avoid the game Yes, but Coop sounds fun - Get it
