Looking at it, it looks like music notes. Mainly because of the flats and the fact that the only letters used are the letters in the musical alphabet. What melody it is, I couldn't tell you.
after arranging the first line (because I can't tell if the second line is played as a second instrument or separate player or just another part of the main melody) in C Major as all quarter notes, I can't tell you what the hell that song even is.
