I can see her being the true inheritor of Robin Hood.. Make it so she replaced the last party member (and take's their stats) instead of them just leaving the party like that.

this is sick!!! I personally love the idea. While I don't know about her using robin hood, the tonfa idea is pretty cool! Ideally though, she'd just replace makoto. Also give us Hifumi as a true phantom thief gdi. Hifumi best grill.
