Sun-Mall: "Winter" days
A young woman wanders the streets of Tokyo, a curious look on her face as she places her hands in her jean pockets. "Yeesh, not a damn thing to do around here so far. Those people at the crossing were nice enough but come on... Just want something to do." She'd sigh and flip her hair out of the way, walking into an open-air mall and smiling a bit as the temperature drops a great deal. Snow falling down suddenly as she takes a seat on a bench. "Heh, at least I can always make the weather better. Too damn hot I tell ya." She says despite wearing only a short sleeved t-shit. Glancing around the area, the woman would note several people who'd been milling about now staring in wonder at the sudden turn of weather while she giggles a bit. And several shops that simply keep on operating, despite the strange event they've still got a business to run after all. For now, she simply observes and absently tosses a snowball up and down in her right hand.
"I know right? For all the hype it gets this city's actually pretty boring ain't it?" A little off to her side Amaya'd notice a teenage girl dressed as some kind of punk rocker, complete with a long studded ribbon and axe-shaped guitar with a red splatter decorating the end. The girl's leaning on a nearby bench, situatied with one foot on the seat and another on top "I mean there are still some nice hangout spots, but as far as anything totally wicked its doesn't have much going for it."
Amaya chuckles a bit upon seeing the girl, she's seen the type before, hung around them too now and then. "Yeah you aren't wrong, I mean... I just kinda found myself here one day, so I would have expected all kinds of exciting crazy stuff ya know? But nope, so far it's been a mostly normal place." A few people seem to have entered minor panic from the freak snowstorm, for her part Amaya's just sighing and shaking her head at that. "Seriously, they act like this is something worth freaking out over? I mean come on, we had worse things happen at least once a week back home. Amaya's the name, by the way, you know of anything fun around here?"
(edited by Amaya-Rose)
A older looking boy would be walking around the mall when he noticed the sudden snowfall. His reaction was...empty, almost as if the incident wasn't surprising at all. "Snow falling in a mall? How unusual. Why are things in Shibuya always so weird." The boy would look down at his wrist where a watch would be. After noticing the time he'd begin looking around. Seeming to fail to find what he was looking for he'd approach the two girls, beginning to speak in an emotionless tone. "Do either of you know where I can find water here. I need to take my medication."
Amaya shrugs a bit and focuses on the snowball in her hand, it'd begin shifting shape before suddenly forming into a glass made out of ice, a glass now filled with icy cold water at that. She hands it over to the boy with a shrug. "Anywhere that I'm around, for one. It's an easy trick to pull off from my viewpoint, ice water's a part of Winter too after all." She'd then pause for a moment, looking the boy over with a slight smile. "What's your story anyways man, not everyday that I met someone so... Calm as you are."
*Maria would be walking around the mall alone when it suddenly begins to snow.* Huh. It's snowing, Kyu. *Kyu yips from next to her. Maria looks down at her nine tailed pet.* Aww. But Christian doesn't like the cold. He won't be here then. Oh well. Snow day! Snow day! *Oblivious to the possible threat of a ice demon or a winter wizard that may be trying to commit some sort of evil deed, Maria and Kyu begin running around happily in the snowstorm.*
"Well, I know of this weird fitness/training place, but even finding somethin' there's kinda rare." The punk girl shrugs her shoulders before hopping off the bench. She glances over at Haruka and casually takes her guitar off her back, pointing out to a vending machine around the corner with its tip "Should be some water in there. Also a fountain in the middle if you're desperate. And it hasn't frozen yet." The girl takes a few test strums of her guitar as she looks back towards Amaya "Anyways, you were askin' fer somewhere cool right?" as the girl finishes talking she lets out a quick, low rift. As she does so a series of 4 notes launch themselves at Amaya's legs, they'd be small and rubbery, coming out quickly and leaving little more than bruises if they struck, more a reaction test than anything.
The boy would take the glass and take a blue pill out of a medicine bottle in his pocket. He'd quickly take the pill without even questioning the source of the water. He'd seem to quickly drink the full glass in one sip before responding to Amaya. "It is cold. My head kind of hurt now. I've been told I'm not the most expressive individual but I view that the same way I do this snow. It may be strange but it's out of my control. Why panic over things you can't control? Not that panicking is even an option for me in the first place. If fate decided I should be this way then why fight it? I just have to deal with it."
Mara has been wandering around to finish the last of her errands and finally had her bag packed to the brim as she lugged it over her shoulder. Though heavy she is able to match thorough just fine. At this point she was just exploring around taking in some sights since she doesn’t get to go out a lot and check these kinds of places. Maybe something eventful will even happen. And as if fate had occurred she also approached the bench and saw a familiar face may as well say hi then. “Seems like i’m Bumping into more then just poles today. Amaya was it? It’s Mara!” She waves around with some glee and excitement. Finally something to do other then panic mode over bolt pricing and slag exchange.
She'd raise a hand to her chin, weird training place Amaya stares at the notes for a moment, she could dodge. In fact, she casually dodges three of them off reflex... The fourth she lets hit her leg, body quickly revealed to be coated in thick layers of ice that appear for a mere moment as she's struck. Such a low impact doesn't even hurt her under all that. "Huh, you got the Word of Music or something? Well, it'll take more than that to get past my ice... I bet you've got more though, right? Well, sometime I'd like to see how I can do against ya!" She'd then turn over to Haruka, so that's how it is to him huh... Well, if there's really nothing to be done about it... "That is one way to view it, yeah... I'd give some speech about how fate can't control us, but honestly it'd all ring a little false coming from someone like me. I'm not exactly an average person, so who am I to act like everybody can do things my way?"
"Just what I thought." Tot puts her guitar back, satisfied with how her little attack turned out, the girl poses by putting up a peace sign "Magical Girl Tot Pop at your service, just wanted to confirm you were the one doing this. After all, you were looking for something fun right?" Tot slips a small business card out of her sleeve and casually tosses it at Amaya "Lookin' to make a difference, or even just ready to rock out, call me. I'm workin' on a new gig and would be thrilled if you're willing help out."
*Maria stops playing and notices Tot attacking Amaya. She raises her hands to her mouth.* HEY!!! YOU TWO!!! FIGHTING IS BAD!!! NO FIGHTING, OK?!! *She looks down at Kyu* Think that'll work? * The fox cub shrugs.*
Amaya grins and waves back at Mara, though She is slightly put out by the kid yelling. "Yeah you got it right! Wasn't expecting to meet you again so soon Mara but it's cool anyways." She'd then stare at Maria with a sigh, no sense being mean to the kid but seriously... "Relax, it's just a little harmless fun! Like uh, a squirt gun fight or something." She'd then gladly take Tot's card and rub a hand on her chin for a moment. "Magical Girl huh? Now there's something I don't hear outside TV... Well, if we're doing proper introductions. I'm Amaya Rose, Godbound of Networks, Winter, and Endurance. And I just might take ya up on that offer!"
But it looked more like magical pew-pew death balls... of doom? Yeah, of doom. DoOoOm. *Maria looks down at Kyu who yips in agreement. Maria looks back up and nods happily.* Yeah. Are you sure your not fighting and being mean and stuff?
Mara gives a grin back being able to do some catchup is always nice. “Yeah turns out slag trading takes up more time then you expect. Presume you also spent a while looking through the market?” She then turns to the other people gathered there and gives a wave to them all followed by a bow. “Nice to meet all of you as well names Mara watcha all gathered here for may I ask?”
Tot gives Amaya a grin, shooting finger guns before she takes note of the other girl yelling at her and crosses both arms behind her back "Oh man if you think that's fighting you ain't seen nothin' yet." Tot kicks up a bit of snow, sending it into the air in front of Maria "I was just havin' a little fun is all. But that said my time's runnin' a bit short. Stay tuned kids alright?" with that, Tot walks off, shooting the group one last finger gun as she heads out.
The boy seemed to just give the group a blank stare before speaking again. "Haruka Senzo, third year from Sefer Academy in Sakado, Saitama. I stop here in Shibuya from time to time when I want to get away from home. Maybe I should change my getaway location with all the weird stuff that happens here though."
Amaya giggles at Maria, the girl's reaction is entirely amusing to her and she'd walk over to ruffle her hair for a moment. "Hah, no kiddo we're just playing! Trust me, if I were fighting somebody for real I wouldn't be just chatting with her. By my standards that was a friendly greeting." Amaya would finger gun back at Tot, a small burst of ice in a heart shape rushing towards the girl as the woman giggles[ before looking back to Mara. "Heh, that I did yes. My budget is... Fine, just fine actually. Though uh housing is, hard to come by on my price point... You?" She then nods to Haruka, cackling for a moment at his statement. "Really? I find the weird is what makes life interesting! But I'm part of it too so ya know, take my opinion with a grain of salt."
Mara took a moment to think what he meant by weird occurrences. “Oh yeah...I guess you can say all the dangerous antics popping up here and there are pretty alarming. Though I also admit those play would lose my attention if not of the usual aspects so I guess I also like a nice twist.” She then addressed Amaya over housing which is rather a first and weird subject to bring up now saying it out loud. “Uh Housing? Not the most ideal you make do what you do for some luxury for me...well I bunker down in a old workshop I inherited and just makes ends meet for the place. It’s a quite neighbourhood and though a bit run down on the outside it’s more then functional for my work and that’s what I really need out of it.
But attacking people isn't friendly. Is it? *Maria looks down at Kyu, who yips. Maria nods, apparantly knowing what Kyu meant, and nodding. She smiles.* Well, if you say so Miss. Um. If that's how people greet you, should I attack you as well to prove I too am a friendly person? For I, the friendly demon dark lord of death darkness, the great Darth Mar, together with the great overlord of friendliness Kyu the adorable, are very much the friendliest of peoples. *Kyu rolls it's eyes before yipping.*
Amaya grins at Maria's response, heh. Sounds... Nice enough she guesses. "Well, better than nothing right? And what kinda work do you do anyways? I'm a uh... Odd jobs type you might say, a bit of this and that is what I tend to do as of late. Only so many things seem appealing when one stumbles into my kinda power." She'd then glance back to Maria, laughing a bit at the girl's words, an almost excited smile crossing her face as she takes a fighting stance. Hands raised up to block, and feet squared away with practiced ease. "Well, if you want to then by all means please do! I'm always curious to see what people can do so come on! Though uh, don't feel forced or anything kid. It's just a thing I like to do is all. Oh and I'm Amaya Rose, what's your name."
“What do I do? Oh well i’m a weapons engineer heh...it’s the only thing my pea brain seems to be good for at times but I have the crafty hands and knack for some special little gadget. Aside from that I guess I also do some odd jobs all the same my business was definitely ain’t booming cause I have to keep my stuff to the right crowd, so in the mean time I do some in the field work whenever that means getting scrappy or a bit surgical hard to explain sorry.” Mara looks over at Maria and then back at Amaya and gives a slight chuckle at the sight seems like a bit of fighting spirit is brewing she noted as she takes a few steps back and calls. “You both got some fighting spirit in you huh? Just keep it civil and remember where we are there are people here and sooner or later someone may just the spring and kick us out over a little bruising. A shame really can’t believe some of these people.”
*Maria giggles and grins, folding her arms and making a pose she thinks is intimidating* Mwu ha ha ha! You dare accept the great challenge of the great demon lord of great darkness AND dare ask my name? You have the courage of a couragous person, but I suppose I can offer my name as a mark of respect for respectable foes like you. I am the great dark demon lord of dark evilness, the great Darth Mar (Maria too my friends) and this beside me is the great beast of fluffy doom, Kyu the adorable. Tremble in fear. Ah ha ha! Kyu, say hello. *Kyu nods. It unfolds it's nine tails, creating a small orb of blue fire above each of them before firing them in quick succession at Amaya.*
Now that fire, is it actual fire that's meant to burn, or something else?
If your asking if it's different than normal fire, then no. It's pretty much just 9 small fire balls that just so happen to be a differant colour.
Finally, my power of being the one ice user who isn't horribly weak to fire comes up. Amaya stares at the blazing hot balls of flame and... Yawns, the icy armor that had appeared on her before is back once again. As the balls slam into her body they'd just... Freeze, the flames are hot but her ice is Cold. Cold enough to put them out as she giggles a bit. "Not bad, but word of advice for you. My body's just frozen armor, and the bottomless chill in the Word of Winter's enough to put out any flame... Well, that was a pretty good move though ignoring my supernatural immunity to it. A for effort kid!" She'd flash the girl a thumbs up and a smile, bobbing her head up and down absently as passerbys just stare at them both with stunned looks.
Mara stares in amazement at the display of both of their powers quite spectacular indeed she gives a small clap for them. “Quite impressive indeed you two got some punk and punch to yourself. To bad I don’t have anything flashy guess I might as well sit out of this brawl unless I may bore you to death though I can’t say its not a shame given how much I love to train on that.” She chuckles and leans against the bench not shock or stunned unlike many of the pedestrians rather already having fun with this.
Ho? You were able to defend yourself against Kyu the adorable's great foxfire death soul flame attack? Clearly you are a worthy foe. I suppose I shall spare you this day. After all, if you were to see my true demon dark powers you would be vaporised in an instant. Think yourself lucky, peasant. *Maria laughs in a way she thinks is evil. She then looks over at Mara in confusion.* Hello Miss New Person. What's the matter? Too scared of my amazing demon powers and Kyu's amazing adorableness powers to even step forward. Worry not. I do not blame you for your cowardice. Ho ho ho ho. *Kyu lowers his head slightly, growling lightly.*
Amaya laughs a bit, coming from a grown ass woman or man that'd piss her off, but she'll let a kid get away with such haughty speech. For now. "Hah, of course I'm a worthy foe. I am a Goddess after all! Of a sort anyways. Well, I'm still kinda learning as I go for now though so uh... Not exactly like I can call myself all powerful by any reach, think less Chrsitan God Almighty and more really strong person!" She'd then turn over to Mara and shrug a bit, smiling at the girl with a wink. "Eh, I'm sure you must have something. Besides, you seem pretty fun so I doubt you'd bore me to death even if ya aren't the best fighter~"
Ina
Ina walks into the mall, expecting a nice time, but unexpectedly feels a chill surround her, enveloping her tail, fox ears, and the rest of her body in a cold air. She looks up only to see a cloud that is lightly dropping snow on to her. She's extremely confused. "W-What the!? S-Snow!? In spring!? Am I dreaming or something, or is this some sort of trick!?" She desperately looks around for people, and eventually finds Amaya. "Hey, do you know anything about this weird snow? I'm not one to easily get scared, but this seems extremely paranormal, even for a strange world like this...."
A young white girl in her teens skips into the mall, inadvertedly carrying two shotguns on her back and grenades on the belt that's keeping hold of her skirt. Despite the cold weather, she doesn't really feel too shocked by it. "Ah, the weather's pretty nice this time of day. Though, maybe I should've brought an outfit that covers more, I feel a breeze on me..." Though at least she wasn't blonde enough to not comment on it. She chooses to blend into the crowd in order to try and actually shop for things, maybe even find something close to a McDonalds nearby.
Hesitant at first she looks between Maria and Amaya with caution if she should really rope herself in what the two claim to be god like beings...wait what is she thinks? She’s trailed through some harsh stuff this is just another stupid fun scenario she should be head rushing right into why not have fun. “Well I was gonna just watch from the side but with a bit of confidence and this lad here is getting a bit full of them self...” She takes the bag she has been carrying the entire time and drops it on the bench digging inside to pull out a staff like item and some other things she would drop in her pockets before retiring to the other two entrusting that the bag can be left in safety.. “But since you asked I’d like to help a ya Amaya and take a crack as well at this Kyu. May not be powerful but i’m on my toes and resourceful I promise ya!”
You're a... god? * Maria face goes blank for a second before returning to her usual happy smile.* Should we be bowing down or something, miss goddes? Kyu! Your thoughts! *Kyu yips.* I see. I see. Very insightful, Mr Kyu. We have decided not to bow because there is snow on the floor and my knees would get cold and wet and I don't want to get sick and have bro, Miss Dahlia and Christian worry about me. I am sorry if this insults you, mIss Icy goddess person. *Kyu looks over at Mara and sticks it's tongue out at her.*

"You're all pretty weird." Says the emotionless boy as he checks his watch again.
Amaya laughs a bit as Ina comes in, the confused look on the girl's face makes her frown a bit though. "Oh, um sorry there. Is it bothering you...? I can make it stop if it's really a problem its just, I'm more of a winter kinda girl myself so ya know, thought I'd uh... Ya know, make it a bit nicer. But um, if its bothering you I'll stop, sorry!" She'd bow her head for a moment to the fox girl. Before glancing over towards the newcome with a curious eye, not often one sees a girl carrying several guns like that but okay... The girl is able to find, well not a McDs but, she can spot a Wild Duck Buger over a ways. That's something. Amaya then laughs at Maria's words casually. "Haha, oh don't worry about it kid really. Like I said I'm still kind of a fledging anyways! And even if I weren't, I'm not the type to demand people bow down in worship or anything. I just got lucky really, not as though I did something to deserve my power. And hehe, sounds fun Mara sounds fun!" She'd then shrug at Haruka, making a so so motion with her hands for a moment. "Yeah we are, most people are deep down though Haruka. Its really only a matter of if they've got the guts to wear it openly like us, or try and bury it somewhere nobody finds."
(edited by Amaya-Rose)
Mara just gives a glare back at Maria. “You are way to cocky for your own good ya know I really wanna get a hit on ya you here me i’ll make it a goal even!” She overhears Haruka and comments back. “It ain’t weird my dude it’s just the joyful fun of a bruising ya hear. Just an average day in this place!”

Ina
Amaya laughs a bit as Ina comes in, the confused look on the girl's face makes her frown a bit though. "Oh, um sorry there. Is it bothering you...? I just got lucky really, not as though I did something to deserve my power. And hehe, sounds fun Mara sounds fun!" Ina seems interested that the girl is the one making it snow, but is able to chill bad pun, I know and breathes, calming herself down. "It's ok! If you like it like this, I'm fine with it! Just one second please..." She concentrates, and a dim orange aura can be seen around her. She snuggles into her kimono and her fox tail wiggles happily, as it's freed from the cold. The snow at her feet gently melts away. "Ahh, much better! Anyways, I haven't seen you around. My name is Ina, and I'm a descendant of a goddess! Pleasure to meet you, weather lady!" She smiles and puts her hand out happily.
Haruka would look away from his watch and check his pocket as if making sure something was still there. "Guess I'm in no position to judge. Fighting for fun though? Well, maybe if I had odd powers like all of you but despite how I seem, I'm just a normal student. Nothing special about me to speak of. Anything special I had is gone now, such is fate for the cursed." He almost seemed like he'd be sad for a moment but any hint of sorrow seemed to vanish almost immediately.
Ashley spotted the Wild Duck Burger with a bit of a curious glance, absentmindedly twirling her short hair before saying things to herself even though nobody was really around her. "Huh, Wild Duck Burger? Is it...foreign? I'm just not going to think about it. I recently left from Spain, why would I expect to immediately see anything American in sight just by walking a few hundred miles?" With that out of the way, she made her way towards the Wild Duck Burger, not getting the hint that busting in with guns and grenades would seem a bit suspect even with someone of her stature.
*Maria proudly puts her hands on her hips and smiles at Mara.* I can't be cocky because I don't know what that means. But I do know that hitting people for no reason is really mean and you shouldn't do that. *Maria looks over at Haruka.* Rude. *She then looks over at Amaya.* So you don't mind. Well that's good. There are people who do want you to bow and they suck because they are always really super mean. So I'm glad your not super mean, miss. It's a good... umm... personality trait? Did I use that correctly? *She looks down at Kyu, who nods and yips in encouragement. Maria grins.* Kyu agrees. That means I'm right.
Mara decides to take her eye off Maria missing entirely what she said but perhaps for the best cause she would only try to whip back and instead has a little chatter with Haruka. “Hey if you ever want I could always make a nice little weapon for ya if you ever want me to I may not have any real special super powers but a bit of creativity and the right resources and you can put up a good fight. Trust me i’ll put this on the house for ya if your interested trust me you might like it and even not makes a good souvenir.”
Haruka looked over to Mara. His expression didn't change and his voice was very mono toned but he seemed to at least be trying to show some emotion through his words. "I wouldn't mind being better protected but I am just a student. I shouldn't be armed to the teeth or anything. That'd be pretty bad for my already downward spiraling reputation. Wouldn't want to disrupt my brothers life either. I've already disappointed them enough. Hopefully I won't need to fight though. If I can live a normal life someday then that'd be ideal."
She'd tilt her head a bit that, descendant huh... So that'd make this girl a... "Demi-Goddess? Huh, very intresting Ina. I'm Amaya Rose, also one of those in my own way... Though, I'm not exactly a descended from a divine being or anything. The Words just kinda came to me is all. Decided to try an do some good with em where I can. It's a... Not a living, a hobby, I guess." There's a pained look on the woman's face for a moment as she stares at Haruka, like she's for some reason more bothered by his state than he is. "... Hey Haruka, I realize we don't know each other but if you ever want to talk or something, eh think of me." She'd then nod to Maria with a giggle and just leans back a bit, watching the scene play out for now. Ashely is able to find that inside the buger joint they... Are oddly used to people carrying far too many weapons, people shy away a bit, but nobody tries to call the cops or anything. Almost like this is only slightly unsual.
*Maria yawns slightly.* I'm tired. I'm going home. It was nice to meet you, Miss Amaya. Buh Bye. *Maria runs off, waving back at Amaya with a happy smile on her face. Kyu follows behind her, keeping up as the two leave the area.*
Mara stares at the blank expression over him before nodding. “Fair enough I can respect a choice like that. Certainly making the most of yourself unlike someone like me I think I just keep diving bombing into stupid stuff with no progress further in my own goals heh...trust me you win on a spiral just on a path best suited to help you in the long run.” She walks over to Haruka with a bow and extends her hand to him. “That said i’ll leave the offer open if you ever change your mind. Maybe I can hook you up with something not so dangerous but just ideal for self defence i’m more into that then mass weapons of destruction.” She waves her odd staff around to get that point across.
Ina
She smiles, as it's nice to see someone similar to her around, but seems kinda confused. "The Words? What are those? Is that a kind of magic or something?" A puzzled, yet still happy look covers her face, and her fox tail waves softly in the air. "Oh, uh, in case you couldn't tell, I specialize in fire and heat and that kind of stuff." She snaps her fingers and a fireball appears in the palm of her hand, and she playfully messes with it, letting it touch her skin. However, it doesn't burn her or even hurt her in any way.
Like the giddy school girl that she is, Ashley spun around with a grin on her face. She waved politely to everyone she walked past. She arrived at the counter, pondering on what to do next, probably not thinking about the words that were coming out of her mouth right now. "Hi, my name is Ashley! I'll have a..." Then she did the worst thing anyone could do, which was try to figure out what to order right when she arrived at the counter. It took her a few seconds to realize it, but she was already there. She might as well go through with it. "Actually, what do you recommend?"
Amaya raises a hand to her chin, a god that doesn't rely on those...? What a strange place. "Words of Creation, the wellspring from which divine might comes. Or at least that's how it works where I come from, but I guess that's not the case here huh..." She'd chuckle a bit upon hearing what Mara said, that sounds all too familiar of a thing to Amaya. In fact if she really thinks about it enough, she'd note that it is in all honesty very much like herself at times... "I know that feeling Mara, but what can ya do about it right?" The staff just stares curiously at Ashley for a moment, before finally the young man running the counter speaks up. Eying the girl's guns a bit curiously, and in a way which suggests he thinks she could kill him at any moment she wanted. "Ummm... A number 3? It's a uh, double burger with fries and a drink, and what would you like on it. On the house!" He speaks in a rushed and concered voice, as if terrfied by her presence.
Ina
Ina seems intrigued, almost like a child hearing a story. "Seems interesting! This place really is a Central hub of worlds... So cool!" She pauses, catches her fireball, and let's it dissapear. "Anyways, I saw some kid trying to have their adorable pet fox shoot fire at you. The fireballs were adorable, too. Nowhere near the power of someone like me who's mastered the art of fire magic! Mind if I shoot something at you? I'll try not to hurt you, Ama!" She takes a cute stance. "Oh, uh, it's ok if I call you Ama, right?"
The looks from the staff were at first normal to Ashley, as it wasn't too different from the looks she got back when she got lost in Spain. Though she did seem a bit shocked when the young man had arrived to recommend an order to her. "Oh gosh, what's wrong? Is there something wrong with my makeup? Ugh, I knew I missed a spot..." It seems she had forgotten all about the potentially destructive things that she was carrying, as she was more occupied with literally everything else. Though during her little situation, something popped in her head. "Wait, I know I shouldn't be asking you this, but where AM I? I am somewhere close to the United States of America, right? I sure hope so, my dad's still worried about me not coming home yet."
Amaya shrugs a bit, she'd generally laugh at any fire but... If this kid's actually a demi-god then it might be able to hurt her. She's no Godbound of Fire itself after all, not as though she's without protection though. "Sure k... Wait are you a kid, I'm honestly not sure. Anyways yeah I don't mind being called that. Or seeing how my ice holds up, I've only ever met one who could burn me past this cold so far. Wonder if it'll go up to two now." Amaya squares her feet away, staring down Ina with a curious look on her face. Frosty armor forming over her body as she prepares to face down... Well, almost surely not lethal to her, but likely dangerous fire magic. As for Ashley, the staff seems to relax just a bit and the clerk breathes a sigh of relief. "Um... America. No Miss, this is Tokyo. And uh, your father is... Look okay, supernatural bullshit happens here constantly, you aren't some goddess, demon, mystic warrior or other such thing are you? Usually the only people who carry that much firepower are, and nobody sane wants trouble from them."
Mara Spins around to address Amaya. Someone with a similar idea how nice. “Well at least someone gets the similar picture as me for once.” She walks overs to get bag on the bench and picks it up throwing it over her shoulder before gives a wave to the others in the group. “I think I should hurry and get all this metal and material back to my workshop. We should all meet again, apologizes for such rushed introduction barley feel like I got a good conversation off today but all fun in the end. And he’ll maybe next time I can show you all something more then this staff. Till then I must go got some matters coming up.” And just like that she takes off abruptly it was rather odd that she just suddenly needed to leave for something but then again that may just be her in her weird ways not worth questioning.
Ina
Ina looks frustrated for a second, but calms down. "Actually, I'm not a kid. I'm really old, I just kinda have a body that looks like a child. But let's see if you can handle this!" She concentrates, jumps backwards, and raises her arm into the air. It gets consumed by flames, and she quickly, does a slicing motion as 3 medium sized fireballs are sent out and home in on Amaya. She shouts out: "Triple Star Blast!" As if she's naming her attack, which is something a child would probably do.
Ashley had a blank smile on her face, with her eyes being the thing that tells the amount of shock that she is in, which is actually a hefty lot. "Wait, what? This isn't America? This is Tokyo? How'd I end up in Tokyo?" She began to fidget around before just now noticing the weapons of destruction in her posession. She looked at them in slight confusion, pondering for a minute. Of course, it only made her a bit more anxious on the inside, she at least remembered what happened. "Oh wait, I know what happened! I-have no idea! Though I do remember some guy who sold me this stuff. Well, it's less 'sold' and more so 'give away for free'. If you don't know, stuff like this is actually pretty normal in America, we just don't carry it around...that'd be awful." All this thinking for her little brain is making her exhausted, and the thing she wants the most is her food, so she just slumps a bit in defeat. "Goddesses, demons, mystical warriors? All of this is making me stressed...I just want to go home now, can I get my food?...with ranch..."
Amaya raises an eyebrow at the girl's outburst but decides to go with the flow. "Alright alright, sorry it's just hard to tell sometimes. Magic stuff can be trickly like that as I've learned lately." She'd wave goodbye to Mara with a wink and a grin on her face. Before suddenly turning back to the attack coming at her. The fire's hot, very hot... The first ball slams into her and just goes out against her ice, but there's less ice, the second one singes her a tiny bit, and the final ball slams through her armor and burns into the woman's body, she just laughs at the searing pain and smiles good naturedly at Ina. "HAH, THAT WAS GOOD! It'll take at least like, a few hours to heal from this I think. I've had worse, but that was a solid hit." The clerk just sighs and nods to Ashely, heading back into the kitchen for a few moments and soon enough returning with a tray that has a burger and fries on it... And yes, ranch and a soda. "Right then, we were gonna do it on the house out of fear for our lives but you don't seem the type. Take it anyways though miss you uh, you really seem to not be in the best of spots. My advice is this. See anything really weird, or even just a bit weird then run. This city's kind of not great for normal people."
Ina
Ina lands on the floor gracefully, smirking. "And THAT is what you call fire! I uh, would ask if you wanted me to warm the wounds but uh, you know, fire and ice and all that.... But do you need an ice pack or something Ama?" She seems somewhat concerned, while still being proud of her achievement.
She got the tray and sighed on cue, as if she really was about to threaten some poor workers for a whole $10+ meal. Though, despite all of this, she really was relieved that she didn't have to pay. Her wallet was back home and all she had was some spare (and most likely obselete) Spanish currency. "Thanks for the food! I would've been so much more relieved to not know that this wasn't happening to me, but that's the luck that I have in my life. By the way, you do take-out? I might need to ask Siri the quickest way back to the other side of the continent, and I'd feel better with take-out anyways..."
The woman laughs a bit, she's by no means immortal but she's still a Hero of Endurance. Physical harm is really the least dangerous kind of damage for someone like Amaya. "Nah don't worry about it! This is just, first degree burns on a tiny part of my body tops! Besides, if I needed ice... I am Ice. If I really put in the Effort, I'm pretty sure I could conjure up something ya can't burn past easily, if at all." Frost closes over the wound in an instant, it doesn't heal her at all, but it'll kill any pain in an instant. And she'll heal in a day tops anyways. As for Ashley, she'd quickly find her food placed in a to go bag as the young man winces a bit. "I uh, you do know Japan is an island right... And well, you wouldn't know this but we're kinda stuck here? Not in Japan but in um... This 'world' I guess? It's all way over my head, might need to ask some of the supernatual screwballs for details honestly. But long story short, this place pulls people in, pulled me in too but what can you do... Chances are your home ain't around, and if it is, be worried."
Ina
Ina giggles slightly. "Yeah, forgot that part. But don't get to confident! That's only some of my power! I'd rather not show all of it, especially since you're already in enough pain. Would t want this place to be burnt to a crisp either, me and other people love shopping here!" She yawns. "Anyways, I'm beat. I think I've done enough today. Keeping up this warm barrier doesn't exactly help either. I'll see you around hopefully, Ama!" She smiles, waves, and happily walks away, having known that she's made a new friend.
She took the bag as she gazed at the young man with a hint of displeasure, unintentionally doing that weird half smile that white people would normally do. Ashley felt sorry. Both for herself and for most of the people that got themselves into this world, intentionally or not. "Sorry if I did something to bother you. Like the guns, the smile, the way I handled my order. I would give a tip to compensate, but the currency I own is long forgotten. Welp, goodbye! I'll be sure to take your advice, sir!" She waved super politely, taking both her bag and all of her guns and grenades with her. To be honest, with all this newfound knowledge, she even doubts what year she's living in right now. All she wanted to do was shout for her one and only savior Leon, whoever that was.
The clerk shrugs and shakes his head at her. "Eh, not a big deal at all really. Trust me, we've seen way weirder and way more dangerous things in this madhouse. Nobody died, so we can call it a good day for this town!" He smiles and waves back to her as she leaves. Amaya, over with Ina laughs a bit at the other girl's words, the girl thinking she's actually pained is... Very very amusing by her view of it. She'll let Ina believe that though. "Hehe, yeah I'm sure we'll see each other again sometime. Maybe next time I can fight you for real... Don't think that my ice is gonna lose out so easily. Besides, I got more tricks than just Ice up my sleeves too. Anyways, bye bye for now Ina." Assuming Ashley walked out through the mall itself, Amaya would likely see the curiously out of place armed girl carrying weapons and food. Another American by Amaya's guess, and waves to her with a smile. What Ashley does with that is of course up to her.
Ashley merely took a glance at Amaya and is already experiencing some heavy deja-vu. Maybe it's her just being American, but she doesn't really see a red-head every day of the week, much less one that's hanging out with what seems to be a little pink fox girl. "Heh, that's a bit weird. Is this what that clerk was talking about?" was what she had quietly mumbled to herself. She took out her phone and asked Siri the nearest way to some kind of shelter like an apartment or something before looking back at Amaya. Of course, at this point, Ashley's just a bit too tired to talk to anyone else. A big wave of information had just hit her, and she didn't really want to talk to anyone at the moment, instead focusing on trying to make due with the situation. Holding a hand gun, she did a weird but polite half-wave half-salute and went about her way.
Amaya shurgs a bit and sighs as the girl walks off. "Huh, wanted to see where she got all those... Oh well, always next time." As the younger girl leaves the Godbound herself would begin walking around the mall for a moment. A quick act of will dismissing the light and in her eyes pleasing snow she'd called up before walking in, it freaked people out a bit too much for her to leave running long in good taste. And after a bit, she wanders into a club of some kind with a smile on her face. Quickly walking up to the barkeep and ordering a drink with a grin before heading out onto the dance floor. OOC: Well, I'll be around maybe a few more hours more but since we seem mostly quiet. That's it for now, but anyone should feel free to pop in if they want.
