Enters ... leaves

A young woman appears in... A void of some kind? That isn't exactly something she'd have expected, but stranger things and all that. She's dressed in some sort of uniform, and reaches up to a red jewel around her neck with a sigh. N: "Raising Heart, do you have any idea where exactly we are at the moment? And either way, get ready." R: "Negative on that my master, our current surroundings are as unknown to I as you. Begining setup!" Light bursts around the otherwise blank area, and a strange outfit takes shape over Nanoha as the jewel becomes a golden metal staff with a large red gem set in its center. Regardless of if the place had any ground or not, she'd seem to be standing upright under her own power, flying with magic.

. . . The dimension in which our heroes found themselves, or rather the lack there of, turned out to be an oblivion of mere empty space. It is deemed to be nothing in its entirety yet the prescence of organic matter conflicted with the very nature of this realm. Everyone's molecules start to break down but fail to completely disappear, their will to live clinging their form together. A twisted snarl fills the air as an incomprehensible being burrows through the space. Broken and pierced skin can be felt throughout one's body yet they would notice no physical damage. At the same time, they would feel a crippling sadness overcome them as if it was implanted in them. It would take great concentration for one to realize that there was an inhuman being prowling around, yet alone discern even an outline of its form.

There's a pained sound for a moment before the solider shrugs off this rather uncomfortable feeling filling herself. It's hardly the first time that she's ended up injured before, except... Her Device assures the young woman that no such damage exists which causes her to raise an eyebrow. N: "No damage... That's, are you sure Raising Heart? Because I don't feel unharmed here in the least bit." R: "Yes my master, your physical body is unharmed! Moreover, my sensors are detecting something else nearby us!" Nanoha's eyes narrow a bit, this feeling is... Unnatural, there isn't any reason she can think of as to why exactly she'd be sad right now. Scared maybe, worried sure, but sad? No that isn't right. Despite the foreign feeling, she presses on. N: "I see, let's stay on guard then. I don't want to get caught unaware if we can help it." The Device replies in the affirmative as its master focuses her efforts upon trying to pin down... Whatever is stalking out there, she can't make out exactly what it is. But she's ready to defend at least, that's something.
