I need more detail on what you're referring to, as my quick testing is proving insufficient. The Site and the Chat are using two different platforms, so if you're not logged in before you go to it, it needs to refresh what you're currently looking at to fully sync your account to the chat application.

I already contacted Mishima on this issue so it's probably going to be fixed. Incase you wish to have more clarification on this it amounts to the loading screen for PMs being stuck and refreshing at "connected".
