Yeah I almost did the same thing. I didn't even know shinya existed until like 12/15

The last confidant I did was mishima just for sandalphon. Metatron is what I used for endgame because I didn't have enough time to max the star arcana for lucifer

Yeah. The only confidants I didn't finish on my first run were Shinya (because he showed up waaaay too late) and Iwai (because it took too long to reach Rank 4 Guts).
