Depending on how you look at it, out of the 3, Door-Kun is arguably the strongest, followed shortly by Joker.

In P3, he actually takes on the aspect of death itself, not just a fragment of Nypth, so he seals it away to keep everyone safe.

In P4, Yu just takes on a pissed off goddess, and pushes her back into the abyss.

In P5, Joker literally puts a hole through the Old Testiment God's head.

We don't want her to bomb it again.

In terms of what I know about Persona, probably Door-kun. But, in terms of SMT as a whole the answer is much more conplicated; for the sake of time we'll say anyone who has taken on god / YHVH
