Give me sleep tips pls
I'm really bad at sleeping at appropriate times send help
Try ASMR? It's not for everyone, but personally I can't sleep without it
Same. I have an exam in 8 hours...can't sleep!!
You just gotta get a cat and Youll sleep fine
Just don't that's what I do.

Well my tip would be either read, drink a glass wine or watch a boring movie.
I'd help if I could, but I'm an insomniac as well, I can't force myself to sleep, I have to be so tired I feel like passing out. Best thing would probably be some form of sleeping medication maybe Tae Takemi can prescribe you something heh
Just tell yourself that you are going to sleep
@MothmanTheMothman Unfortunately that is not an option. @XxSerphxx I've never actually tried it out before, so maybe I could try that
Also beating your dick helps too LMAO

Unless you're a chick, then I dunno if that'd work
there are a lot of little things you can do to help!! try to avoid loud noises or sources of bright like(like monitors(the program f.lux can also help!!)) for an hour before going to sleep!! also, forming habits that you do before you go to sleep can also help your body get into sleep mode!! things like light cleaning, showering, brushing your teeth, etc., around the same time every night can help!!

getting sunlight when you wake up can also help align your sleep cycles to what you need!! if you can't get decent sunlight, you could also look into purchasing one of those artificial sun lights(these are also good to help combat symptoms of depression if you spend a lot of time indoors!!)!!

additionally, you should try to avoid using your bed for anything but sleeping or adult rated things!! things like watching tv, playing games, using your phone, etc., while in your bed will make it more difficult for your brain to go into sleep mode!!

if you drink any caffeine during the day, you should try to avoid drinking it 6-8 hours before you go to sleep!! surprisingly, caffeine can have a long-lasting effect on your body that interferes with sleep even long after you've drank it!! alcohol should also be avoided!! while it is relaxing, it unfortunately also lowers the quality of your sleep!!

sorry for the huge infodump but i hope something here can be useful for you!! good luck in the future!!
I mean yeah I could do that I guess. Probably not gonna go with that option but I appreciate the suggestions nonetheless
@pure-anon you are a blessed soul in this hive of scum and villainy
@pure-anon, love you~! You're super awesome; I never thought about half of those things! I'll try it out :)
@pure-anon, every time you post I just love you even more
thanks for the kind words!! to be honest, i got a lot of that information from someone very important to me, so i will pass your kindness onto them as well!!
Take a break from this site?
I like to have something on when I'm laying in bed. Videos and podcasts work better than music for me (for some reason). But if you put it on the side of your bed you might strain your neck from turning to watch it.
Get a cat.

No joke, mine looks like a more white Morgana, and she's adorable and snuggles on my shoulder when I'm going to bed.

Puts me to sleep eretime.
@imtherealklib Real talk I would totally get one but I've already got four dogs and I'd rather not add to that list right now
@Bag-Eyed_Student My house is a borderline zoo. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, chinchilla. In the last little while, we lost 2 rats and a turtle. Trust me, I see why you don't want to add more to the mix
I usually just fall asleep watching the Midnight Channel...
