*Sayaka finally received forensics reports with the help of Naoto. She was examining the evidence in her apartment while Hax slept in the bedroom. She observed the evidence...
The knife at the scene of the crime, used to murder the victim did not pick up the ID of any adult, and was registered as unidentifiable. The murder happened in a student area, on a path where many go to school and go shopping. The victim apparently had no connection to the school at all, and no one saw anyone suspicious at the time of the murder... Since then, 3 more murders have happened in succession, all in the same area... The only one who may be considered a witness is an elderly woman, Kayako Miyami, a widow living alone near the crime scene. Sayaka prepared to go interrogate the woman... She wraps the evidence in an envelope and exits the apartment*
Incident In Shibuya
*By a Shibuya alley, NPC police were gathered. All had their lights on. Something had happened.
Sayaka Adachi, junior PI, usually stayed out of police work, but the absurdity of such a circumstance requested for additional help. She of course couldn't resist the opportunity for a case. She had a family name to continue to redeem.
She exited the alley, crossed with red tape. A disposable camera around her neck and a notepad in hand, she reviewed her evidence quietly, trying to stay out of the police's way*
...So weird... Someone dying and it's not Naho... And like this...
Alone (original short story)
I was born like everyone else. That's what my mother said anyway. But somehow I always felt like I was different.

My life wasn't too unusual. School, parents, friends... Well, not many friends, actually. I was strange and hard to talk to.

I had one friend. Ai. She was nice to me and always liked to talk to me. I always thought she was too good to associate with a girl like me. I asked her why she associated with me, and she said, "Because you're special. You're like me. Don't worry; I won't ever leave you."

I was touched by her words. I stopped seeing her for awhile after a couple of years.

Strange things were happening. When I turned 17, everyone started to disappear. Not just people I know, people I never talked to or seen before. The population of the world was disappearing before my eyes.

I tried to talk to people about this, but they acted like I was crazy. They said that nobody was disappearing. But they were.

Weeks turned to months. Eventually, everyone I knew, my classmates, acquaintances, family, even my parents disappeared. Â And soon the streets were empty.

(Continued to next post)
