These so called 'Phantom Theives Of Hearts' need to be stopped, before they cause more mental shutdowns!

There is no proof that these "Phantoms" exist, nor is there any proof that they are the cause of the shutdowns. Anyway, even if they were real, they're fighting for a just cause.

Okay, real talk. I hate that leap in logic so much.

A) There is no connection that the mental shutdowns and The Thieves were connected in any way.

B) The Phantom Thieves acts are entirely separate from the shutdowns. Their acts have drastically different results.

C) If the Phantom Thieves we're terrorists, WHY THE F**K WOULD THEY MAKE A NAME FOR THEMSELVES. Why draw attention to yourself if you had a literally untracable method to kill?

@bluehairdemo The police found a calling card from the Theives in the Okumura residence, and President Okumura had a mental shutdown live on television! That is something I cannot overlook.

@Shido Isn't that pure coincidence? All of the other people affected by the P Thieves never experinced a shutdown but a change of heart instead. So what would make them do that to Okumura?

They most likely killed him due to the pressure from people from this very site! Due to this, I am investigating this site and might have to temporarily or indefinitely suspend it,

@bluehairedemo But who would have the methods to frame them? Their own method is unknown and despite my best efforts, have yet to figure it out. There simply isn't a person or a group that could do it. (That I know of, and thanks to my infomants that is a lot.)

@bluehairedemo I believe a few months before the Theives revealed themselves. This was most likely done to avoid suspicion for a time, but as I mentioned before, the Theives seem to let fame get to their head. Due to this, I think they went public to increase their fame, since they live it so much.

@bluehairdemo Now this is a topic that is very interesting to me. A few years back, I managed to... obtain some research about that talked about 'Changing the heart'. At first I thought it was nothing but wild speculation, but after the mental shutdowns started, I knew they they were related. Since then I have had a team try to properly find the meaning of the resarch in hopes of stopping the Phantom Thieves. As I mentioned before, I think the Theives went public to gain more fame. (Or infamy)

@Shido Now would it be possible for someone in a similar position as you to gain such knowledge? And if so... has there ever been any testing for this? And follow up to that... could anyone change someone's heart under the correct conditions?

@bluehairemo Sadly, all of the tests so far have came up with no results. And it is very, very unlikely that anyone else has a copy of the reasearch since I took all of it. (I cleaned out the room to be sure.) Also, to answer the final question, it is currently one of the many unknowns that we are trying to find out. But hopefully, I will obtain a brakethrough eventually.

@bluehairedemo If there are more than one parties causing mental shutdowns, then this issue is much more dire than I thought. If it turns out to be true,- No! Even if it isn't true, I am going to redouble my efforts to solve this case!

Politicians hide things all the time, what are you hiding that would make you fear these Phantom Thieves? As a concerned young citizen of this country I should know.

@Adachilmouto This isn't an urban legend, there has been multiple cases with hundreds of eye witnesses. President Okumura had a mental shutdown on television, so this can't be a 'myth'. And also, I have nothing to hide for I am one of the few politicians left that are truly trying to make the country a better place.
