Also it seems like he won't be in any other Persona game in the future. I'm kinda worried for his successor, wonder how he'll be, if he shares Hashino's vision of work.

I'm also pretty worried. I hope that persona 6 will be really good as well, as it's been going great for a really long time. It would suck to see a persona game that didn't follow the trend of being amazing.

I think Persona 6 will be in good hands, it's basically Atlus' most beloved series right now so they won't screw over it... I hope
