The poll glitch was a result of the percent being depicted as "n/a." The gauge was increasing infinitely continuously. It went on for double the length of the screenshot when I chose to leave the page. Let this be a warning that this issue exists, though it poses no apparent threat.

@HifumiTogo I changed script a bit so it never attempts to animate the progress bar if the size would exceed the container.

As for why the percentage sometimes increases above 100 - I don't know myself. Must be some server bug when counting/saving votes.
