Almost all anime is exploration on crack, and I happen to be a big fan of exploration films. Seriously something isn't an anime to me unless it is crack filled with sex and violence.
Only a few anime can really considered art in any way like miyzaki' films, cowboy bebop, Neon Genesis Evagelion, etc. All the rest is entertaining explotation.
