So who do all think is worst of the thieves targets?

Personally for me it's a toss up between Kamoshida and Kaneshiro. I'd say Kaneshiro wins out for the whole implied sex slavery thing.

Probably, yeah. Kamoshida just hit home for being the first target and actually hurting someone close to the Thieves. Kaneshiro is logically worse, but we never get to actually feel the full effect of his threats.
