Theory : why philemon isn't at the entire persona games ?
I finish persona 2 ep sometime ago so after i knew the end of the game i was thinking that after Philemon ended his job and the world is still at destruction Igor was taking Philemon job after all , that's it

I'm no Persona lore expert since I've only ever been exposed to P4 and P5 but I'm pretty sure that blue butterfly you see around is Philemon
