ooh, a manga with guro ( iirc don't quote me on it) I recently (actually 6 months ago) is Kasane. It's about a girl whohas the power to steal people's faces. really interesting

Not a big fan of Guro personally but one of my favorite mangas, Yumekui Kenbun, has some stuff sometimes that get kinda guro-y.
Like a girl whose legs were severed, or another chapter where a girl finds various bloody body pieces like fingers and eyes in bottles
It is mostly a psychological horror though

@Little-Miss-Sinner: Sorry to disappoint, but it doesn't go so far into detail. Like I said, while it has some gruesome stuff, it's focus is mostly on the psychological.

I don't care for it that much but I do find over the top stupid gore pretty funny either because it's just so absurdly ridiculous or because it goes so far up the edge scale that it becomes hilarious (stuff like Mahou Shoujo of the End, Blood C, Deadman Wonderland, Elfen Lied)

I call it the shadow the hedgehog effect

I do like Junji Ito's manga a lot though but that's more in the body horror territory
