How to procure a Plume of Dusk?
Asking for my research.
Try asking some of the old hands from the Kirijo Group. Dunno where they managed to get their mitts on 'em but I'm sure somebody's still got some of 'em lying around somewhere.
I did hear that woman mention the Kirijo group. Perhaps I should look into them more! Thank you.
I should probably add that most of them died in a fiery explosion over a decade ago.

Good luck!
Well that was a regular Tuesday back where I work so I can't be that mad. Perhaps their old facilities might have them...hmmm...
Yyyeah, about that--the old facility kind of blew up and had a school built over it.
It might just be quicker to ask Msm Kirijo herself.
Oh, for sure.

Just don't go getting any funny ideas. If she gets any inkling that you're gonna pull anything naughty, she'll probably just execute you.
Something as powerful as this would surely raise suspicion. I'll be careful not to make her think ill of me. I appreciate the warning.
Out of curiosity~ DO you have any funny ideas?

It's not as though a Plume of Dusk is exactly the kind of thing a person goes and does boring studies on. 'S got way too many "fun" applications.
I'm curious if it could be used as an alternative for my experiments on Relics. A relic requires someone who resonates with it in order to activate it. However, not many people can, and thus require LiNKER. A drug that allows you to connect with a relic with ease, at the cost of your life in some cases...

[Adjusts glasses and wipes eyes dry]

I want to stop that research by finding an artificial answer to help fight the Noise.
Ooh, fascinating!
...None of that really made much sense!

Guess that's what happens when people from "out of town" wind up here.

But... mm, I suppose there's a little familiarity in there. If you're really gonna ask Kirijo, you probably oughta know that she might not be too keen on hearing about "drugs that connect you to some kinda supernatural stuff and help you fight things".

That kinda thing's been a smidge problematic before.
I see. She must've faced a plague similar to the noise. So she might be able to understand my wish to stop putting humans in danger!
It was something like that, if I'm thinking of the kinda thing you're thinkin'. Probably.

Haha, you really do sound earnest, though--if a bit vague. She might actually take you seriously.
I'm sure it'd be strained at first. But so long as I can help the people be free of fear, that's all I care about!
Someone's sure an idealist. That's cute.

Just don't go getting too carried away. Those Plumes aren't toys.
You're right. My ideals don't mean squat of I mistreat a powerful item like that.
On the other hand, you could totally just stick it in a machine and have fun using it in supernatural dimensions wherever you'd like.

Kirijo had a ton of fun stuff like that. Even stuck one in an attack helicopter. There's something glorious about watching a bunch of lesser Shadows get hellfire'd to oblivion.
Get the fuck out.
is this the evil guy or

Tachibana? What's wrong?
And @3xcal1bur, some people may see me as evil. But that's why I want to create and artificial human for our experiment in order to stop bringing innocent humans in...
Again, get out. You will get nothing.
and do what to humans?
Experiment with a drug called LiNKER if they don't have the natural ability. Which leads to unfortunate side effects sometimes.

[Taken aback by Hibiki's words]

You seem to be different than the Hibiki that I know...
Haha... er... well, you know... [vague hand gestures]
Nexus....
@Doctor_Ver
unfortunate?
is that another way to say fatal?
In severe cases yes. Which is why I was intrigued by a power that wasn't human. If a robot could activate a relic, then I wouldn't have to make that vile serum anymore.

[Scratches head]

Nexus huh? So you mean that you come from a different time than myself?

[Thinks for a moment]

Have we transferred the Cane yet in your time?
Different time? S-Sure, I suppose you say that.
Transferring the Cane? Uhm... not... technically...
Well that's horribly vague. How do you mean, "not technically"?

[Sighs and crosses his arms]
Listen, nothing I say will probably make sense to you. Welcome to the mess of the Nexus.

Just know I'm keeping an eye on you.
Quite the hostility. But alright. I understand! I'll be on my best behavior!

[Smiles and let's his arms fall to his sides]
If you manage to get your hands on a few Plumes hit me up with one, IDSAMRA has been trying to get our hands on one since we found out they exist.
