No, The Nexus is a Pocket of Subspace that Draws people from all over the Multiverse and takes form depending on the thoughts of those inside it.

Weaker as in it takes more effort. You have to have a strong will and ego to summon consostently.

I know nothing about KH. I don't know what most of you are RPing as. Only really only know who Lightning is but idk anything about FF

Basically The nexus Pulls people from their worlds into itself, and the locations in the nexus are recreations of the real locations, brought form by the mind of the person whom created it.
