If I had told you I would be directly interfering with the world, which is not anyone with my power should do. Besides, a fragment of Sin she might've been but through some means, she still had Maya's personality and memories.

A purpose is something that you yourself must seek out. Nobody is born with a pure purpose, we simply must create that purpose for ourselves as time goes by. That is what it means to find your sense of self.

Philemon, quick question!
So...I was fighting Delta last night and at one point my Persona, Kusanagi, disappeared and somethin else appears, like...I felt as if Kusanagi became something else for a moment, but then it came back to normal.
So...is it normal for a Persona to change forms, even if it's just for a second or two...?

Hm, my world is connected to the Nexus because of me. Not that I really care, I was done with that place anyway. Though, I suppose if Colonel Relius and Phantom can still reach me then it must be intact to some extent. Thanks, Philly.

No she's still out there, with no clue who I am sure but I checked up on that after we dealt with Ira. Maya Amano age 42 still exists. *He looks down* You'd think I would have looked before but I guess I didn't want to believe it was anything but her.

Yes, however, I must warn you. That is a separated part of my being, in the past, a leftover aspect of myself became a monster. If that part of me is introduced to too much darkness the same result will occur.

It does not weaken me...I am slowly regaining more than enough power to make up for that every day. Besides they seemed like they could use the aid.

A long answer for such a long question. A Persona is the will of an individual person made manifest, the demons and gods that reside within us if you will. A shadow is the other side of one's Persona, they come in many forms but are usually made from the negative feelings one hold in their heart. As for what this world is, I can not answer that easily for even I am unsure of everything this world holds. The people here call it the Nexus and it is a world where almost anything can seemingly happen.

The sins, yes I know of them, the Sins are beings manifested from the evils of the people in this world. They are not evil by nature though and are more human than anything. As for how many there are, of the ones I know exist, there is Lust, Vanity, Gluttony, Wrath, Greed, Envy, Pride, and two other that I am unsure of...The ones who have unfortunately been taken by my counterpart are Lust, Vanity, and Gluttony as for Ira I am unsure what fate befell them. The shards are the Sins cores that give them power and hold their personalities. If a shard is taken from a Sin a number of effects may take place but a temporary cease in existence is assured.

Your mind does seem to be fragmented, I can not directly restore it though because that would be interfering with the natural order of things, however, I am sure that you will regain such memories as some things cannot be forgotten forever.

But if you can take those "shards", then that means you can use their power in some way or another.

Yes, that is possible but to do so...A human's mind cannot maintain proper control over a sin and would surely be corrupted by it.
