Hibki's Meta-Nav takes everyone to the Third Eye hideout. The stone walls are covered in ivy, and a fountain sprays water in the center. However, there is a strange symbol on one of the walls- something that looks like a cat head.

"Something like this appeared at my hideout, too," Rago adds. The other Guides nod, having seen the symbol as well.

"Hm?" "That sorta looks like a cat..." "Have we been attacked?"

Location: Room of Shadows

The interior of the room is made up of various shades of purple. A desk sits in the center. A person with a golden wing-like mask is leaning back in a chair at said desk. Her gold and brown clothes resemble a regal robe. She is scratching the ears of a black cat that looks similar to Mona, but has green eyes, and the only white on its body is the U-shaped patch of white fur on its chest.

The masked person looks up at Hibki... and instantly shrinks down into her seat. "H-hey, calm down! I'm not going to hurt you, just..."

"It is alright, Eagle," the cat says calmly, looking at his claws. "I am Pluto, the Guide of this place. This is my assistant, Eagle. She is a Persona-user like yourselves."

"Oh, alright..." Maki's compact started to glow faintly, no one could notice...

*I slowly put down the knife but I don't stop looking at them.* What is this place for?

"Where are we?"

"This-" Pluto waves his paw at the purple walls, "-is the Room of Shadows. Using the guillotines in the back of the room, you may fuse Personas."

"I can also store your Personas' information in the compendium so you can re-summon them even after they are gone- for a cost," Eagle adds.

Where the hell am I? I was clearing an abandoned warehouse of Shadows and suddenly a purple door appeared.

Pluto smiles, rubbing his paws together. "I see a Guildless Persona user has arrived. Welcome to the Room of Shadows. My assistant Eagle and I are at your service."

"...hm...I heard you could also fuse weapons in places like this from a friend."

"Its...Nice to meet you!"

Eagle smiles at Hibki and nods. "Pretty much. It has the same functions, but is based soley in the Metaverse. Wait, hold on a sec... Sphinx!" She rips off her mask, and a winged lion-like woman with horns and a ankh-like spear appears behind her. Its eyes glow. "Yep, she's detecting a really strong Shadow... it should be in the Arena by now."

Okay, now that all the Shadows are dead, I need to get some furniture, and THAT will cost money. Oh, if only there was a boss that could give me a lot of money. Oh WAIT!

As the group arrives, a massive Shadow sits in the middle. It tosses around a few coins, as if it is playing with them. It turns its head to look at the group. "Are you hee-here to fight, ho?"

Questa, I have a question. We fought two big shadows, but, we still haven't gotten any closer to finding out anything about the Phantom Thieves. Are we being prepped for future exploration in Mementos and more?

Mimic sits against his usual crate. His bag of supplies is quietly unpacked and sorted on the table. Recovery items make up around 30%, while combat makes up another 30%, with basic comforts taking up the remaining 40%- food, water, and similar items.

"...In case we have to go on longer operations."

Questa nods. "I got a feeling that something big's coming soon, but exploring Mementos is comin' up on the agenda, yeah."

'There should be something big appearing tomorrow. I'm not sure what, though. Sphinx isn't built to be a pure support Persona, so she can't detect as much as some can,' Eagle's voice adds.

I feel something is controlling Mona, that he was not in control of his actions. *Dreamer sighs* If...If Mona is being controlled, and if the rest of the phantom thieves are too...Could we be taken over. *Dreamer shakes his head* Heh, I'm sorry. i guess I'm kind of nervous of whats to come. But that won't stop me from kicking ass.

On the other side is a room that could use a better interior designer. It resembles a dusty old clock tower with gears and spiderwebs everywhere. A green circular gem is in one corner, but appears to have no function. A doorway is on the opposite side of the room.

"Nice to meet you!" Eagle says cheerfully, glad that no knives were pointed at her this time.

"I see you are wondering about my name... no relation to the Roman god. Are you familiar with Edgar Allan Poe? I'd like to think I'm named after the feline from The Black Cat," Pluto purrs.

"Might I be clued in as to the purpose of this place?"

"This room is similar to the Velvet Room. You can fuse Personas, or have Eagle store them in the Compendium should you wish to bring any back later- for a price," Pluto explains. "Eagle will give periodic updates from here as well."

The interior changes to a checkered mix of purple and black. Whoever designed the place needs to be fired. Two people stand at the far end of this hall: a girl in a yellow school uniform with hair that reaches past her knees, and a dark-skinned boy with a black cape.

Tarumi is surrounded in blue flames, and a bronze shield appears behind him. It has the head of a snake on it, and a brown, scaly tail sprouts from the shield's back. "Aegis is made to protect everyone."

'Good morning everyone! Or afternoon. Or whatever it is where you're from. The forecast for today is some sluggish Shadow activity, with a chance of something big later tonight. Pluto suggested a bit of Mementos exploration before I have to leave. Can't leave this room empty, after all, since Pluto will be your cat bus!'

...Eagle seems to be having fun with these announcements.

"Yeah, I was here yesterday. And I'd love to help in Mementos, there are PLENTY of people I want to change the hearts of..."

(In what I aspire to be! But to be honest, in Shin Megami Tensei, Bai Ze uses Bufu skills! My version uses AGI skills just to fit my temper, which doesn't even make sense based on what Bai Ze is meant to be Mythology wise!)

The place is quiet, although there seem to have been Shadows here. Also, there is... furniture? Someone must have tried to stay here. Suni waits in the corner, facing a pulsing black and grey portal. A ten-tailed fox with a kitsune mask floats behind him.

The ten-tailed fox turns around. Its mirror-like eyes gleam. "Ah, there art thou. I was just viewing the other side through Tenko's eyes," Suni says, still staring at the portal. "It is a clock tower, leading to a labrynth."

"...Tenko here is my Persona. He is a battle Persona with some support capabilities," Suni explains, waving a paw at the ten-tailed fox. "His eyes see even hidden things. But I might as well show you the tower rather than explain it."

"This way." Suni lets Tenko fade and hops into the portal.

Inside is a dusty old clock tower, with gears and cobwebs everywhere. There is a green gem imbedded in part of the floor, but it seems to have no purpose. A doorway is open at the other end of the room.

"This place is interesting."

"Indeed." Suni summons Tenko again, who puts its mask on his face. "...From what I can see, there are two strong entities ahead." The clicking of claws is heard. "...and Tarumi seems to have followed us."

"I wonder why we need to be here though..."
Cait_Sith
"I don't know, but the labrynth inside is strange. I shall call it... Labrynth Arcane." Suni nods and gives his mask back to Tenko. "We should proceed with caution."

"Well, yeah. I don't have a persona, so of course we should be careful."
Cait_Sith
Suni nods. "Good. Let us go." He runs through the doorway.

"Don't worry, dear, Aegis and I will keep you safe," Tarumi hums, shuffling after the fox.

On the other side is a hallway that could use a better interior designer. The floor is a black and purple checker pattern, and purple roses wind along the walls. At the end of the hall is two people. One is in a yellow school uniform and has blonde hair that reaches past her knees. The other is a dark-skinned boy with a tattered black cape.

Now that the thieves could get a closer look, they notice that the duo's eyes seem unfocused.
