Venus: Well, since one guild has already built their guild hall to take on a phantom thief, i guess it makes sense you'd build yours to compensate for another phantom.
Doll: Yeah! Apparently, Joker's first persona, Arsene, has a weakness for ice and bless, but is strong against curse. The walls of this palace is ice, which should drain him, but they're also reinforced with multiple bless spells, so even if he tried to escape, the palace would reduce him to nothing but a regular human!! ^_^
